She seemed very laissez faire and there was no information about the connections gate overhead or when I got off the plane. I think that if the flight is delayed, the airline should let passengers know where the close connection gate assignments are to save them time (my flight landed ten minutes after my connection was boarding). 2. The carry on luggage section was impossibly small so I had to gatecheck my bag and it took five minutes to get my bag back. Given the tight connection, this created additional anxiety."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Cons: "where do I start....seats are incredibly close together and once the passenger reclines their seat, it is actually painful. I don't consider myself overly tall or large at 5'10" and 190 pounds, yet I did not have circulation in my legs for nearly the entire flight. The pilot indicated that flight would be only 9 1/2 hours and ended up being 14.5 hours due to a maintenance issue that required us to make a stop in Anchorage. Pilot said it would only take 30-40 minutes to repair (supplemental oxygen bottle was apparently empty) and after 3 1/2hrs I think we were finally airborne, only to be delayed an additional 45 minutes or so upon landing because our gate was occupied by another plane. So what, they can't find another gate to use? The whole flight there was also delayed for an unexpected stop in Anchorage to get more fuel for the flight. Did they not complete proper flight planning? I'm a pilot and I know you can check winds aloft and plan your route with ample fuel for emergencies. So did this pilot not properly plan for the flight? I can go on and on about why I won't be flying with Delta for a long long time....so the 5,000 air miles they gave me as a courtesy for putting me through so much pain...well those extra miles are useless to me. How about refunding me the cost of my horrible flight?"

If this is the boarding process, maybe something more structured can be implemented, otherwise people just end up everywhere. The seat back entertainment on this 777-200 suffered from the most capricious touch-screens ever. I would frequently tap a control on the screen only to have a control at the far corner of the screen be "pressed" instead. Annoying."

Pros: "I liked that from China to Seattle on the flight itself they took very good care of us making sure we were all comfortable, hydrated and well fed."
Cons: "The Shanghai airport did not open luggage drop off until 3hours before my flight when I was told it would open 5 hours prior, as well as tried to get me to leave to rent a hotel for the night as my layover was a few hours, then delayed Seattle boarding for over 45 minutes, once we were on the plane we were then told we were number 25 to leave therefore leaving us another hour and a half of a delay."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Getting a refund back is now becomes a very complicated process with zero transparency. Main Cabin Extra is kind of a scam. We bought it specifically for an extra leg room. However, on the flight from PHX to BOS, all seats in the economy class have the same leg room. The agent explicitly told us that on this plane all seats are the same. So, they offer product they do not have and collect money. Sounds like a scam to me."

Pretzels are good for people who might be a little sick at their stomach, but better snacks are a nice option. I ordered coffee and it was perfect. Overall, the flight was a good flight, just a little tweaking and it would be great. Thanks for asking."

I pray that the state of the interior of this American Airlines flight does not reflect the condition of the plane's vital flight systems."

But i suppose there aren't many people on the flight who would order coffee..I would even pay extra for a coffee if they had a quality option. Food is comparable to a school canteen. I would probably pay 20rmb for this in Shanghai. Frozen butter for the half-frozen bread. They really couldn't do worse..."

I had to move to the one with a long queue to handle those standby customers. This is my worst experience ever. The service of China Southern airline is becoming worse and worse. Never recommend again."

Pros: "We departed 50 minutes late but still arrived on time. Great entertainment options made the flight go by quickly (also, slept for the first half). It's not super comfortable in economy, but it's completely fine for economy and you get what you pay for. Attendants were also reasonably nice, nothing that stands out good or bad. We got the Asian vegetarian meal and it was pretty good for airplane food -- two Indian-style meals served at either end of the flight."
Cons: "Not much to complain about. I think people forget that if you're paying $700 for an economy roundtrip to a Tier 2 city in China (SFO - CKG), this is a great deal and a very decent delivery overall."

They played a long movie which was then cut off 30 minutes before landing and it still had nearly 50 minutes remaining in the movie. Not sure why they would play a movie that can't be seen fully during the flight or that they couldn't let it play longer. This airline is notorious for excessively early preparation for landing."

Pros: "Keep us well fed, drinks, onboard entertainment was ok, lots of movies, free pillow, blanket, and my overnight flight was provided with ear plugs, eyemask and toothbrush."
Cons: "Unable to use mobile phone on airplane mode or laptop computer at any point of the flight. Windows HAD to be down the entire flight. Also one leg of the flight l was unable to bring extra water l purchased in the airport onto the plane."

Cons: "I would like the food choices to be containing less fish as it's rather smelly in a contained space such as an aircraft. Otherwise it was a rather short flight so no complaints."
