Cons: "Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."

The person at the Lufthansa desk left at EWR so there was no one to talk to about vouchers for our cancelled flight. Also I never received an email update about my upgrade request contrary to the email I received saying that I would get an update. I would not fly again on Lufthansa."

Cons: "We were delayed leaving Munich and the pilot simply said he had no explanation. The delay, combined with massive dysfunction at the Newark airport, caused us to miss our connection to RDU. We ended up in an airport hotel where we caught four hours' sleep before returning to the airport. Newark airport is the worst I've ever experienced. Getting our passports stamped took more than an hour. There were five officials there to clear five or six hundred U.S. passport holders. Then, the TSA people were rude, inefficient, and achingly slow. Overall, it was a horrible experience."

There was no accommodation given to my cousin so I have to take him back home with me and then drive 2 hours tomorrow morning to bring him back for his new flight. •The charger ports for our seats were not working, which means we were 8 hours + without a phone. •One female flight attendant had a bad attitude and dropped pretzels in my lap after I turned to quickly ask my cousin a question regarding what drink he wanted. •The plane landing was one of the most reckless I’d ever witnessed."

Cons: "We changed planes in Calgary, and we could have used better signage. Half of our flight got lost and ended up in the wrong gate. We all had to quickly backtrack. Thankfully we had enough time, but if our next flight had been earlier, we could have lost our connection."

Boarding stalled because they ran out of overhead room for carry on.
Slow on boarding and, flight was fine and then 20 minute delay getting off, they didn’t have a ramp available.unbelievable. Lost my ride from the airport last night so now have to take a cab from jfk to Staten Island. Another expense. Not happy.
It was only a 1.5 hour flight on a small plane, so there was no entertainment or food, which is to be expected. They did serve drinks.
There were no snacks in a 31/2 hours flight very strange
Air Canada lost both of my pieces of luggage including all my medication which required me to return home early. Spent one whole day in an airport trying to see if they could locate it, only to be told a firearm I had packed and had gained a Non Resident firearms permit at my point of entry had been seized. Canadian Customs and Border confirmed it had not been seized and this was strictly the fault of the airline. Complete nightmare, will never fly on Air Canada again.
Flight was delayed, connection was missed, Airline failed to follow Canadian Customs and Border rules which could of resulted in the loss of personal property, fine or possibly being arrested. Gates for departures were suddenly changed, and airline lost my clothing and a cased firearm. I have also lost a day of hunting with an outfitter to the tune of $875 per day. Think I’m upset, do not under any circumstances use this airline.
Honestly it was worth experience of traveling for last 50 years. Thx

She was an older woman with baaaad attitude then when we sat there for 4 hours got all FAA on us RE FAA RULES).. then the Captain & crew had to deplane & we waited anithev3 hours for new crew...bad weather or not.. this was very very very badly managed Further more... TSA REQUIRED me to open my suitcase & place my duty free merchandise in it, even tho it was a sealed sew thru bag... AAAND threw away my 1/2 empty ( under 3 0z) copperyone & shave cream !?! ETH?"
