The flight was great. The pilot was great. It was really annoying that the staff had facemasks on. Hard to hear what they’re saying when a mask is covering their mouth. I enjoyed the flight, but there was a crying baby in front of me. You guys should offer flights baby free. I would be very into that me and the person next to me discussed how they should make free flights for all of us that don’t have kids. I wouldn’t mind paying extra to not have to deal with the smell of a dirty diaper or screaming of a child. Also, if they had a separate room, the babies could be sent to the back with a curtain or something muddle the horrible sounds.

My baggage was in another flight, anit was delayed for one hour.

Up on arrival, due to twisted ankle, I wasn’t able to walk. Requested for a wheelchair. They immediately asked for it. After 10 minutes wait a young man named Carlos picked me up at the gate, got my baggage and took me to the pick up area. It was a great service. Thanks Alaska Air line

Pleasant flight, now wifi, but did get pushed to the exit row gracefully cause I am a tall man. Was a pleasant thank you.

Good. Quiet. Comfortable. The protests nearly kept me from catching my flight. They waited for me! I made it!

wish Airlines would board the plane starting in the back first. Makes more sense and I think it would be faster, NO? Everything else was great!

I like the crew, very kind. However, there was not a place to plug in devices at one's seat. Also, I had asked for a dairy free meal, been told I would have one, and it was as though no one had heard of that.. Thankfully, I was able to pick through and find something to eat because of the options.

It was great. At Seattle there was no wheel chair so had to walk with a person up the flight ramp. Need better wheelchair service
