The baggage claim and line to exit the baggage claim area to get to our next connection was utter chaos. There were so many people and it took time to figure exactly where the end of the line was once we had our baggage. The organization of this portion of the travel process needs to be reviewed and made easier to navigate. The Alaska terminal doesn't have near enough seating and people have to stand or sit on the floor. Food choices are limited and poor."

We received good service from attendants who checked on us often to bring extra drinks and answer questions. I see now that it's worth the extra money/points to fly first class. Cons: "I felt the flight attendant who first served me was a little brash. We were seated for what seemed like extra time before takeoff so I ordered a mimosa when asked if I wanted a drink. She seemed reluctant to give it to me so I wish she had explained that there wasn't much time or explained any hesitations that she was maybe trying to hide from her expressions. I was only 1/3rd finished with the drink when she practically grabbed it from my hands and said she had to take it away. A warning would have been nice, I could have finished it faster. Then during the flight when I ordered another one so I could actually enjoy it, she still seemed hesitant/judgmental and finally said "that will be the last champagne the plane has." It was an awkward experience that I didn't appreciate. However, this same attendant seemed more friendly throughout the flight and was kind and helpful."

It seems that they are always some kind if “weather” delay with United flights arriving and departing Newark. Also, they are constantly cancelling flights to/from there. I would suggest looking at a different airline, perhaps one that cares more about the passengers iteneraries than the number of passengers."

Cons: "95% of my united flights are delayed. Today, they overbooked and asked for a volunteer. I did so and was offered a $1,500 compensation. Instead of 8:00, I would arrive at 11:00. I was very excited and patiently waited for the plane to board, so I coulD receive my new flight info. The flight is inevitably delayed, as it always is with this airline: I would have ended up missing my connection, so it seemed to work out well. However, they’re about to close the doors when the agent says “it’s not overbooked anymore” she gave me the option to so either get on that flight and wing it on my layover to find another flight, or go to Newark. But I needed to make a decision at that moment. The agent revoked the $1,500 because it was no longer overbooked and her demeanor immediately changed from The kind, accommodating agent she was when she needed me to give up my seat. She became short and rude. I got the last available seat because I was the last to board and was forced to check my bag because there was no more room. All because I was willing to change my travel plans. I get to my layover, and the earliest flight I could get would land at midnight with an additional layover. Oh! And the first class seat I was supposed to have on my second leg was not available. All of this was while I was seriously ill— throwing up, just wanting to be home. Honestly, I’ve never liked United. I constantly get over it, because it’s often the less expensive option. At this point, I am so sick of how they treat their customers, and their inability to depart on time. Last time I let them put me through this again."

Flew back on Delta and didn't see any of this. Between this and their recent beating up of customers, no more United for me."

Pros: "The flight attendant was very fast at getting our drinks and snacks delivered - especially for a 44 minute flight! She was also very friendly."

Cons: "I could have driven the 1600 miles faster than I did using United Airlines. Zero notifications that could have saved me time sitting in the airports that I traveled to."

Cons: "More room. The plane was not full but we still were shoved in middle seat with no room for normal shoulders without over lapping. The seating areas are not comfortable. They put three seats where there is only room for two."

Cons: "1/3 of a soda can for a drink? Just give the clients a can for heaven's sake No food on this flight... but we had time for a snack"

Cons: "My flight was delayed over 4 hours. Pilots kept us in the plane before take off for an hour. They barely informed us even when we were experiencing turbulence and flight attendants were not very attentive to us during the flight."

Pros: "Easy boarding and on time . Pleasant staff. 0verall good flight"

Cons: "Flight was canceled. Waited in the customer service line for 3+ hours just to not be helped. Had to rent a car for more money than I spent on my round trip ticket without reimbursement. United employees give you the run around so they don't have to deal with you anymore and none of them are on the same page. Definately lost a loyal customer after this nightmare of an experience."

Pros: "Overall the flights were trouble free. The seats on the CRJ145 to Chicago were pretty confortable. United is the only airline that gives passengers a complete can of coke instead of just a cup. The snack was just so so."
Cons: "The seats on the plane from Chicago to Tucson were not comfortable. I could feel the hard bottom."

Cons: "Waited for CFO for 20 min past departure time and there were 3 CFO onboard in general seating"

Cons: "Had to wait 5 hours because my flight was canceled with mechanical issues to the plane."

Pros: "Had more leg room and comfortable seats than our flight from esst coast. Food and entertainment are not applicabke due ti short flight duration."

Cons: "Delayed several hours waiting on a part to fix the engine. The aircraft was too warm. I sweated the whole flight."

Cons: "This would have been my first time on this airline ans I was excited going into it with ano open mind. However as I was getting ready to head to the airport, my flight was canceled and they rebooked for another flight that would leave the next day with a 3 to 4 hour layover. I was frustrated with the flight selected and therected seemed to be no effort into suiting me with an equivalent flight in which I purchased, which was a direct flight. I spoke to a reap that found a flight on another airline, but it still was not a direct flight in which I requested. For this being my first impression I was not impressed!"

Cons: "No wifi on small plane"

Pros: "Staff was courteous, and explained situation clearly."
Cons: "After booking my flight two months prior and checking in 12 hours earlier, I was not allowed to board the plane because United had overbooked. Thus forcing me to fly to Charlotte then Newark at a 5 hour delay. There was also no drink for those in my row during a two hour flight from Charlotte to Newark."

Cons: "Significant delays, minimal information."

Pros: "There were open seats!"
Cons: "Delayed a little because of weather. No big deal."
