  • Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is relatively busy compared to other regional airports. As a result, long security lines are often the norm here. • While SEA Airport offers airport parking to travelers who come to the airport with their cars, make sure you compare the prices at the airport with offsite parking lots. In most cases, the offsite parking lots charge almost half the price charged by the parking lots inside the airports.
  • To get wheelchair assistance at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), inform your airline that you will require one either during booking or at least 48h before your flight is scheduled for departure. This gives them enough time to organize with the officials at the airport to ensure you get your wheelchair upon arrival.

I liked everything except, I left a brand new Switch 2 on the plane and talking to anybody about it is nearly impossible. I had to fill out a form and hope they get back to me in the next 2 weeks. I really hope they contact me. I saved for that thing for over a year and my son is heart broken.

Wheelchair assistance was excellent. I had a saver fare, but was given a seat in Premium. So very nice!! Extra legroom, complimentary beer. The flight crew was very nice and efficient. The gate agent in Seattle double checked to make sure I was able to board the plane all right while using my cane. I boarded first. So considerate! The flight was smooth, and right on time.

The cabin crew was absolutely wonderful, the service was great and it was just a good flight overall.

I had entered my TSA pre number when I bought the ticket but TSA pre was not on my boarding pass. I went to find an agent at check in and there was only one agent one duty for first class and a line of people waiting for check in/baggage with no agent manning that area.

Flight was 1:20 later than booked & I never received notice. At airport way too early. Couldn’t hear announcements on PA system. Crew fine. Retrieving luggage fine. Overall experience not good.

Good conversation with crew while I need assistance because I'm deaf. Thank you

Great! The check-in was easy, and the workers were nice and helpful. The inflight movies were easy to access, and we had a good time. The only scary part was the landing. We touched down hard instead of gently like other flights I have been on.

It was a full flight without any issues or stress. Really surprised with how so many flights seem to have issues nowadays.

Amazing! I will fly Alaskan as much as I can when traveling .

It used to be special flying with Alaska, no longer. Alaska is no longer my default airline. Value of their miles etc. is no longer a reason to stay with Alaska. Better options are available with other airlines.

THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>

I was in first class and literally the men behind me were so aggressively loud I moved myself to economy. This has become so common on Delta - people using audio without headphones, and men on 12am / late night flights drinking and yelling to talk to each other which prevents anyone around them from resting. Pretty crazy to have to move from first to economy (poorer service, less comfort...). Wild wild. Looking into other airlines.

First flight out and was 85 minutes delayed. Notification came out way too late

Departure was delayed resulting in me missing my connection. Delta did not autimatically find me another flight.

This flight was a first class choice and left much to be desired. Seat backs on seats were falling apart and torn. Seats actually didn't come to a "full & upright position". Pull out table was sprung. Not any significant leg room. All in all we were on an obviously older plane and felt overcharged for what we received as first class.

It would’ve been nice for all that money to have a more substantial snack for free. I remember once upon a time getting a very nice turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese on whole wheat bread for no charge along with a drink. I guess those days are gone. it’s a little insulting being given a cookie or a bag of baked chips Going forward I’ll just bring my own.

Delay in SLC jammed us up in Chicago. Got caught up in rush hour traffic

The seats got pretty uncomfortable pretty fast. The armrests are bigger than on other planes, so I had less room in the actual seat. My butt hurt by the end of the flight. :/ comfort was the primary issue. The crew were fantastic!

First class? Seriously? We got a wider seat and a little extra legroom. The plane didn’t even have TV’s. Not a huge deal, but there was nothing first class about this except the price tag.

Boarding started almost 20 minutes late with no explanation. Then the take off was delayed by 15 minutes with no update or explanation from the captain which was very stressful because I had a connecting flight with a very short layover. The The flight tracker on the screen at my seat was for a different flight and the QR code for the menu did not work. I asked for Sun Chips which were shown as harvest cheddar flavor on the website but the ones they gave me were salsa and I'm allergic to tomatoes and I couldn't eat them. The flight to Tulsa was okay but there was no Wi-Fi or entertainment on board which would have been nice to know

Horrible food and crew. Crew were laughing and talking loud while people were trying to sleep

The crew at Hawaiian Airlines was fantastic. Kind and hard working. The pilots were great with giving us all the updates to make sure we were informed.

Flight scheduled to take off at 5.55pm but it did not take off until 7pm due to some food delivery delay.

The crew was quite good, they came by often with drinks or to collect trash. But what wasn't nice was the flight was over weigh and several people had to be rebooked. I was questioned whether I should have a seat when I was getting to it. The in-flight entertainment kept buffering and interrupting. And the route took the airplane through high winds which caused us a longer flight

Wasn’t on the flight due to Alaska cancellation…also after all the rerouting, I was going to be on a later flight that left SFO at 7:47pm, which meant an almost 6 hour layover. That same Hawaiian flight was delayed for another 2hours.

