The seats need better cushioning for a nearly 5-hour flight, it was a bit uncomfortable. I'm glad American has free wi-fi but there were was a bout 30 minutes in the middle of the flight when there was no connection which was frustrating.
Business class was very good, one of my best flights
Incredibly delayed. First delay was due to plane coming in being late. Resulted in 30 minute delay. Boarded and then had multiple mechanical issues. Was on plane for an hour until they told people they could get off if they wanted but couldn't come back. Then gate agent rushed in and said they had lost control of who went off and we would all have to deplane and then get back on. They said flight had not been cancelled. Then while sitting waiting to board again they announced it would take two hours to get new plane and to wait at new gate. New plane arrived, reboarded only to find out that pilots had timed out. Waited for new pilots. In that time one of the flight attendants timed out. Never received food or water while waiting. Was confusing mess as to what was happening. Even flight attendants and gate agents were getting frustrated. Almost 6 hours delayed. Called American to received flight credit but can't get anywhere as Kayak reservation and don't have a ticket number. Reached out to Kayak but never heard back.
Flight was delayed and they gave up my seat on my connection, even when I could still make the flight
There was no beverage service and the only time I saw a crew member walk through the cabin is when we were preparing to land.
Flights were constantly delayed. CRW took 50 minutes to get bags
Got a much appreciated surprise upgrade to an exit row and the crew was very friendly and helpful.
We were delayed because of a maintenance issue, and our 90 min flight was delayed by 90 min . Our connection was also delayed so that worked in our favor or else we wouldn’t get to our destination. We arrived 2 hrs later than planned.
Horrible trip. I won't fly AA again Boarding was a nightmare because they squeezed people into the waiting like sardines. My connection was 30 minutes and the run to the gate was horrible. Then the flight was canceled AFTER boarding. The Flight attendants did not know what to do and gave out the wrong instructions. They finally sent us to a different gate. Again, the waiting was like a sardine tin. The flight was okay and my baggage arrived fine.
The seats were far too small. I was able to fit comfortably but the passenger sat to my right clearly was too big for the seat and spilled into my seat. I think it would be wise having a maximum size limit for passengers as it made the flight extremely uncomfortable for me due to being sat next to them. I can only imagine how uncomfortable and embarrassing this must’ve been for that passenger who tried their best to not be half in my chair but to no success. If you can advise what is the best course of action in this scenario as there was no space for the stewards to relocate them and it shouldn’t be my responsibility to have an awkward conversation to someone who clearly can’t fit in this seat.
