Not a United thing, but late afternoon departures from Denver with thunderstorms is always prone to delays.
Flight was 2.5 late. Maybe not United’s fault but late none the less. We were late as well on the first leg. WiFi quit working with an hour left.
Very stressful to locate United Airline boarding area, delayed flight, changing boarding area again to another location with all tiredness 😩. But flying was fine.

This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Sitting in row 31, you could smell the bathroom during the entire flight. It was pretty disgusting.
Was given all 3 boarding passes. Was refused boarding to Brasilia in Miami even though I had up to date Brazilian Visa and US passport. Had to return to Phoenix as trip was cancelled. Waiting for refund of the fare. Missed my son's birthday and visit with him and his wife.
Overall it was good. The food was not great quality and seats were very uncomfortable. But overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately it was very disappointed experience. Our first flight our was delayed 2 hours, as a consequence we missed our connecting international flight. Customer server at Miami American Airlines was very disrespectful, gave us the worst replace itenarary for the next day that we had to spend 2 hours calling Gol to get a better itinerary otherwise we wouldn't make it on time to fulfill our trip purpose. We would have missed the reason to travel all the way to Brazil if we didn't change for a better itinerary. The worst thing is that our baggage was missing for 4 days. We had no cloths for all this time, plus the aggravation to locate our baggage. Nobody knew where our baggage was. We ended up picking it up at the airport when they said that they will bring them home. Unfortunately our experience was very dissatisfied.
Flight on time, check in and flight attendants courteous and helpful. Smaller plane for international flights, tight space, no comfortable.
I did not like the way that baggage fees were charged. When I signed up for the flight, I knew that there were bag fees. However, the bag fees were so confusing that it felt like I was paying for overweight bags rather than just for having brought a bag with me. Also, the bag fees were based on the pair of tickets rather than per person. It seems to me that it should be first bag fee for passenger 1 and then first bag fee for passenger 2. I eventually got away with only paying $100 for two bags, but it was a struggle to understand the process. As for the flight, the seats were the standard uncomfortable seats that are on most Boeing aircraft. The airline aims to accommodate the standard height people, so us tall people are stuck. There was never an option to upgrade for leg room. It did not appear that there were any seats on the whole plane that had a little more leg room to even try to get. Other than that, I completely ignored the food for this red eye flight. I am not one to eat "dinner" at 2 am. They did not offer any drinks in the morning before landing. I recommend that you bring a bottle of water on board.
Lost luggage, people are not very nice to help you , I was just instructed to fill out a baggage claim online, they were not helpful when I had additional questions after I completed the form on my phone.
They are not ready for international flights, poor service and food, no screen info on the seat.
Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
American rescheduled with GOL. An error was made that caused significant issues including nit being able to checkin not having assigned seats, not getting seats together, arriving late, and the crew made no attempt to help.
They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...
Business Class layout was excellent. The seats were not nearly as comfortable as UA, Delta or Air New Zealand (the best). Nor were the controls as flexible. Food was okay but not great. Breakfast pancakes were like cardboard.
The average age of the flight crew had to be 58. With that said I just felt the flight crew was old and grumpy during meal service. The one male flight attendant was annoyed that Dr. pepper was the popular drink of choice during dinner service. He had to bend down multiple times and sort through popular sodas to get the Dr. Pepper. I overheard he complained under his breath. Another flight had no clue what they are serving for breakfast. She said we had American waffles and Japanese Cold soba noodles with dumplings. It turn out to be hot noodles with shu-mai. It the cold affected my choice.
My flights were all delayed , mostly due to technical issues with AA aircrafts. I had to rebook my trip 4 times . I lost my whole day and finally arrived in LAX around midnight. This was a very bad experience with American airlines , I will always try to avoid flying with them
No ground air conditioner for the plane. Very hot and humid prior to take off which was an uncomfortable period of time.
Terrible experience flying with American Airlines. Too many delays and cancellations.
One thing you can always count on is your AA flight getting delayed. This is not surprising when they operate these planes like a greyhound bus with wings.
Qatar airlines was great from Doha to Texas. However it wasn’t good from Nairobi. I experienced discrimination from Nairobi to Doha
Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.
Plane had mechanical issues. We had to de plane and board a different plane and were an hour late
More space for economy, and the bathroom size is only for people with size XS
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY

Going through JFK’s security is a mess. The TSA security said no shoes on the bins. So, we place our shoes in the belt and they came out all over the belt. Boarding was delayed and Flight as well.

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline

The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.
