We were in 1st Class. Excellent service. Easy boarding. No too difficult to speak with someone on the phone. Breakfast was not eatable for me. No screen to watch movies. I don't have or want a tablet. This is first class there should be screens. Even if I had a tablet there was no place to put it. There is a place to put a tablet in economy. Seats were a bit lumpy.

It was my first time flying Alaska Airlines and first time flying from Santa Rosa airport. The staff was very professional and friendly. Their instructions were clear and any question was answered satisfactorily. My seat was comfortable and the in-flight beverage service very adequate for the duration of the flight. We arrived ahead of the scheduled landing time and deplaning was simple. I look forward to flying with Alaska again.

They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
I’m New to Alaska Airlines. I was not able to connect to WiFi on either leg of my flights to/from Santa Rosa. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable ride.
I am shocked at how utterly mediocre the First Class experience was on Alaska Airlines- I really expected better. There was a delay with the food delivery, so we sat on the plane for an extra 30 minutes- not once during that time was I, nor anyone else in First Class offered anything at all, not even water. There's no tv or entertainment available? Really? In modern day? And the Wifi was $8 for the connection that actually works, but free for the connection that didn't work at all? What century is this? While friendly, the staff seemed to be much more concerned with their own personal time while working- listening to headphones, on their phones until someone needed them, I'm so disappointed I can't even believe I was able to find these words.
All good. Great food and entertainment when there isn’t any on a one hour flight
No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
The flight was two hours late to take off. The captain kept making announcements in English, but the volume on the speakers was low and we could not hear him. The flight attendant’s French translation was loud and clear, but we couldn’t understand French. The crew was nowhere to be found to relay what the captain was announcing. Very frustrating experience. American has to do better.
Paid $35 and not able to access the internet at all.
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

Flight was delayed bc of mechanical issue. New plane had different configuration so some seats had to be switched. They called all passengers who needed new boarding cards. They did not call us so we thought our seats were the same and fine. When we boarded they informed us our receipts had changed and we are now all sitting separate and in the back row. Both my daughters had meltdowns and started to cry and once we got on the flight, we figured out how we could sit closer to each other, but this was very upsetting.
You ant watch TV if you don't have a device, the seats have more space, and the snacks are different.
Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Random carry-on baggage inspection before boarding for NO REASON. The crew kept talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to rest. When I asked the crew for something, they said they would come back later but never did. It was an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and UNCOMFORTABLE flight.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.
