The food was good, the service was excellent, and we had achance to sleep.

clean. Seat covers nice and clean. furniture color scheme pleasant.

1. Seat distance by far too less. 2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable. 3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available. 4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example. 5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food. 6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.

Departure and arrival were on time.

The chair is very tiring Very tight space between chairs The food cold and wrapping was wet with water !!!! No entairtaiment movies for almost six hours.

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others.

If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable.

Nothing really

The Amsterdam airport is super disorganized, with rude employees great at making excuses for their incompetence. The boarding crew really struggled to organized the boarding and wouldn't really care about people's status. We had to take a bus to the airplane, and even though both plane's entrances were open, they sent everybody to the front entrance. The comfort of the plane was horrendous, with seats over 20 years old and their business class was the same as the coach, but with no one sitting in the middle (can you get any lower than this?) The flight attendant woke me up to shove a food tray that I didn't want. We had to wait over 45 minutes after the plane landing to start seeing some luggage show up on the conveyor bell. The overall flight experience make southwest look like a luxury airline. This was my first and last time flying on KLM.

The crew on this flight was great and there were lots of current movies to watch

Why do the airlines makes you walk through first class and then premium economy to get to standard economy? That is a set up for failure.

My Kosher meal never made it on-board. The cabin (and the airport) were way too cold

the crew was very attentive and was good with the customers. have no complaints there.

the international flight was good bu the choices of movies and music left a lot to be desired.

New boarding system of putting your hand luggage on ready was good.

You have to pay for food and entertainment even though flight over 4 hours.

During my first flight from East Midlands England to Amsterdam I lost my baggage by another airlines and the KLM crew was very dedicated and supportive until they found it and check in for me... Many thanks and I wouldn't forget it.

Not much turbulent. Smooth.

I did not get the meal of my choice, also as I tried to check in at home, the system did not give me much choices to respond to, instead the system blocked me entirely from early check in and it wasn't enough time to make calls. I think check in should be made available at least 48-72hrs ahead not just 24hrs. Also walking from terminal to terminal in Frankfurt is way too far, it seems about 2miles + of walk.

The air France staff were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Almost so courteous you thought it was not genuine (however it was)...by end of the flight they made you want to write a letter on their behalf.

Seat didn't recline as much as needed and was no in flight entertainment.
