That they didnt hold the plane for us when it was delayed in Paris.
No good food n not free
The fact that no one told me that my ticket price didn't include one free luggage...I had to pay $100 each way for my luggage!!
We had an 8 hour delay and only learned of the delay when we arrived at the airport.
I didn't like anything...not enough connecting time , the flights are consistently late making for 20 minute connections with passport control...with my 91 yr old mother running the airport...i will NEVER take this carrier again!!!
