Let's see - I was in first class. The flight itself was fine - and only one hour + late!

Food - Served the "breakfast" (when it was called a protein plate) I had coming (into MSP). for "lunch" on the way back (called it a meat plate for lunch. One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site.

Airline would not help in any way. Tried rescheduling flight and they wanted to charge me over $500 when I could simply book a $170 Delta flight. I thought they'd help me replace my ticket with another or at least something, but I guess we all know now how United treat their passengers.

Although there were a lot of passengers on this flight, the crew was able to get everyone on the plane in an efficient manner.

We were delayed about 2 and a half hours because of the weather in Denver. I was not comfortable at all in my seat because the passenger beside me had his knee and elbow all in my personal space. I asked an attendant if it was okay for me to move and she stated that it was okay, but United switched a lot of passengers flights around so there wouldn't be any empty seats. I was stuck beside the man, all hanging out of my seat, because there wasn't an open seat available. Thank goodness the flight was only 2 hours long. Overall my experience with United was terrible and I will not be flying with them anymore.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

Everything ran smoothly on this flight. No delays before, pleasant staff, great entertainment selection, okay food options, working equipment (e.g., tv in the headrest worked, seatbelts worked, lavatories were operational, etc.). This flight met all my expectations

The only hiccup was the wait time on the runway before take off. Not sure if that was the airport’s fault or the airline’s fault. We must have waited 45 minutes.

The flight was cancelled 4hrs after being boarded at JFK. We understand that such things happen. It’s the situation and handling after was very unprofessional. we were told to collect our bags and go to check in counter and collect our next bookings but instead after collecting check ins we were just given meal ticket and hotel address and given a toll free number to call which is very inappropriate. It should become your responsibility to rebook ya but not leaving it on us to call some number and wait. Though I called and I was told that I was not deboarded to rebook me. For which I tried to go and find an Emirates personnel who refused to talk to the Emirates guy on phone to explain and would just refuse to talk to me. Imagine yourself carrying two check ins and a carry one and running around just to try to get somebody to answer. Mr. Munit on phone was kind enough to be on talk and hold for about 40mins with me. It still ended up unable to book at that time. I was going to India for two day period and my one day had to be spent over in JFK. As humans it’s not the technical difficulty that was an issues it’s the Emirates crews at jfk inability to properly respond and answer arrogantly was the issue. One person instead of answering the questions of an old man was very rude and just blubbered “can’t you just listen to me” that was very inappropriate. It should be her responsibility to listen first. I have always flew Emirates and inflight crew are always very patient and good. This experience makes me think otherwise.

The flight crew from Newark To Myrtle were outstanding. They were a fun bunch and made the flight very pleasant.

Flight was delayed due to high winds. This was of no fault of Spirit Airlines. Seats very narrow and don't recline. no complimentary drink and /or snack. You had to pay for it.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

Being able to leave on my desired day.

This would have been my first time on this airline ans I was excited going into it with ano open mind. However as I was getting ready to head to the airport, my flight was canceled and they rebooked for another flight that would leave the next day with a 3 to 4 hour layover. I was frustrated with the flight selected and therected seemed to be no effort into suiting me with an equivalent flight in which I purchased, which was a direct flight. I spoke to a reap that found a flight on another airline, but it still was not a direct flight in which I requested. For this being my first impression I was not impressed!

Being able to leave on my desired day.

This would have been my first time on this airline ans I was excited going into it with ano open mind. However as I was getting ready to head to the airport, my flight was canceled and they rebooked for another flight that would leave the next day with a 3 to 4 hour layover. I was frustrated with the flight selected and therected seemed to be no effort into suiting me with an equivalent flight in which I purchased, which was a direct flight. I spoke to a reap that found a flight on another airline, but it still was not a direct flight in which I requested. For this being my first impression I was not impressed!

The crew was very nice and helpful. They comped everyone the direct tv access as an apology for the delay, but I'd rather be comped wifi.

It ended up being a 5 hour delay. I would have been fine with it if they had told us up front that it was 5 hours, but instead it's 2 hours, then after an hour passes they tack on another hour and so on. It would be nice just to know it'll be a long wait, so we can leave and come back or reschedule our flight for the next day.

The crew, was friendly and attentive to any and all needs.

The flight was supposed to arrive in Newark at 4:30. But it did not leave Charleston until 6:15 PM! This is not the 1st time this has happened with United. It seems that they are always some kind if “weather” delay with United flights arriving and departing Newark. Also, they are constantly cancelling flights to/from there. I would suggest looking at a different airline, perhaps one that cares more about the passengers iteneraries than the number of passengers.
