Pros: "Though I was never sent an email for my daughter's check in, I had a different reservation for her but still under my name and same email, when I called on the phone the people were pleasant. They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."
Cons: "All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so."

Cons: "Zurich is a confusing Airport, where signs are not obvious, and the queues are poorly formed. They should improve that for sure."

Pros: "It was an 8.5 hour flight and we got fed 2 meals, 2 snacks and had lots of beverage breaks! We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course)."

After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

Cons: "Three and a half hours delay due to technical difficulties. Food was only a small cheese sandwich and a bottle of water. Could have given us a little more food. Seat on flight did not recline. Extreme turbulence for half an hour, very scary, thought we would never make it! All in all, a bad experience."

Cons: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

Cons: "Letting us know about the delay prior to boarding could have allowed us to use our time better. Instead we sat at the gate and in the plane. Seats (economy) a bit closer to each other relative to other planes and the armrest does not fully go up which does not allow us to use space as much as possible."

Cons: "I will only say that I am writing this review as we are sitting on the plane in Newark where we are waiting for our gate for a half an hour already and we do not know when we would get off board. And oh yeah... the flight was originally late for about an hour too! Simply unacceptable!"

Cons: "Sound for on-screen entertainment not working. It was static-y all the time and completely cut out the rest of the time. I made various attempts to solve the problem, switching headphones, switching to my own headphones (which can't really be done because they have a two-prong jack and personal headphones are always one). I tried watching different movies, programs, music...it wasn't the material I was watching that was the problem. I asked the flight attendant to reset my console. That didn't work either. I just ended up reading my book the entire 9 hour trip."

Pros: "This direct flight from Zurich-Newark is pretty comfortable, especially if you get the two seats at the either sides of the plane (it's a 2x4x2 config in Coach). The food is really good, they are generous with drinks and the crew is really friendly and smiling! Would take this flight again without any reservations in future!"

Pros: "I was supposed to visit my father who was just put in a nursing home for a few days and the day of my flight I received an email from Swiss that they had rebooked me for the next day! So frustrating! The trip would have gotten so short that it wasn't worth it so I had to reschedule it 6 weeks out. It got my dad really upset! Thank god his health is stable at the moment."

This plane used the 2 jack connection for headphones, which prevents one from using own/normal stereo jack headphones. The provided phones are terrible had to be cranked really loud because of the plane noise, it was almost impossible to understand dialogues in movies."

(Since the keypad became non functional.) In-spite of the glitch we would fly Swiss again!"

Cons: "Shortly after take-off, the person in front of me put her seat back as far as it could go. I was in the last seat our economy row, by the window. Snacks were served almost immediately, and then dinner. For a brief time the passenger in front of me had her seat up for dinner. However, by the time I had finished dinner, I felt captured in my seat, It took a long time for the trays to be collected after dinner. I wished I'd brought anxiety medication. Could have been a better selection of movies."

Pros: "FYI this was actually an American Airlines flight (AA 104) not BA. Anyway I love those 777-300ER’s, they are huge with great up to date ambient lighting, excellent, outstanding entertainment , and I had the whole row to myself. I often take this flight when flying home from LHR to JFK. 5 stars!"

When we explained how difficult it would be to catch another flight to Denver from NY with it being the weekend, and attempting to get a flight to another airport with higher chances of getting us home, their customer service rep informed us that as long as they 'fulfilled their contract' to get us to NY, it wasn't really their problem how we got home (or couldn't get home) after that."

Cons: "I had called vayama with whom you booked the flight, 5/28, and asked for seats together with my daughter who was, I THOUGHT, also flying on the same plane as I..I had asked the rep for a specific flight,nAA 105 and was told that it was code shared with mine, IB4611 but, when I looked at the seats 24 hours before the flight, on 6/15, I saw that I had been booked on a totally different plane and different departure terminals . The only thing similar was the departure and arrival times into JFK. I made a long distance call from the UK and got a really obnoxious rep who was very condescending, dismissive and annoyed that I couldn't understand her pronounced accent . When I said, " pardon, could you please repeat that", she was very snippy and snapped at me! No wonder they have such crappy ratings/ reviews. She was absolutely no help whatsoever after I explained that my daughter was visually impaired and HAD to be on the same flight as I, all she told me was that there was no record of the convo I had claimed to have with their rep on 5/28 and then she hung up on me. I will never use kayak again nor its outsourced affiliates . I am pissed, Weibo Benwitz"

BWI-MIA flight was delayed due to air traffic clearance from the thunderstorm and almost missed my connection MIA-MAD by few minutes. Upon arrival in MAD, my baggage didn't make the connection and had to wait for 3 days before my baggage arrived"

Cons: "The first leg of the journey was supposed to be via Bristish Airways' partner, American Air, but that flight was cancelled. The best AA could do was book me on a slightly later flight out of another airport. They refused to offer compensation or travel vouchers of any sort. So I paid for a long taxi drive from one airport to another and arrived at British Airwarys check-in to be told that they hadn't actually booked me on the next flight. The woman working at the counter went above and beyond her duty to try to help, but couldn't rebook me until late that night. I arrived at my destination more than 12 hours later than my original flight was supposed to arrive, and it was too late to get a refund on ticket for the train I missed and the hotel I couldn't travel to that night."

