Never had so many staff members be rude and disrespectful. I had a staff member sarcastically call me “girly” after making me wait 20 minutes to be seen by her. I was able to print my luggage tag and she told me I was too late to check luggage I said the system obviously disagrees. And you had me wait way too long while you asked every single passenger ahead of me about their Disney vacations. She wasted so much time to then say “girly your bag won’t make it on the plane” I’m not her girly I’m a full grown adult. She needs to learn a hell of a lot of respect

Flying into PAE was so easy because it’s baggage claim is quick and accesible. I had a car rental and the counter is inside the baggage claim area, very convenient.

I still in San Francisco😡the flight has delay and lm not sure l can back to Seattle or not😡lm here from 7.30pm and still waiting😡 l never will use of Kayak.

Flight attendant was awful, I felt second hand embarrassment with every one of her interactions with people onboard. She was so incredibly rude every chance she got

Great flight - efficient and cheerful team on board, at SFO gate. Also, PAE (Paine Field, Everett, WA) is a great little airport to fly out or in to!

I ordered the fruit and cheese plate on both outbound and inbound flights, the cheese portion on the inbound flight was half of what it had been on the outbound flight. 🙁

Check your emails that you sent me. 9 emails were sent telling me that my flight is Delayed. Each one with a different time 7:10, 7:55, 9:31, 9:09, 9:29, 9:44, 10:00, 9:49, and 10:10. That was how my experience went.

Great flight. No problems. Everett Airport was so easy to get into and out of. Great alternative to SeaTac. Alaska was excellent!

All parts were excellent, especially staff at bag tag printing and inflight crew. Just the normal differences from past air travel could be improved but we’ve learned to accept those—cramped seats, minimal food/beverage, etc.

We were delayed boarding, but the crew got us boarding in record time it seemed and we made up some of the time. It was just a very turbulent flight and not much anybody could have done about that. I could not read easily because of the motion. The crew were just fine and did their best I think.
