Late gate change. Delta’s gate 37 is actually gate 24B- of course it is because it’s LAX. Delta staff acts as if 37=24B is the new math and we are stupid to not know this conversion. Delta staff acts surely and borderline hostel. Not sure if this is LAX or Delta’s culture. Either way, it stinks.
The check in process here in Phoenix was horrible. Incompetent agents, lack of staff, management indecisive, and lack of any urgency for passengers whose flights were set to leave. The flight crew were tired and stressed though that could be Delta's fault. The pilot was a pro! Thank you for the smooth flight!

Finally, the in flight entertainment worked for maybe half hour of the actual flight with no explanation or acknowledgement."

A nice plus is that you can change all your devices with USB power port at each seats you never run out of a charge."

Then there was this stupid line of kiosks that no one knew how to use, then for some reason another boarding check, then another, and then finally customs, with more rude staff members. We had NO IDEA any of this was coming, and got no warning from Air Canada. Then we rushed to our connecting flight, only to find out that we had been booted from the flight anyway. (I got an email about it, which of course I didn't check because I have limited data -- not everyone is made of money who can afford unlimited data!) Then we got on finally boarded, only to sit on the tarmac forever in uncomfortable seats when they could've just let us sit in the airport. Ugh."

Pros: "The staff was kind and flight was smooth"
Cons: "The plane was small and cramped. I could barely bend down to get my bag from under the seat in front of me and I'm tiny. I can just imagine how bigger people felt."
Cons: "Took off an hour late from a gate all the way across the terminal from the assigned gate. Promised "free" Direct TV did not work and the Wi-Fi didn't either."
Pros: "Flight was smooth, attendants were great."
Cons: "I was so uncomfortable in my tiny seat. They are small and awful."

Cons: "The crew allowed an excessively foul smelling person on the plane who was obviously Intoxicated on some illicit drug and smelled so bad that it made the entire area unbearable."

Cons: "I can't eat mushrooms. Both meals had mushrooms (3 out of 4 entrees) and it wasn't always obvious which ones. Additionally, the second meal with seafood or pasta, the pasta obviously had mushrooms so I chose seafood, even though I don't like most seafood. Mushrooms all mixed in with the seafood, so I had to pick them all out. Also 2 of the accompanying sides had mushrooms. Do they have a mushroom fetish like Cheesecake Factory? Need more consideration for people who may have varying food requirements that are unavailable to address during the booking process. I know you can't please everyone, but why overuse an ingredient that has a relatively low appeal to potential passengers? Will try again, just hope they can use similar customer service in their food preparation as they have otherwise."
Pros: "Pilot flew over Death Valley National Park."
Cons: "you shouldn't have to pay extra to pick your own seat how ridiculous redeye flights are the worst"
Pros: "United Airlines for a change did a decent job flying back to LAS unlike our flight from BUF to EWR which got canceled and we had to drive to Newark which was not only disappointing but to witness customer service uncaring even more distressing."
Cons: "We may not choose UA for our family from now on. Quite a bit of confusion even when trying to reach customer service over phone, the hold time is 15 to 20 min?"
Pros: "We got let in first because we had a baby under 2. A stewardess felt bad for our seating at the end and gave us a free blanky for baby and a free shot for me."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hrs. The back seating was horrible. One crew member made fun of my sister for walking too slow on the way out. Like seriously we were the last seats on plane and had a baby. So yes we were slow!!!"
Pros: "The space in this seat I had, was awesome. The boarding crew was rather pleasant and I loved how my gate was right next to my next gate."
Cons: "The attitudes of the flight attendants on this particular flight; they seemed highly agitated, probably because they looked tired, but who knows? Their performance reflected their attitudes."

Cons: "Got stuck with the last row of seats. I never previously had the last row for a flight but to be honest it was definitely the worst seats on the plane. What makes it worse was these were not tickets I bought last week but on united economy they only give you seat selection just days prior and no explanation as to why you are placed in a particular row. Stuck near the bathroom and the seats do not decline at all though they deceptively provide the button to recline your seats. Horrible experience and one more reason to not fly United."
Cons: "I missed my flight due to a nonsense delay from Charlotte. Arrived at the gate 1 minute after scheduled take off and the plane was gone. Not even an attempt to waiting as I ran, 5 months pregnant, through the airport. I was rebooked to arrive in Las Vegas at midnight. 12 hours after the original time. I bought a flight from Southwest. I will never fly united again"

Cons: "Again a full flight and this time I was seated next to an Asian male. I'm deal thy allergic to fish and what did he bring to eat, yep you got it. While I know it's a right for him to do so, I spent the flight with puffed eyes and throat issues. Again, the flight was overbooked"

Pros: "United is always a great way to fly. The crew is always nice and even through my delayed flight back to Vegas the captain stood between the walkway and plane an apologies and spoke to everyone which was new for me. Thanks united flight 455 to Vegas from SFO 10:44.."

Cons: "after transferring from terminal B after a long walk then another long walk to transfer to Terminal C and another walk to baggage claim for a 70 yr.old woman and no transport available is intolerable and unacceptable! It is so disgusting that I am a frequent flyer via United Airlines and getting more and more dissatisfied cause of the troubles I'm encounterring flying with United Airlines! I should think twice,the next time I'm booking with the airline for my next flight!"

Pros: "First of all the captain let us board early and get settled, the flight attendants were very friendly and the take off and landing were smooth, it was a great flight the seats were comfortable and the trip was short."

Cons: "I collect disability each month so I am on a very tight budget. The Spanish speaking woman that pushed my wheelchair told me that I can bring my water bottles full of water through the metal detectors. I asked if she could take me somewhere to pour them out and refill them on the other side. They threw them away at the metal detector. So I had to buy a new bottle for my medicine that I have to take. You would think she would have got it by me carrying these bottles around but nope. She actually said to me that I can give her gratuity now if I wanted. I gave her $1. She then replied in a sarcastic voice " Thankyou you are soooo generous. I don't like feeling obligated to tip somebody because I am disabled and have a bullet in my head."

Cons: "Lady directly behind me literally choking, couching, sneezing and constantly blowing her nose (really runny), that was not enjoyable at all. And her two (2) companions were not provide any relief for her."
