The plane was delayed a bit. It wasn't a huge problem though, as we were heading back home.

Ok. It was uneventful and drama free. Plane was clean and the crew polite.

It was my first time flying Alaska Airlines and first time flying from Santa Rosa airport. The staff was very professional and friendly. Their instructions were clear and any question was answered satisfactorily. My seat was comfortable and the in-flight beverage service very adequate for the duration of the flight. We arrived ahead of the scheduled landing time and deplaning was simple. I look forward to flying with Alaska again.

They are a terrible company. They cancel flights for little to no reason.

It was alright other than the changes in the Alaska Lounge. That and the migraine I had were disappointing. Other then that everything went well.

My flight was canceled and rebooked about 3 times. Original flight had a 50 minute layover. Flight was canceled and rebooked with a five plus hour layover. I demanded refund

Not good. Didn’t get to our final destination. No reimburseme t for lost time

I’m New to Alaska Airlines. I was not able to connect to WiFi on either leg of my flights to/from Santa Rosa. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable ride.
