Food could be better it was okay. Entertainment seems dated it was something but in this day and age could be a lot better.
It was great, but my bag was not loaded onto the connecting flight. I'm currently getting it resolved. If this isn't a problem, everything else was excellent.
The aircraft was massive (A-380) and became crowded with 400+ passengers on board.
Coming back to America was a peaceful flight everyone and everything was perfect
Flight was too cold. I wore a regular cotton tee and it wasn’t enough. It was a night time flight so I would have thought a blanket would be provided to passengers. A 4 hour flight and no options for a meal? I flew Asiana the next day from Seoul to Manilla. Same duration, 4 hours. They give everyone a pillow and blanket and serve a meal. Why is United so cheap and holding back meals and amenities? Also, they promote too much gay stuff and DEI in their advertisements. Please be mindful of other beliefs and don’t shove your gay ideology down my throat.

The seats felt very small. We were supplied with pillows and blankets, which was nice. Lots of noise from the bathroom, plus exterior noise. Made it hard to hear the entertainment system, even using my own noise-cancelling headphones. The food was really bad. I generally request a vegetarian meal and one was supplied, but the pasta was cold and hard and there was nothing pleasant about it. Two meals were served on this flight; one was a repeat of the meal I had had on the flight immediately preceding this one, which was bad enough I didn't even try it. Drinks were very limited. All I wanted was water, and on a 10.5 hour flight, I was given 3 cups of about 3 ounces each.
We took business class, It was comfortable and I was able to sleep.
Great service. They could offer vegetarian food and do more to reduce waste.

WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.

Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)
The crew are timely, friendly and professional. I was very impressed.
They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
The meat-and-rice combination was a good idea, but the food could use some improvement. The meat looked a bit mushy and almost like ground meat, which wasn’t very appetizing, and the flavor was just average. Other than that, everything else was great.
It is too long a flight to not have free access to internet. Should not charge. Should be some hours free.
My boarding experience was so bad. While traveling from LA to HYD, the boarding was smooth. But the boarding experience from Hyderabad to LA was utterly poor and unprofessional and caused lot of anxiety and stress. Even though we were at the airport Boarding well in advance to accommodate for Immigration and Security Check, Cathay Pacific Boarding On Ground Crew has done a very unprofessional job. It is one thing to follow rules, but being inconsistent and not being able to communicate this clearly is wrong. I was not aware that my laptops weight in my backpacks is also counted against the cabin baggage. While coming from LA to HYD, the ground boarding crew didnt ask for this. They just checked the Cabin bags weight. But at HYD, not for everyone, but for some people they enforced this. Our Checkin Luggage was carefully weighed at home and was accurately measured to 23 kg, Now they asked to move all the weight in our Backpacks where most of the weight is from Laptops and tablets for each family member, I need to accommodate this ~10kg from 6 laptops in to one of the suit cases and pay extra for excess baggage at the airport boarding place. Without a weighing scale how can I accurately move all the items from cabin baggage to one of the suitcase. D Venkatesh is the guy who enforced this. But I dont have a problem with the rule enforcement, but the way he guided us in solving the problem. I was willing to pay the extra money for the extra weight. He told me that the 32 kg excess baggage is allowed with 150 USD. I understood that 32 kg is extra on top of the 23 kg chickin baggage. SO I pushed all of them to one suit case and then when I took this suitcase, I was sent back saying that he meant the total as 32kg but not the excess should be 32 kg, I had to go out of the line make these changes without a scale thrice like this. They literally harassed me. Noushad his manager was sneering at us. When I said, I am going to complain about this, my wife heard him saying some bad words in Hindi. You get one chance to harass your customer. I will never board Cathay Pacific again.

Good experience and I would fly again with CP. Disappointed that they ran out of the dinner option that I preferred. Other than that, the trip was quite enjoyable.
It as great, my in flight entertainment was malfunctioning though.
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

For the Singapore to CA flight, nearly 16 hours long was miserable. We sat on the tarmac for one hour to burn fuel. The flight attendant girls were mean. They would yell at people who stood up to try to stretch their legs. One time the drinks came thru and the lady judged us and made a comment about how much sugar was in apple juice when we ordered it once. She was rude and inappropriate. The entire flight was frustrating. You'd think a long haul like that the airline would try to make you comfortable. I just don't understand why the ladies were so snappy. I have never experienced rude flight attendants like that. It was the longest flight I've had to sit on before. We were not impressed. Raymond on the other hand was amazing! By far the best person working that flight!
premium economy is expensive but worth it for the comfort and food on a long flight
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Beijing PEK to SFO. I had an economy seat on this flight. The seat comfort was acceptable. My main complaint is with the FA’s lack of personality and absence from servicing the plane, specifically restroom care (I wish I could share a pic of the restroom that I captured) and care of travelers—drink cart/availability of drinks. I'm amazed at the level of service on other International travel where a passenger is most often appreciated.
Crew is polite, but artificially polite. You can see and feel it. Food could be better.

The flight was delayed. The staff made us wait in the room that is too small and it was crowded and with no seats available for waiting. They did not tell us why the delay occurred.
While boarding at PVG, there was a ticket checking at the gate, then there was another ticket checking at the bottom of the escalator, which created quite a dangerous congestion. Not sure which idiot made this absolutely unnecessary arrangement.
China Eastern as a member of Sky Alliance airlines should have the same standards overall of their partners, Besides the seats comforts everything else is bellow the standard for a business class travelers. A BIG ISSUE FOR NON-CHINESE PASSENGERS IS THE ABILITY TO CHECK IN ONLINE, by making so difficult or almost impossible there is no chance to get a seat assignment ahead of time then go to the airport and get what is left. THIS IS NOT a SKY TEAM modality.
Pillow and blanket are dirty. My son got multiple bites during the flight
Flight was on time. My group paid for seat’s so that us four can be seated next to each other. We all got separated. We all got middle seats, which made it more difficult to be able to get up and stretch or use the restroom. We tried talking to the employees at China Eastern and they were of no help. We will not be taking this flight or recommend this route to others in the future. Also I will be contacting customer service on how I can get our money back for paying for assigned seats.
China eastern was fantastic. I had read so many bad reviews that had made me nervous. However, I found that the flight attendant’s, and customer service check in etc. etc. was excellent. I had no problems. I would fly with them again!
