Our flights got changed from United to Air Canada and our purchased seats did not get transferred so we had to pay for seats twice. I brought it up with Air Canada and they stated I had to go back and chase it with United. The united seats were $21 Canadian each and Air Canada were $56 each so we have paid $77 for each seat. Very unhappy
Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team
I love United was disappointed we had a two hour delay, however the Pilot did say safety first.
I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
We were Polaris passengers and found the service poor. The food was ok but the flight attendants were not attentive and rushed the service.
Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked

Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.
There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.
As mentioned previously the professionalism and speed of the Air crew was amazing… Sarah in particular was a joy to observe and interact with, she made my flight!
Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.
Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.
All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊
Flight was delayed going and coming from my destination for over 5 hours. All I was given was a $15 meal voucher that wasn’t even able to cover my lunch or dinner.
Air Canada first class was a very good experience, it was my first time flying first class . A friend of mine that was with me in the flight paid for my tickets otherwise I would not , if I could afford I would fly first class ! 💪💪💪 I flew many times in air Canada economy class and is also good , I travel to Argentina couple of times a year . Thank you !
flight was delayed, there was open communication about the delay the delay pushed way past the posted delay time and
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
was wondreful! just let me know what airline im flying in advance!
