Technically this was the flight where they lost my bags, but I already explained that on the review for my connecting flight, so I'm not gonna do it again.
The flight was too short. No snacks or drinks offered.
From Las Vegas to Boise all went well. However, our flight was delayed in Boise and I missed my connecting flight from Seattle to Pasco. Moreover, the last flight to Pasco was full and I was booked on the 11:30 flight Sunday and given a hotel accommodation. However, I was scheduled to deliver the Sunday morning service at my church and needed to arrive no later than 10:00. Therefore, I booked a Delta flight scheduled to arrive in Pasco at 23:09. My piece of luggage checked in Las Vegas arrived in Pasco earlier today. I waited at the airport for over an hour last night to speak with an Alaska agent to no avail. I went back after church this morning in search of my piece of luggage and it could not be located. After waiting for 40 minutes to speak to the agent authorized to take my claim, he announced that he was closing the counter to assist on the flight line but not before providing me with a telephone number that would help me with filing my claim. Before I was able to make the call (due to other factors) I received a call from Alaska agent informing me that my luggage had just arrived and I am now waiting for it to be delivered. I deliberately took the more complicated route home to ensure that I would be home in plenty of time to prepare for myself for the Sunday service and accommodate my relatives’ needs. I believe the airport is undermanned given the number of flights coming in and going out. It was fiasco last night with three flights waiting for luggage and another flight landing within minutes. Today’s problems stemmed from a lack of cross training and a serious amount of cargo/baggage going out and too few people scheduled to cover.
Terrible. We were bumped off our flight to another and weren't sent notice until we were on our prior flight. We got home four hours later and the airline couldn't have cared less.
Continuously changing delayed departure time. Too much waiting for a short flight. Driving would have been faster.
I'm so glad that Alaska still keeps this little "puddle-jumper" route going between SEA>ALW; my daughter lives on Walla Walla, and it's so much quicker to be able to fly right in to Walla Walla than to have to fly into Tri-Cities and then make her drive 40 minutes each way. This flight is usually only 50%-75% full when I fly it, but that's because it doesn't get in to ALW until MIDNIGHT! But thanks for continuing to service the Walla Walla area, Alaska!
Same crew flew with us from Palm Springs to Bellingham, so they were great! Friendly and kind from start to finish. Great experience!

The flight was delayed and then it was very short. The crew was nice. The seats weren't as comfortable on this particular craft.
I missed my flight by a couple of minutes due to my previous flight sitting on the tarmac for an hour. I was already checked in and they refused to wait an extra 5 minutes. So of course I had to get another flight and the attendant told me 11 am. ( it was 12 am when i went to the desk) so i couldnt get a hotel because they were all booked so i ended up sleeping on the floor at the airport. The next morning i discovered the attendant schedule me for an 11 pm flight…NOT 11 am. Why would i spend an entire day at seattle airport???? So fortunately i stopped at a gate where an attendant was able to get me on the 1230 pm flight but since they had already rescheduled my flight i had to yet again go to the service desk to get an “override” Monday morning 10 am alaska service center had 2 people working with 15 people ahead of me. Thankfully your 1-888 customer service line wait time was 20 minutes but it was a less than pleasurable experience when i only have a few days off of work to enjoy and im depending on the airline to have it together.
