Comfy seats, attentive staff, smooth flight, outbound flight was very early
Would be nice to see more ethnic diversity in staff and crew
I’m starting to think that Alaska Airlines is the last remaining U.S. airline whose business policy seems to be authentically rooted in genuine good will to all people, customers, non-customers and colleagues. Or maybe it’s really always been in a class by itself. It translates to excellence throughout their organization, and, well, it most certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for another wonderful experience, Alaska Airlines!
So bad customer service
Book the flight with Kayak never let us pick the seat and I’m not be able to sit with my husband! That the worse next time I’ll just book directly to the Airline website.
Overall I liked all of it the food was nothing amazing but it's an airline I appreciate anything if I forgot to order anything from their fantastic shop inside the San Antonio airport.

The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process.
I never got to Cabo. It took 2 hours for Delta to de-ice the plane in Milwaukee. Because of the long delay we missed the flight to Cabo. We asked Delta to book us on another flight to get us to Cabo today, Delta reps said nothing was available. Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow.

Terrible customer service both on the phone before the flight, but Especially from the gate agent. Wow she was really horrible.
The flight attendants on board were good! They helped get everything straight. Easily could have been handled by the incompetent gate agent. Wow.

Should have 1 free check in luggage to Mexico.

I bought a ticket for ANA but my flight was United. It was ok but I payed extra to get flight with ANA so I was disappointed a bit.
