My total travel time with two flights is almost 6 hours. I always start to crave the protein boxes or healthy food options American Airlines sells on their flights. SW should sell food. They would profit."

Now that they are just as expensive as anyone else and often more expensive, this bare bones, no frills, cattle parade boarding is just not cutting it. SWA is always the last airline I check for any flight now."

Also, in regard to myself, I was sitting in an Exit Row and the flight attendant came over to ask unless individually if we were willing and able to handle our responsibilities. Before each of us was ready to answer he said OK, turned around and left. What would have happened if we had a problem and someone in the Exit Rows had a concern?"

We were moved to the international terminal and had to wait over an hour to get through security because they were understaffed. We finally got through security as the doors of our plane were closing. Upon reaching our assigned gate, we were told it had changed. We received one email less than a half hour before boarding of the change but since we were in line for security, did not see it. Our rebooked flight was delayed which meant we wouldn't make our connecting flight in DC. We went to Ft Lauderdale instead and sat near our gate until boarding time. At this point we we were informed of yet another gate change as boarding was supposed to start, however there were no announcements made. Our 2.5 hour non stop flight turned into an over 12 hour travel day"
Cons: "A woman was boarding the plane with two babies and clearly struggling to get to the back of the plane. When she could not handle it anymore she asked one of the flight attendants to help her. She was refused assistance by her. Then the flight attendant came to the front of the plane laughing uncontrollably say, "OMG, did you see her having a meltdown...she was asking me to help." She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

Pros: "I was traveling from Charelston to DC the weekend before Irma hit with a return flight Sunday. The counter agent was great at finding a return flight change no problem. No fee. Off I went, and off Irma went, I had to change my return travel plans and unfortunatelyJetblue didn't have s direct flight to my new destination, the counter agent in DC went thru possible options and worked with main ticketing to refund my flight for future use, noting it saved me money to rebook online at a cheaper fare, what airline does that theses days. Very pleased and grateful Jetblue made my travel during a tense weather weekend the least of my worries, they were Rock Stars!"

Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!"

Delta's economy seats are so tiny that even a small person like myself finds it agonizing to ride in them for a moderate-length flight. We need aggressive regulation of our airlines to prevent the unconscionable and humiliating way they treat economy passengers. It's not safe, healthy or humane to ask human beings to sit for hours in tiny spaces with very little air (on top of everything else, the plane was mercilessly hot the whole time). Next time I will choose a European carrier--even the discount Euro carriers are better than any US airline."

I mention this only because this was the only glitch during the rest of the flight. Loved the wide variety of entertainment available inflight, the AC outlets on EVERY row, and though I didn't need it this time, the availability of Wi-Fi Internet is appreciated. And though we left 40 minutes late, we made up part of the time and arrived only 20 min later than scheduled. Bravo Delta! I'll have to check out your version of Mileage Plus."

One of the flight attendents was more bossy I felt than necessary. She told me not to put my backpack in the overhead bin, even though there was enough space and the back 3rd of the aircraft was half empty (I was in the last loading zone so there weren't many more people after me)."

No compensation even offered or provided for extra expenses they caused by us leaving so late. Thank you Sun Country for starting my vacation off so well."

When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."
Cons: "While I appreciate that amenities need to be cut back to keep costs low, it would have been nice to not have to pay $5 for a blanket."

Cons: "My departing flight was delayed 1.5 hours and my return flight was delayed approximately 2.5 hours. No explanations were ever given as to why we were delayed. Also, you'd think after being delayed for that amount of time we'd get an apology or some "thanks for your patience" pretzels, but no. Drinks and snacks still come at a price. I won't be flying this airline ever again."
Cons: "The flight attendants were sitting in the back forever and would not serve the cabin. Then they took forever once they started. It was like they were on so motion. Someone even tried to get a drink after waiting so long and they were shunned away..."

Pros: "With no additional charge Sun Country gave me a free upgrade to first class, an amazing experience that really brightened my day! On top of perks like a tasty breakfast consisting of a chicken feta and mushroom omelette, pastry and fresh fruit, the staff was absolutely amazing and all of my needs were taken care of before I knew I even needed anything. Really, it was such a fantastic experience!"

Cons: "I arrived to the airport extra early, chose a window seat purposely because I'm a very nervous flyer and need to see what's surrounding me. When I went to board the plane, my ticket wouldn't scan. So I had to bring it back to the desk and the lady changed my seat without saying a word. I asked why and she said, unpleasantly, there was a mistake made by checkin obviously. Not even an I'm sorry. And not only was my seat changed, it was changed to the last row of the plane (literally row 26, the absolute last row) and the middle seat. There was no entertainment offered until way into the flight, mind you it's only a two hour flight. The flight crew had no control over the pass angers and were yelling at them almost the entire flight."

Cons: "Let me start by saying I understand that airlines dont have it easy. Thinning margins, regulations, and insane competition. Sun country delayed their flight (claiming weather, despite no reports) and I missed my connecting flight. Prior to the flight, I told the agent that I would miss my connection and that I should fly later. But they insisted they would hold the connecting plane. I and a dozen passengers were rudely told that we were on the morning flight, and it's up to us what to do over night. Any major airlines would have covered the hotel, and the agents would have actually empathized with passengers. Sun Country is not a quality airlines."

Cons: "computers went down, a 45 minute delay, long lines, no entertainment, something to drink, no snacks, crew didn't talk much, didn't say hello or good bye, or thanks for traveling with us. Didn't announce local time on return flight. They airlines and crew did their job, that was it, no more, no less. Airlines charge to pick a sit, when you buy a ticket to fly, they upcharge for luggage, they charge to sit with your husband and child, they know how to charge, they know how to delay a flight, they know how to put you through body search, but they can't say hi or good bye, don't worry, the other airlines don't either. What you people need is competition."

Cons: "I tried throughout the day to check in for the flight and pre-pay for a checked bag because it was cheaper to pre-pay on-line. Something was wrong with the Sun Country website, and so I wasn't able to do it. Naturally, they charged me the higher price for the checked bag because I was paying at the terminal. I told them that I had been trying all day to pay on-line, but they said that they could do nothing about it."

Pros: "The staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick, and easy. The staff distributed snacks out while we were stuck on the runway for 2+ hrs due to delays. The staff made sure we were taken care of and okay."

Definitely don't like feeling like I'm imposing in to someone's personal space. There was no form of entertainment, which made the delay seem longer as we were stuck in. I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."
