Great little airport in Iceland , fast customs lane and between gates liked the smoking patio.at Reykjavik About WOW : only the price and nice lady at BRU check-in

BRU-CHI arrived very late, no time for anything at Reykjavik like eating/shoping. This won't make me spend more on the plane! Same problem return CHI-Reykjavik, had to run for making the connection Pilot talking every 10 mn + light on all the time .True on the 4 WOW flights Crew traying to sale junk all the time -BUT- No real food avalable on the 4 flights Iven not 1 cup of water without a credit card. Very stupid and not legal Why don't you make people pay to go restroom?

The cabin crew, their uniforms, the pink lights, the menu for souvenirs.

Lack of communication, fees are very expensive for luggage. I flew Toronto to Iceland and Iceland to London. In Toronto the crew arrived late and had people who checked in online come and show their iD documents. People were confused and lining up for regular boarding so half way through they just started boarding. It was ridiculous.

Any airline might need to cancel a flight, but WOW Air needs to work at its communication.Was it weather in Chicago (the forecast was fine), Reykavik (but another flight headed out the same time), or were we lied to? We learned our flight was cancelled at the gate. Other passengers received phone messages, we did not. There was nothing on the monitors in the airport to say the flight was cancelled. Cannot WOW and the airport ensure this is communicated in multiple ways? We were grateful WOW put us up in a nice hotel for two days, but did it have to be two days? We re-booked and got a confirming email, but with no evidence of our reservation on the app or the website, we headed to the airport not knowing whether we had a seat or not. Hope this helps to prevent customers turning away from WOW because the concept of WOW is a good one.

I have just had the most unpleasant experience with Swiss Air and feel that anyone on FB should be very careful when dealing with this airline. I am a Gold Member of Star Alliance for more than 20 years and have flown dozens of times on Swiss and would expect courtesy and consideration in return for my loyalty to their airline. Their flight from Hong Kong to Zurich leaves at 00:15. I mistakenly booked this for Nov 9th instead of the intended late evening of the 9th which then turns out to be Nov 10th. When I discovered my error, I called Swiss at least six times to explain my error and ask if my son could stand by for the same flight on the 10th or even apply the amount to rebook the same flight the next day. ZERO flexibility or consideration. Missed flight, lose entire value. Start from scratch. Astonished that an airline that claims to be serving their customers would treat me this way. I travel through Europe at least 6-10 times a year from Asia. I will now route through Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, London, Vienna, Instanbul or even Moscow before ever going through Zurich again. I encourage anyone making travel plans to be very careful when considering flights with Swiss Airlines. Perhaps this treatment of a loyal customer explains why they went through bankruptcy already once.

Crew was good. Very polite. The plane was old. No place to charge your phone. The in flight screen required the use of a remote which was inconvenient when having to wake up my neighbor to pull it out of the armrest. Food wasn’t great. Skipped the last meal service. It was like flying 20 years ago. Not bad, but not as good as it could be nowadays.

I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )

The flight attendant was very nice and professional but it was business class so u can't really compare I will definitely will not recommend ppl to fly with them This is not the service you accept for 3000$ flight

They were making announcements looking for 5 volunteers to stay overnight and catch the next flight out as this one was full. I believe I was the only volunteer and somehow i still ended up making the flight. This caused a lot of confusion with my friend picking me up in London. No passengers knew what was happening in Iceland as there was no communication from the airline and panic had started to spread. They didn’t even tell us we were to board a bus once through the gate, that took us to our plane. No one directed us once on the tarmac, so on the plane people from the front were coming from the back door.... chaos.

I don’t like to seat next to toddlers. They should have special place, separate area just for families with kids, fare on the end of corridor. Noice , activities, banging and smelling, not pleasant and not confortable for what I paid. My comfort of flight with LOT was completely ruined this time.

When boarding the crew wasn't inviting they were acting like they did not care at all about the people no smile no hi whatsoever. When I addressed one crew member he was not only occupied watching something in his phone but responded plain rudely to me. Its quite obvious that on the airplane the crew is working. Ukrainian airlines was offering the same trip cheaper but I decided to take LOT. Also I was surprised that I had to pay my luggage in my fly back. Next time I'll try Ukrainian airlines

Had to run cause first flight very late Why does this airline calculate to not let people having a break, real food, shopping, smoking in Rekjavik. Late in Bru too + half a mile to walk No food available on board, only junk sad!
