However, allowing earlier passengers to board with multiple carry-ons, of which some were questionable in size, did not allow passengers boarding later to have any room for theirs. Desk agent did ask for six volunteers to check their bags on a full flight. Adherence to the rules of size and number would be fairer to all passengers. Crew was very nice. Previous experience with Jet Blue was very positive."

Pros: "The crew was excellent - they did their best in a bad situation and should be commended for that - they let us get out of the plane after learning after we boarding that we would have to wait 2 hours to take off - they let us get out to go to the bathroom and get something to eat and bring back to the plane - it was very cold in the aircraft and there were not enough blankets to go around - additional blankets should be available - the chips that were served once we took off are not sufficient for passengers that were at the airport 2 hours earlier, experienced a 4 hour delay and still face a 3 hour flight- meal arrangements should be offered when passengers are facing such long delays - the free WIFI was a plus and the seats are comfortable"

I saw this and called them and they instantly moved me to a flight that would leave much earlier at no fee and also gave me Even More Space at no cost! Every time I fly them I remember how great it is. Too bad I don't live by a hub. More EWR flights, please!"

If you are going to provide these flights with Jetblue and Thomas Cook there needs to be better communication between the two and we should've had our boarding passes in Charleston before we began this trip. Now we are stuck in New York until Saturday night"

She barely slept the whole flight and I had a stuardis in a red dress who whem I asked for for a beverage made it seem like I asked for it right now. Didn't say a word Else to me until it was time to land and my daughter had just fell asleep. She told me. I had to take her out of the baby carrier. My daughter needed a diaper change and there were no places to change her. I tried to change her by the door really fast. The stuardis said no go change in a bathroom I asked which one had a changing station they said none and to just change in my lap. Plus my car seat was broke when I got it back."

The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."

The woman at the service desk quickly helped us print the passes but stated the mobile boarding passes tended to not scan. They should have told us to print the passes the first time we were at the counter if they knew the mobile passes tend to not work."

The seat width and pitch was sad compared to 'low cost' airlines like JetBlue."

The attendants gave us little information on flight alternatives and when the flight was finally allowed to board again, they did not announce it and so had I not been waiting close by, I would have missed my flight. It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them."

Thanks for the SERVICE (i dont flight with you no more, even though cheap flights, but cheap things are expensive)"

Pros: "Lots of offers of water; great entertainment package; decent leg room and storage for items; fast deplaning; on time; also because the flight wasn't full they blocked off the seats around the bathrooms making it easier for people to stretch, chat and walk through that area--it seemed like the smart thing that crews might overlook but made a big difference for people with kids and those who wanted to stretch."
Cons: "maybe it's because I was behind the wing but I didn't hear a single word they said over the loudspeaker."

Pros: "I flew from Manchester NH to Miami with a layover in Newark. I had 7 people in my group with three of them being children. I did not choose seats before departure date and when we arrived at the airport we found that we were all in separate seats. The attendant noticed this and immediately moved people around to make sure the children were sitting with an adult. It was a small commuter plane so I was very surprised anyone would change seats. Thank you United for a great experience"

Pros: "We had a good flight on a beautiful day. Smooth ride no weather or atmosphere issues. Thank God. Stewardess was very polite."
Cons: "Wheel chairs were not provided in time. We had to wait till airline emptied and still wait. Cause of lack of assistance for wheel chair transporters. Some had connecting flights, pray they made it there. The ones that came to pick us up one two persons for eight people could not do the job. So we were taken off air craft n put out in lobby, to wait for all to be off the aircraft and then transport, one at a time to baggage claim area. Transporters and stewardess did a very gd job. Just the lack of help. Air conditioner on plane was off, so even ten minutes of smell bathrm, is just too much when air conditioning is off. I got very congested and had to use the inhaler, after a couple of sneezes due to environmental allergies. On top of that, cleaning people got on to clean w chemicals, only to affect me some more. Now I stuffed up, feel horrible, nite was bad with asthma n allergies that could have been avoided."

I am 6ft tall 180lbs and had the aisle seat but still found zero comfort in the seat and leg room. The gentleman next to me was even smaller than me and he struggled too"

Cons: "The wifi never worked in either of the planes. There was mechanical failure and we were laid over in New Jersey for 3 hours. I paid $1200 dollars for two tickets that were suppose to fly us out to San Juan from Atlanta but a layover in New Jersey had to happen first. However the lay over ended up being 3 hours vs 1 hour and we missed a night in our hotel because of it. We landed in San Juan about 3 am and we took United flight from Atlanta at 3pm the afternoon before so we were beyond frustaited being that it was our Anniversary and all. So I will try not to fly United EVER AGAIN."

Cons: "There was no leg room what so ever! I am 6 foot tall and around 275 pounds. The seats were made for children, not made for an adult. My seat was so uncomfortable my legs actually went numb, mainly for the fact that I couldn’t move because of how tight the seats were. I have flown many times and this was by far the most uncomfortable flight ever! I will never fly again if this is how planes are going to be."

Cons: "The flight was canceled after being moved forward and then delayed. Spirit personnel at the desk didn't know the flight was even canceled and then, when they freceived the update, finally offered either the next flight out or a refund. However, no vouchers were offered even though the next flight out was a full day later so hotels and meals were at a loss to all customers, in addition to the full day delay in travel plans. I also never received an email notification of the cancellation and only received the flight delay email an hour after I received a gate change notification that had the flight time crossed out."

Cons: "Customer service was THE WORST! I was in a large group of people that was stopped at TSA and made to re-screen by going through the whole process over again with addition of a sniff by the drug dog. This caused me to RUN to the gate and arrive just as the door shut. Even though I could see the plane sitting there, they would make no accommodations. I missed by flight and had to be booked on another flight leaving 6 hours later."

Pros: "flight that should have been 1 hr 53 min was twice as long. the flight was also delayed several times an hour plus"

Pros: "I loved the personalities of the crew and pilot; they were very warm and I felt as though they were comfortable being themselves. We arrived 1.5 Hours early to our destination which was great except there was no gate for us when we arrived..which brings me to my qualm.."

I was concerned if took next day flight it would be delayed and would miss funeral."

My kidneys may never recover! Ugh!! Will only use your airline as a last resort."