Flight was smooth and comfortable. We were able to check a bag at counter due to full flight and boarded with an earlier group. We were there very early and didn’t hear the gate change just noticed our flight was no longer displayed st the gate. There were two other flights with gate shuffles - may be unavoidable but not desirable. First time I had to print my own luggage tag and attach at arrival. Not a fan of that process.

I received an email from Kayak with confirmation number for Hawaiian and another for Alaska. I received emails from Kayak for both my outbound and return flight to say "time to check in." Despite trying each number (Hawaiian and Alaska), I could not check in for outbound or return. It was then confusing at the airport - I hda "no place to go" to figure out how to check in. All the kiosks are marked "scan bag, etc." I wandered around with no agent to talk to. That was a bit stressful. Either Kayak, or airline, needed better communication on what to expect and to do.

When I purchased my ticket, it said i was flying with Hawaii airlines. Which is now operated by Alaska. Naturally I went to check in with Hawaii airlines once at the airport. However, there was no one at the desk until 7 am and their kiosk couldn’t find my tickets. I went over to Alaska and they said they couldn’t help me and to wait for Hawaii. My flight left at 7:15 so I didn’t have time to wait. They even told me to ask United which was next to the Hawaii desk what time Hawaii opened. I called the Hawaii airlines number and the operator told me to ask Alaska for help since my flight was operated by Alaska. So I went back and almost got brushed off again and sent to Hawaii. The Alaska desk attendant told me to check in at their kiosk but it didn’t work. I ran over to an older lady who was helping check bags and asked for help printing my boarding passes. Thankful she was able to do it right away! This whole debacle took a little over an hour. I wish there was better communication and knowledge between the two airlines because it could have been easily handled if everyone between the two airlines was on the same page. Once I ran through the airport to get to my gate, we were greeted with a smile and they seemed glad we made our flight! We were the last to board and barely made it. After the headache our flight was great! No complaints there.

Biggest issue: awfully narrow seats, + not a lot of leg room. Other than that, everything was good. Cabin crew seemed like very nice people.

Love starlink connectivity. More movie choices would be an improvement. Seats size is average, seat comfort is poor.

Seats were new and comfortable. Staff was fine. Missed my connection due to weather -which wasn’t their fault- but got no help at all. Gate staff sent me to customer service, which was and stayed unstaffed. Sign with QR code directed me to call or chat. Chat was useless. Call was returned after an hour. No itinerary offered by Frontier could get me home in less than 30 hours. Rebooked with another airline and got a partial refund that came to about 10 percent of what I paid to get home.

As every law enforcement agency I could imagine surrounded the plane and we didn’t disembark for 2 hours and then had to stick around for another hour to go get our personal belongings after leaving them behind and being bused away from the plane, it was scary and inconvenient. We were given no information as to why this was happening. Lack of communication with passengers was disappointing.

The ticketing agents were rude but then we had a great gate agent very nice we had to ride a buss out to where the plane was parked but it was in some back corner of the airport when we got to the plane the captain who was great btw was cleaning the plane because the same rude ticketing agent told them they we not contracted to vacuum the plane. The ride to las Vegas was fine We had a connecting flight to Dallas. The flight was fine but when we arrived in Dallas everyone who flew on any frontier airlines the picked up bags from baggage claim D15 had to wait over a hour for their bags to start we arrived at 11:30pm ish to the gate we didn't leave the baggage clamed till 12:50 am very not happy and i used to fly frontier 4 times a week for work in Denver i will not be using them again

No way to get boarding pass on my phone. In order to print the bag ticket a boarding pass is needed. Asked the agent to print me one, they said they typically do not due this as its so much work. I showed the email confirmation and I asked how i could do it my self the agent replied he did not know as there was no link. The flight was delayed due to an attendant forgetting to come to work. On the flight no drinks were offered only for purchase meals.

The seats were dirty with crumbs and trash , looked it had not been cleaned up from a previous flight

The last time I flew Frontier was in the 1960s when it was a “real” airline. We flew this time because of the price & schedule. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I’ve never flown frontier without a flight getting canceled. I understand that things go wrong with planes, but all other airlines handle cancellations so well. Frontier becomes a dumpster fire if a problem appears for them.

Flight was canceled with little warning. Flight was rebooked through Ontario, California and connecting flight was delayed by over three hours. Frontier is living up to their Greyhound of the skies reputation for sure.

Left Denver late, then sat on tarmac 30 min after arrival

It’s a cheap airline and I wish if they had better seats.
