boarding was late worst was going back LAX to SFO delayed not once ? but TWICE😡I was at the airport practically almost 5 hours of previous time , very inconvenient! i would have spend longer time with family , I was wanting to avoid TSA line? but it just got me to spend unwanted time @ d airport

You no longer give receipts for baggage at the counter. And it is next to impossible to get it on your webpage. Spent 20 min trying and gave up... I need receipt to submit for reimbursement and don't have time to waste on your poor webpage Disappointing .....

The flight was jumping between being delayed and closer to schedule about 5 times. Alaska air website showed incorrect times while google had latest info. This panic was horrible to deal with.

I requested wheelchair assistance in Seattle transferring gates and in Anchorage to get to baggage claim. No assistance was provided at all.

Reserved seats and yet did not get my original seat because someone else was seating in them and the crew member did not try to find out what was going on with the issue. My wife and I did get similar seats. This created concern and unnecessary issues.

We did have to wait an hour for the runway to be cleared but other than that it was fine.

On time would have been a hell of a lot better!!

Could have service kiosks, had to find a gate with an attendant

It sucks, flight delays at FAT caused us to miss a day at lodge and overnight in Seattle. Flight delays coming home also. Never again
