Boarding was quick and i made my connection early due to early arrival time

Left /arrived on time. Decent seat space. Like the wifi/plugs and entertainment. Windows and tray table were kinda gross. Attendants didn't start snack service til 40mins before landing. Two rows before us, captain came on to say there's turbulence and recalled staff to seats. So, no drink/snack. Later, attendants didn't stop to see if we had trash nor even look our way. Felt invisible! Almost all pilot announcements were not only unintelligible, but so quiet. We had no idea what she said.

The WiFi was horrific. I fly delta often and love their (usually reliable and free) WiFi. On this flight it was intermittent and when it did connect was extremely slow. I couldn’t get any work done while I was on the flight which was extremely frustrating. I was also in the exit row seat where there is now immediate seat in front of you, so while the leg room was nice, I couldn’t even watch the TV when the internet wasn’t working. Finally, for the last 20 mins of the flight, the announcement indicator came on the TV screens and took them over, even though no announcement was being made. Really disappointed.

Loved flying First Class. Very comfortable. The seat was amazing. Enjoyed a movie and was able to relax so much better than in coach.

Totally worth the miles to upgrade to Delta Comfort. Plenty of legroom.

This was my first time flying Delta ever and I had a great experience!

The flight was great as well as the airline staff

It was reported to the passengers that Delta failed to schedule the crew properly. This error caused the pilot to show up about 30 minutes late. All in all Delta's inability to take care of this basic function resulted in about an hour delay.

Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. Was in first class. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments. Only got snacks on flight. The attendant was not the friendliest.

As I said I never took the flight back from due to earlier delayed that prevented from taking the second trip back and nobody helped me to rebook from kayak

The seats need better cushioning for a nearly 5-hour flight, it was a bit uncomfortable. I'm glad American has free wi-fi but there were was a bout 30 minutes in the middle of the flight when there was no connection which was frustrating.

Business class was very good, one of my best flights

Flight was delayed and they gave up my seat on my connection, even when I could still make the flight

There was no beverage service and the only time I saw a crew member walk through the cabin is when we were preparing to land.

Got a much appreciated surprise upgrade to an exit row and the crew was very friendly and helpful.

We were delayed because of a maintenance issue, and our 90 min flight was delayed by 90 min . Our connection was also delayed so that worked in our favor or else we wouldn’t get to our destination. We arrived 2 hrs later than planned.

Horrible trip. I won't fly AA again Boarding was a nightmare because they squeezed people into the waiting like sardines. My connection was 30 minutes and the run to the gate was horrible. Then the flight was canceled AFTER boarding. The Flight attendants did not know what to do and gave out the wrong instructions. They finally sent us to a different gate. Again, the waiting was like a sardine tin. The flight was okay and my baggage arrived fine.

The seats were far too small. I was able to fit comfortably but the passenger sat to my right clearly was too big for the seat and spilled into my seat. I think it would be wise having a maximum size limit for passengers as it made the flight extremely uncomfortable for me due to being sat next to them. I can only imagine how uncomfortable and embarrassing this must’ve been for that passenger who tried their best to not be half in my chair but to no success. If you can advise what is the best course of action in this scenario as there was no space for the stewards to relocate them and it shouldn’t be my responsibility to have an awkward conversation to someone who clearly can’t fit in this seat.
