Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.

They woke us up 2.5 hours before the flight was over? Why? If I'm on a long haul flight I want to sleep as much as possible. Also, didn't mention the mattress pads in business class so missed out on using those. The western meal of truffle, salmon pasta was the awful. Had a different fish dish on JAL that was great but that pasta was a mish-mash of too many random things that didn't make sense plus dry fish. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved Ryuichi Sakamoto's OPUS in the movie choice.

Too bad the plane didn't work after we taxied out to get in line for take-off. We went back to the gate and waited for almost 90 minutes for them to find a plane that worked. Waited another hour to board. When we got to Rochester we waited for over an hour for our bags to appear. The agent said they only had three people working to load and unload baggage. A one hour flight took an extra four hours. It would have been faster to rent a car at JFK and drive to Rochester.

Good legroom. Front seatback has best compartmentalization, netted pockets on sides of tv monitor for eyeglasses, water bottles etc. For Economy, best food across the Pacific. JAL doesn't skimp on quality to squeeze out more profit. No prepackaged items in plastic wrap. Cocktail service first with nibbles, Wine in your own 2 glass bottle. Later dinner service, more wine! Lastly, breakfast-lunch, more wine if you choose. Lastly, the friendliest most smiling crew across the Pacific.

It was great, but the wifi service was very hard to pay and I barely could use it during my trip. The seats are also a bit tough for tall people (economy area). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The airline was very clean, and the crew very kind and thoughtful.

Service is excellent - crew all so respectful and friendly. Airline comfortable - lots of legroom even in economy. Food was great even came with ice cream!

The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.

My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.

Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline

A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. Please make it 3 meals.

Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice

It would be nice if they could have a choice of both gluten AND dairy free menu. Lots of people have problems with BOTH. I also could not get on their website to check. Phone verification issues etc( not all of us have our phones on roaming. I tried over an hour!

The crews were smiling all the time with soft tunes when they spoke; the food was excellent. Thank you!

They charged me $900 to board my flight I already paid for just because I missed my previous flight. I do not recommend this airline by any means.

For a transpacific flight, flying economy is awful! The seats are cramped and its meant for petite folks! Good luck if you have long legs. BOARDING - AWFUL, we got to Hong Kong - the gate was listed, but upon arrival, there was a MESS of boarding procedures, they basically DIY'ed how to board but making three lines and putting three ground crew to check for passports in the terminal area. THEN to make it worse, after going through that cattle process, all of a sudden you see people standing and looking confused, apparently we were told to get in line to board, but the AV notification wasnt even working. So people started cramming in line - worse than cattle. One saving point, the flight crew forgot to serve me dinner and after waiting for it, I fell asleep since this was a midnight flight. After letting a crew know that I was forgotten, all of my meals were served first !!! Yay for being in the economy seats! Nothing much to write home about once more!

Was a nice experience, crews were nice and accommodating. My only complain is the super tight leg room for the economy class.

Bathroom was not cleaned as often as other airlines does. It was gross for a less than full flight capacity.

From BOS to HK, the crew had pushed me to choose the pasta for meal multiple times. It was a bad experience. Without this, everything was good.

The crew is amazing, very attentive. They went above and beyond when we had a small spill. the food on this trip was not nearly as good as other Cathay flights. The economy seats are very comfortable, but when the person in front of yo reclines, you need to recline to see your screen or be comfortable.

late departure due to some unspecified issue with ventilating the cabin. They got it running but it was FREEZING for the whole flight. I asked for a blanket but they didn't provide one. They could not turn up the heat. it was quite miserable.

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!

This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.

Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.

Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.

The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.

The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.

The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.

I liked the duration speed while in the air but that is is for positive things to say. The service was over 3 hours late, staff not very friendly (probably because they were also late to the destination), uncomfortable seats and disappointing food options

Nothing...a plane ride to where I needed to go.

No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.

It was exactly what I expected, actually arriving sooner than scheduled.

One of the reasons I fly American is because the seating is more comfortable than most airlines. Even in the back of the plane.

Everything was ok except that we had to de-ice the plane which took about 20 mins. I realize this is a safety issue, but it caused us to miss a connection in Charlotte by 15 mins which meant a four hour layover. I think the thing that bothered me was American Airlines knew we were only 15 mins late, so couldn’t they have waited for us? There were about 10 of us that had to take alternate planes. I remember recently waiting 15 to 20 mins for passengers connecting with flights we were on. Just wondering why they couldn’t do the same for ours.

Flight attendants on American Airlines are rude very harsh with their time of voice. Nearly identical experience as spirit airlines. However, from Spirit Airlines, you expect this level of mediocre service. You do not expect this from the big three..
