Cons: Flight delayed by 40 mins, then left 40 mins after scheduled even including the delay, no free in seat entertainment and the wifi was broken. Really not a fun flight overall. Also, please Alaska, get rid of that Cabernet Sauvignon that's sweeter than grape soda. Single worst wine I've ever tasted.

Pros: The new seats are great - outlets and usb ports that actually work and seats that are comfortable. While I like having the entertainment screens provided, since I had a nice device to watch films, it was very pleasant. A couple of good films were available.

Cons: I don't understand why the people who get seats in the rear of the plane have to board last. Not only do they have the discomfort of waiting to get on the plane and sitting in the back, but there is no room for carry on luggage by the time they get on. It seems like a double whammy.

Cons: The transfer between Alaska and ANA was a little more confusing than I’d like. We unboarded outside of the terminal and had to exit the terminal, come back through TSA and then find out gate.

Cons: Limited options of entertainment for a 10.5 hour flight. I was happy that I downloaded a lot of content on my devices before my trip. Everything on the flight had a purchase option but got rather spendy to get headphones, entertainment, additional food & drink.

Cons: If alcohol is served on a short flight I recommend getting through drink service faster. I did not appreciate getting my beer at the end (because I was at the back of the plane) and 5 minutes later the crew asking for it back because we were landing soon.

Cons: The passengers seemed a bit wound up after a 3 hour delay. When it was time for the safety review, several passengers were not listening to the attendants, and one attendant shouted "Hey, you need to listen. This is important. This is not a party bus." I understand her frustration, but her behavior was really unprofessional. I've been in customer service for years, and you never let your personal frustration show. She should have brought the behavior to the attention of the flight deck for the pilot to make an announcement, etc. Southwest attendants are always cool, calm and collected. I'll bear that in mind the next time I book.

Pros: We were in row 8 and the plane just wasn’t packed full. It’s just some uncomfortable when flights are booked to 110% capacity. Flight was smooth and the crew was super kind!

Cons: The food options were great, the complimentary ones. The ones I paid for were gross. I would have preferred something cold to something everyone thinks should be warm and trying to play it off as cold! It was kinda gross. Overall, service made up for everything else!

Pros: The flight attendants were very friendly and food for purchase was reasonably priced.

Cons: There was no In Flight Entertainment seat back screens, which is unusual for a 5+ hour flight so the only way to watch anything was to download the GoGo app, which can only be downloaded on the ground and wasn’t even mentioned until after takeoff.

Cons: Boarded 20 min late with no explanation and took off another 20 min late with little explanation. Almost missed connecting Alaska flight.

Cons: I’m disabled and was assisted from the pavement to the plane seat. Excellent all the way around.
