Cons: "I love Alaska"
Pros: "Boarding was unsatisfactory. I and my family were the initial few people who boarded the flight. We were asked to check in the bag saying the bag was little big while many people who boarded after us had bigger bags. We had a carry on roller bag, small carryon bag and a back pack for the 5 people from the family and we were asked to check in the bag. While people who had 2 bags per person with the carry on roller bags bigger than ours was allowed to carry the bags inside."

Cons: "They closed the check-in counter 40 minutes prior to check in AND the flight was delayed 10 minutes. So even though I was at the airport a full hour before departure, I was not allowed to check in and I missed the flight. I had to be rerouted through Seattle and got home 8 hours later than planned. Very frustrating."
Pros: "Flying with Alaska Airlines was great. The flight was on time and the staff were super professional and courteous. One of the passengers was sick and the flight attendants handle the situation very well. I definitely recommend flying with Alaska Airlines."

Cons: "You lost my bag, and it still hasn't come, its a big hassle. Customer service for paying customers is more important than transporting fish. Then entire plane saw the boxes of fish getting loaded on the plane, and half the customers had their bags delayed. Priorities please."

Cons: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

The stewardess put me in a great seat when I was helpful to another passenger upon boarding. Also everyone seemed to be quite attentive and helpful during the covid situation, where people are a bit unnerved. I appreciated the effort to make everyone happy."

Cons: "The flight had no pilot assigned to the flight yet the attendants still boarded us. Then we waited on the plane for an hour before exiting the plane. The attendants gave us little information on flight alternatives and when the flight was finally allowed to board again, they did not announce it and so had I not been waiting close by, I would have missed my flight. It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them."

I said forget about it, to pay 75 dlls for a change of ticket and you make me wait till the end to give me seat u want, forget it, I know this is stand by ticket but I dont like the attitude of the people, they dont help you at all really bad service you should learn from other airlines giving at least if you are delayed an apology and sometimes miles reward, not just food... Thanks for the SERVICE (i dont flight with you no more, even though cheap flights, but cheap things are expensive)"

Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."

Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."