Cons: "AA didn't notify me of their change to my itinerary so I missed my flight, they cancelled my return flight from Europe, and only offered to refund my ticket when I spoke to a supervisor. I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

Cons: "The Indianapolis to JFK trip was the first of three legs. My bags were only checked to JFK. I have a badly broken ankle and needed a wheel chair. I could not manage my luggage and crutches. It forced me to take a taxi to the international terminal, then ask strangers for help with my luggage once I got there. I am extraordinarily displeased!!!! I will not fly American again."

Cons: "To start, the boarding process is a chaos. First class and executive platinums should board first, but of course the gate agent was completely clueless and rude, even to an ExPlat. Althiugh the flight is only 1.35 hours, I was surprised that flight attendants didn't even make an effort to offer a drink service. No turbulence or anything, just seems they were lazy."

Instead, they went us through this ridiculous online process, where they determined they found the iPad, but "rejected our request to have it returned"!!!!!! The absolute worst!!"

I would not fly Iberia again and recommend that FinnAir not affiliate with them"

Gate was changed, moved further away from arrival gate so many passengers ran to catch a plane that was supposed to be taking off in 10 mins, but when we arrived at the gate, boarding hadn't even started! Info at gate still showed on time take off. We didn't take off for another hour!"

Cons: "I booked an Iberia flight through Kayak back in November and shortly after started getting emails from CSAirfare, a company I have never heard of, that my flight schedule wouldn't work. 3 or 4 email later, that was straightened out. I then tried to choose seats - couldn't even find an Iberia website, but since the flights were being operated by American, I tried to choose seats. I was able to choose seats once, but it never took. I let it go. A month before my flight, I could find an Iberia website. When I tried to book seats on Iberia, I was told it was really an American flight and they would redirect me to the American website and then American would kick me back to Iberia. Add to that the fact that although there was a 3 hour window between my connecting flights, somehow American couldn't get us off the ground and I ended up running through JFK and barely making my flight to Spain."

Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Cons: "I purposely got a seat in the front row for extra leg room next to my two friends whose tickets I paid for. The TV in my seat was broken and I therefore could not at all watch TV unless I moved to another seat. I ended up not being able to sit with my friends for the entire seven-hour flight. The flight was delayed multiple times. The first time it was delayed because they were doing an extra security search by hand in the Gated area awaiting to board the plane. I have never seen this in my life and it was definitely started. Then we were on board the plane for almost an hour before they made an announcement that they found a broken part on the plane and had to switch planes. It was all very fishy. Quite frankly that I want my money back."

Pros: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Cons: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."

Pros: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"

Announcements are not heard in headphones, which in emergency situations could be dangerous. Noise reducing headphones supplier are effective in the noise reduction function, but not high quality audio resolution, with some dialogue intelligible. Business class seat wasn't a full recline as are those of most competitors, but it was comfortable. I didn't see any snack offerings that most other airlines have available between meals."

Pros: "My check in was by far the easiest it has ever been on any of the international flights I've taken over the years. This was my first flight with TAP Portugal and I will certainly by happy to fly with them again. The next time, I'm going to take advantage of their offer to stop over in Lisboa."

Cons: "The boarding process was a bit hectic because you had to go through an additional bag check at the gate and then some people still cut the lines and pushed their way to the front-- that was not managed so well."

Cons: "Customer service to get a veggie option on the flight was really hard to work with. We did get veggie options but they were not very good at all. Movie selection is terrible, but the screen worked a little better, more leg room on this flight than the flight to Lisbon."

Cons: "The 8 hour flight took forever. From boarding taking over an hour (I admit it was a full flight), the TV sets didn't work. They finally got most of the TV sets to work but we could only watch one movie that has several glitches (restating the movie after 15 minutes and volumes had to constantly be adjusted). The good options were limited for a pregnant women (sordfish - high in Mercury, turkey sandwich - not supposed to ear cold cuts, and meatballs (I unfortunately dint eat beef). I should have opted for the vegetarian meal but I wasn't pregnant when I booked my flight and the crew could not accommodate me. Also I think the should have servered one more round of drinks for a ver long flight)."
