Densapar was a very easy airport to move around in and the boarding seating area was very comfortable. The stewardesses and loading crew were very nice and professional.

I’m not sure what is going on with airline seats. I feel like I have to slouch to be comfortable.

Once the aircraft left the gate and started taxiing, it did the job. The crew also did their jobs. Nothing remarkable. Passengers were few, so everyone could relax better.

One day in advance, an e-mail announced that the flight would be delayed by 1 h 10 mn. Once at the airport, the delay was increased. by 35 minutes. Yet, at the airport and on the aircraft, the only explanation given was the overplayed refrain "Due to late arrival of the aircraft..." PLEASE, stop kidding us. Bad management is not the same as "late arrival". At 3 AM everybody was on board. No other arriving or departing aircraft in that CGK airport at that ungodly time. The pilot mumbled something about loading cargo. We sat an extra 50 minutes before taking off. This airplane has no screen of any kind in Economy. There were posters and a booklet describing the possibilities of entertainment. Again, who is kidding whom? Before going bankrupt, the old Philippines Air Lines used the acronym P.A.L. And everyone read: "Planes Always Late". The acronym is gone, but the delays are back, for sure. I am sorry that I did not go on a low cost flight.

Beautiful NEW Terminal at Jakarta!, but Plenty of food outlets. Waiting areas are very large and accommodating. Security area is large and extremely efficient in processing passengers. Security personnel were friendly.

Due to the enormous inside volume it is impossible to maintain a pleasant air temperature. It's nearly impossible to hear any announcements due to the extremely poor acoustics. The large open spaces and ceramic tile floors aren't conducive to hearing anything! No announcement to the departure time as we were already 20 minutes past the established boarding time as indicated on the boarding pass. I was sitting quite close to the check-in counter and was able to decipher that the boarding process was going to happen soon, so I took a position in the line without any announcement.

Garuda have one of the best service and the crew always smiling and helpful. The new seating is very nice and conformable. The food is very nice.

The one thing I don't like about Garuda is so many announcements. They want to announce every things that happens. There is a reason why the seatbelt signs are there. You don't have to say what we will have in the menu as we have it. The entertainment system is has average collection and they are not organized. That includes the movies. The music section is terrible, I was not able to recognize any of the artist. It is sad that they don't take their entertainment system seriously. With their service and new fleet, you will expect to have a great entertainment system but sadly it is not.

Nothing other than the connection time and the airport was good.

The flight was delayed 4 hrs then took them another hour to departure from JED to KUL. The airplane was an old 330 with shitty bathrooms, and I can't forget how one of crew keeped knocking on me in the toilet and he actually opened the door and said nothing at all which pissed me off,because I work for airline company and I had been in many once before but that behavior is amature once from supposedly experienced Crew member. Anyway save your money and time and avoid this airlines.

When I first checked in I was pleased to have the exit row as my seat as I really enjoy the extra leg room especially on an overnight flight. Then just before we boarded I got upgraded to business class which has never happened to me before and I loved it! The staff were very nice and the flight was enjoyable, I was able to sleep very well.

The Chinese dumplings that I had for breakfast weren’t very good, they didn’t seem very fresh.

The attendants were nice and as helpful as they could be with limited English.

The seats were the equivalent of a small puddle jumper plane in the US. Not very well padded and uncomfortable. I took a small pillow for my back and that helped. You aren’t allowed to use your phone at all during the entire flight. It was next to impossible to choose a seat in advance.

Up to date and WORKING entertainment system. Ample charging options. Business class seat operation a little cumbersome and complex, but fully reclining

Came down with flu right after flying, again! Most likely sources are passaenger poor hygiene, poor cleaning practice between flight and poor air recirculation with inadequate filtration...hope to fix those things one day

Once the aircraft left the gate and started taxiing, it did the job. The crew also did their jobs. Nothing remarkable. Passengers were few, so everyone could relax better.

One day in advance, an e-mail announced that the flight would be delayed by 1 h 10 mn. Once at the airport, the delay was increased. by 35 minutes. Yet, at the airport and on the aircraft, the only explanation given was the overplayed refrain "Due to late arrival of the aircraft..." PLEASE, stop kidding us. Bad management is not the same as "late arrival". At 3 AM everybody was on board. No other arriving or departing aircraft in that CGK airport at that ungodly time. The pilot mumbled something about loading cargo. We sat an extra 50 minutes before taking off. This airplane has no screen of any kind in Economy. There were posters and a booklet describing the possibilities of entertainment. Again, who is kidding whom? Before going bankrupt, the old Philippines Air Lines used the acronym P.A.L. And everyone read: "Planes Always Late". The acronym is gone, but the delays are back, for sure. I am sorry that I did not go on a low cost flight.

I paid $300 for 2 excess baggages, one of them they left behind in San Francisco, and the other one was mistagged, had a hard time claiming it as it was tagged to someone else. Had to prove them luggage was mine by taking contents out and showing them pictures of me actually wearing or using those that were in the luggage. As for the other missing baggage, who knows. Horrible experience.

When I first checked in I was pleased to have the exit row as my seat as I really enjoy the extra leg room especially on an overnight flight. Then just before we boarded I got upgraded to business class which has never happened to me before and I loved it! The staff were very nice and the flight was enjoyable, I was able to sleep very well.

The Chinese dumplings that I had for breakfast weren’t very good, they didn’t seem very fresh.

The attendants were nice and as helpful as they could be with limited English.

The seats were the equivalent of a small puddle jumper plane in the US. Not very well padded and uncomfortable. I took a small pillow for my back and that helped. You aren’t allowed to use your phone at all during the entire flight. It was next to impossible to choose a seat in advance.
