Technically this was the flight where they lost my bags, but I already explained that on the review for my connecting flight, so I'm not gonna do it again.

From Las Vegas to Boise all went well. However, our flight was delayed in Boise and I missed my connecting flight from Seattle to Pasco. Moreover, the last flight to Pasco was full and I was booked on the 11:30 flight Sunday and given a hotel accommodation. However, I was scheduled to deliver the Sunday morning service at my church and needed to arrive no later than 10:00. Therefore, I booked a Delta flight scheduled to arrive in Pasco at 23:09. My piece of luggage checked in Las Vegas arrived in Pasco earlier today. I waited at the airport for over an hour last night to speak with an Alaska agent to no avail. I went back after church this morning in search of my piece of luggage and it could not be located. After waiting for 40 minutes to speak to the agent authorized to take my claim, he announced that he was closing the counter to assist on the flight line but not before providing me with a telephone number that would help me with filing my claim. Before I was able to make the call (due to other factors) I received a call from Alaska agent informing me that my luggage had just arrived and I am now waiting for it to be delivered. I deliberately took the more complicated route home to ensure that I would be home in plenty of time to prepare for myself for the Sunday service and accommodate my relatives’ needs. I believe the airport is undermanned given the number of flights coming in and going out. It was fiasco last night with three flights waiting for luggage and another flight landing within minutes. Today’s problems stemmed from a lack of cross training and a serious amount of cargo/baggage going out and too few people scheduled to cover.
Terrible. We were bumped off our flight to another and weren't sent notice until we were on our prior flight. We got home four hours later and the airline couldn't have cared less.
Continuously changing delayed departure time. Too much waiting for a short flight. Driving would have been faster.
I'm so glad that Alaska still keeps this little "puddle-jumper" route going between SEA>ALW; my daughter lives on Walla Walla, and it's so much quicker to be able to fly right in to Walla Walla than to have to fly into Tri-Cities and then make her drive 40 minutes each way. This flight is usually only 50%-75% full when I fly it, but that's because it doesn't get in to ALW until MIDNIGHT! But thanks for continuing to service the Walla Walla area, Alaska!
Same crew flew with us from Palm Springs to Bellingham, so they were great! Friendly and kind from start to finish. Great experience!

The flight was delayed and then it was very short. The crew was nice. The seats weren't as comfortable on this particular craft.
You guys are always have delays and then leaving us on the tarmac for 15-20 min. FIGURE IT OUT!

The flight was done by SkyWest only WIFI no entertainment center are available on the CRJ
My flight was delayed by 4 hours in 30 minute increments. The gate agents were amazing but the communication was not. We were told that there was a maintenance issue but they didn't know what it was. That didn't inspire confidence. Then they said they found it and it was fixed and the pilot just needed to sign off. Then the pilot needed to talk to the other pilot from the arriving flight and we'd be fine. Then we were waiting for the pilot to call back. Then the maintenance issue wasn't fixed. Then they decided we were getting a new plane (why didn't they decide this earlier??). Fine. But then they announced we were changing gates AND terminals. And we were boarding in 20 minutes. So we all had to run to the new terminal gate. We could have taken off at that time, but we then had to wait for all the people who rebooked on a different flight to book this flight again. That took 30+ minutes because there was only one gate agent. When everyone ditched this flight, I saw it as an opportunity to upgrade to comfort. Delta, the greedy jerks they are, charged me $121. After their delay, their fault, their issues, couldn't even discount an upgrade. They only handed out $12 meal vouchers for the delay. I can't even get a snack from starbucks for that.
Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.
We sat on the runway for over an hour before departure. That was unwelcome.
Crew was nice, meal was good. Entertainment had to be rebooted 3 times and still did not work. Turns out there was residue on screen, it needed to be cleaned to prevent the touchscreen buttons from continuously activating. I had entertainment for the last 45 minutes of a 5 hour 45 minute flight. Really unacceptable for first class. Flight attendent indicated your cleaning solution creates this problem. Seems as if this is widely known, you should be using a different product or cleaning better. Really really disappointing which simply added to the wi fi on your planes with reliably never ever works.
Snacks and included beverages were appreciated. Boarding went smoothly. Plenty of overhead bin space. Seats get very uncomfortable after a couple of hours. After waiting 10 painful minutes for my walker, a very nice Delta guest agent pushed me in a wheelchair to the gate. It was finally delivered to me after another 15 minutes . Our checked bag was on the carousel long b4 I was able to retrieve it. Fortunately it was still there but somewhere along the way the straps we used to secure it were removed and and were not reattached. Wish I had made note of the agents name.
The cabin temperature was nice and cool. The wifi was not working.
Could not get my connecting flight boarding pass until four hrs before departure! Ver annoying especially since the staff could not explain why!
I appreciated being upgraded. I was very disappointed with my 13 hr layover in Seattle to geg, while my friends who flew Alaska made it home as scheduled. I had to reserve a hotel on my dime.
