WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience

The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!

got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!

It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers

The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.

Two delays on two separate planes with parts they could not easily find and replace.

No entertainment. Plane was so small had to pink tag a carry on ive used for 20 years easily on board. The fact the flight got in at midnight, had to wait for crew in fort wayne to allow the plane to approach the gate, THEN had to wait for bag on jet bridge made experience irritating at best.

One of the best airlines that I flew on, the flight attendants were very attentive and professional.

Check in process was terrible. Lady at counter didn’t know what she was doing

They boarded very early. We rushed to transfer and got to the gate 5 minutes after boarding was scheduled to start, however they were making a last call and holding signs for “all customers” to board. They were helpful at the gate, but I was surprised to see that we were some of the last to board at 5 minutes after scheduled boarding was to begin.
