I was offered a selection of drinks and given a free snack. The flight was only a couple of hours, but we were trreated better than the transatlantic flight.

Hate the way they nickel and dime you on pricing. Extra for baggage, extra for a pre assigned seat. Make it one price and be done with it.

The flight got delayed for some unknown reason to us. Then, after boarding, we stayed grounded for almost an hour without any explanation or announcement. Then, finally lifted off. When we landed and made our way to baggage claim. The luggage took 30 minutes to come! It was past midnight due to the flight being delayed and my litter children were cranky and tired! It was not a great experience. Perhaps, more explanation of what is going on with the flight would be helpful!

Good flight, loved the snacks (Biscoff cookies). For boarding, they forgot to change the sign showing our group was boarding. Apparently, they had announced it, but the announcements overlapped with another gate announcements and no one could actually hear what they were saying. So a group of us were waiting....and finally asked and were told we could board.

overall no call for accessible while boarding. The crew member was little rude not bothering about the condition. Seat assigned was very uncomfortable.

Departing flight for our weekend trip was cancelled due to weather which meant our return flight was useless. The whole thing was difficult to get support through but Alaska did recover and was able to reimburse us for the flights yesterday. For some reason, Kayak was not kept in the loop, adding to the confusion.

Almost 3 hr delay in Settle with very little information available to passengers. They boarded the plane and we waited for a long time inside the plane as well.

My 1.5 hr flight was 5.5 hrs delayed. We switched gates twice. We planed and deplaned once. Three total planes, two had “mechanical issues.” None of this even makes sense as the original plane was sitting at the gate since yesterday evening. Then when the second plane was finally brought to the gate from the hangar, it too needed repair. Don’t worry. They gave us a $12 foot voucher. All other flights in the same area of the terminal were hours delayed. It was an actual nightmare. This was after a few hours delay on my first flight a few days ago. And I thought that was bad.

On this flight, seemed like attendants just went up and down isle collecting garbage and recycling. I must have heard it 10 times, which was annoying. Serving a snack/beverage was appreciated. Collect rubbish twice, not 10 times, chanting up/down isle calling out "garbage....recycling......garbage.......recycling........." etc. All else was fine.
