When I picked it up at baggage claim my bag was soaked and my pink bag had black dirt all over it. The terminal had poop on the floor in multiple spots along the main path where people walk, which is clearly disgusting and concerning. Although the flight was fine the combination of these things made it a very unpleasant experience."

The entertainment choices as well as the tv screen were poor and then there was no way to turn off the screen."

Delta airlines was all about the up sale from charging for every bag to charging for internet ,food so on and so forth. Also one bathroom in the middle of the plane ? REALLY ? Out of tissue , paper towels , and tissue one hour into the flight . What in the Hell is going on with this airline ? Won’t fly with them again ."

Cons: "Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."

I understand things happen but they were very unfriendly about this situation..what's the point of spending all the $ on insurance for this situation to occur and there's no compinsation for it."

The woman was adamant and supposedly a supervisor finally agreed that we could wait for a wheelchair. In Miami they had only requested one wheelchair. The food on the Panama to Miami flight left a lot to be desired."

Cons: "I was 5 minutes late checking in for my flight from LAX to Cali. Another airlines was 7 hours late delivering me to LAX. My situation dictated that I arrive in to Cali at a specific time. I couldn't wait for 24 hours for the next flight. So I booked a new flight to get me to Cali on time. Here's the problem.. when I went to check for the Cali to LAX flight the gate agent informed me that because I failed to check in for the flight to Cali. That that cancels the entire ticket. I was forced to purchase an entire new ticket to fly back to LAX"

Cons: "They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

Cons: "This time, however, from the get go I had problems. The attendant at ticketing sent one of my bags in without removing the part of the ticket I needed. Second, the attendant at the gate took my carry-on down because she thought it was too big. I have this bag for years and I travel with it everywhere with me. Then, I could not find my carry-on in Lima and hell started. I asked one guy that had an orange apron and was helping with the bags. I told him that I did not see my carry on. He sent me to American lost baggage upstairs. I had to wait 40 minutes for the office to open. Then the woman working there was very unprofessional and rude and told me that I should have made a claim at the counter in the baggage claim area. Well, there are no signs that indicate that there is a counter where to claim your lost bags, you have to just be clarivident and know according to LATAN personnel. They found my bag and call us around 3:45PM, when they close at 5PM. Well getting to the airport before 5pm was a Mission Impossible action movie. Try getting to the airport in Lima during rush hour...finally, I got there on time to get my bag, had another encounter with another personnel that, again, attempted to blame it on me instead of doing her job efficiently and with a smile on her face...What is wrong with airlines personnel???"

Cons: "American advertised free TV and movies streamed to your device via a card placed in the seatback pocket and in the flight attendant's announcement. Although the card stated, "This Flight. Free Entertainment..." I was informed that there was, in fact, no such feature."

Cons: "The check-in process at GYE needs to improve. Not many people in line and it still takes an hour get checked in. Plane crew waiting much longer to serve the food. That made sure I would get less rest on and overnight flight. Worst of all, after the crew served the food, the never came to pick it up. Just makes it uncomfortable to have a tray of trash on your tray table for 3 hours."

Terrible! Will never fly sprit again."

Cons: "we were few minutes late to check in. Charged $92 to rebook the ticket asked to go back home and return the next day instead of putting us on the next available flight. Our return ticket was cancelled and they asked us to buy another return ticket, that since we missed the other flight, the return portion was also cancelled. It is my first time, and it was a horrible experience."

Cons: "Llegamos al aeropuerto con mi familia con una hora de antelación. Al llegar a la zona del check-in encontramos una cola muy larga y desordenada. Dado que fue la primera vez en ese aeropuerto y con Spirit no llegamos al mostrador del check-in con 45 minutos de antelación y perdimos el vuelo. No había nadie que nos ayudó ni que hable español. Finalmente perdimos y vuelo y viajamos por Jetblue. El costo del pasaje supero los 400 dólares que no lo teníamos presupuestado. En pocas palabras, una experiencia no agradable."

Upon arriving in Florida- Spirit staff was rude, would not answer questions, provide info, or help us get on new flights- we were only put standby and as more and more flights were cancelled without reason- I was told I would be stuck in Florida for 36 hours. I had to buy a ticket on another airline to get home after waiting 14 hours for Spirit to help. I was so upset, missed work, tired, and overall let down with their lack of compassion or even kind concern for the issues."

The fact the agents were annoyed with the passengers bc of spirits lack of communication to inform to us passengers why we didn't have a plane or a crew was very frustrating. With that being said the crew was amazing even after coming off an international flight and getting stuck in customs."

Felt annoyed that they gave me a hard time about paying them cash. No where on the website does it say credit cards only. Also the seats were small and did not recline. On my return trip they changed the gate 2 mins before boarding and I had to run to catch the flight. I would not recommend."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled due to weather on Clear blue skies at both ends of the trip and every other airline making their flights with no cancellations. WHY LIE! They stranded 150 people in the Houston airport with no flights out for 2 days. Most everyone was headed to a two day festival now stranded. They offered no rebooking or just delay the flight. Everyone was screaming mad. Cost me hundreds of dollars and missed the festival I flew 3000 miles to attend"

Cons: "Spirit has too many hidden fees luggage fees are ridiculous, no help printing boarding pass, website is ridiculous and will not work prior to checking in for flight and if you tell them that you had problems with checking in on website they will tell you to take a screen shot of the error on the screen and bring it in for future reference, but no fee was waived for there website not functioning And I still had to pay full price for luggage. Ot the website price and even though they tell you you get to bring one piece of luggage free of no charge on the plane it's not true your bag have to be a certain size and if it's over there is an additional fee up to 100$ ... That's why it's cheap to fly spirit they don't include all extra fees . Spirit will be my last resort for flying."

(Many people were frantic in line re: not getting to flight on time) TSA line was all the way down airport. Knew I would not make flight. NO agent to help me while I waited. Tried calling Spirit no-one could help. Got to counter with less than 15 minutes to boarding time. Supervisor was extremely rude and said there was nothing she could do re: TSA line. Said that if I didn't make flight I could get a later flight or pay extra for something different. Went to TSA line and no-one could help. Saw another Spirit rep, while in TSA line. she rudely said "no-way!" and walked away.. Finally, I "seriously" begged and cut in TSA line. Ran. Made it to gate for final boarding call!!!"

One of the atte Santa At the counter acepted cash from another custom er even if was no permitted, and then me and my husband got threatened by Patricia At the counter that if we Kept complaining she would close the door forcing us to lose the plain. Finally we paid but we recorded the situation in our phone. We were severly mistreated and we will Not buy tickets from this company and will encourage our friends Not to buy tickets either. I have never Bern treated so bad in a airlines company"
