Cons: "Had to check my bag yet others brought on two bin sized pieces. Had to get seat assignment at the gate and rep was rather abrupt with instructions. Smell of fuel in the cabin. In last row which was uncomfortable"

Cons: "Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Cons: "Unexplained delays, lack of transfer services (there was no separate connections security screening; passengers were required, after a redeye flight and customs, to switch floors and stand in long lines with general security. Also, no beverages of any kind were offered."

Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. Delta offered nothing for this. One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

Pros: "Where the flight attendants on my AeroMexico portion were authentically compassionate, the flight attendants for delta were superficial. The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Our luggage was then sent down to the baggage carousel at Baltimore. We took carry-on to avoid this. I don't think we will fly Delta again."

American Told us to go see Alaskan vise versa, but the conclusion was no seats were even available for the flight that was changed a day earlier.. Alaska Airlines solution: 2 additional days of travel and $700 per ticket x4 tickets. Finally after 5 hours of trying to figure it out some resolution to the mistake $500+ with additional stops. Ridiculous to say the least, I had to pay for their mistake"

I am extremely upset because I paid an extra $75.00 on day of to get home earlier but ended up getting home at the same time that I would have on my original flight because the flight was late and I missed my shuttle because 1920 was late boarding. I should be reimbursed SOMETHING for my inconvenience...especially after paying $75.00 extra for an earlier flight."

Each time was a delay of a couple of hours causing us to miss both of our original layover flights. As a result, we missed TWO very important business meetings that ended up costing us over $10,000! We were unable to provide paychecks to employees! After spending 2 entire days sitting in the airport waiting, we were offered a "food voucher" for $30, were advised to go pick up our luggage first, but they failed to mention we would be unable to get back through DFW airport security just to eat!! We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."

Cons: "I don't understand how a flight can be delayed and late by 40 minutes when it's the very first flight in the morning due to the plain not starting right. We have to be there early to check in why would pilot and attendants get there early to make sure plan is ready and everything checked before starting on boarding process. Heck drive the plane around to test everything. Also what's up with 1 small cookie when people pay hundred of dollars for a delayed flight. Treat everyone like first class. Better seats. Seats are way to small. And maybe lunch should come with the flight or a bottle of water and a full bag of chips. We pay a lot for those flights. After all it's so expensive to by food in the airport then you wait and find out the flight is delayed."

Cons: "If you pay for a seat, you should be able to check-in, right? Not so! When trying to check-in 24 hours in advance...no such luck. I was told by the App, the website, cust rep via phone, and their twitter account (I was persistent) that due to overbooking, I would not be assigned a actual seat until I arrived at the airport. Because of this, I arrived five hours early to be sure I could get home. Everything else was okay, but this really put a cramp on my day :("

One crew member was brash in her speaking with people. We used to use this airline regularly, and we stopped. Now I remember why."

Cons: "1st: the online check-in was unavailable and "buggy" every time I tried to select my seat and then tried to check-in, I was prompted to select my seat. 2nd: You would think that an airline called American would hire Americans to answer and service calls, but when I called to get help with the check-in process; my call was rerouted to India. The Indian lady was nice but she could not understand me very well, which made everything even more frustrating. 3rd: everything cost extra. You don't even get 1 checked bag. I traveled to bourbon country and brought back a souvenir. Had I known that I would have had to pay $25 extra I would've just shipped it home and it would've cost less and has less hassle at the airport. 4th: after using the self service kiosk to check in my bag, the service and ticketing crew would not take my bag when I placed my bag in the area that read "leave your checked bags here". They told me to get in line to drop off my bag. The woman at the counter, just needed saying, "Okay, you've checked in your bags. I'll take that." That's was ridiculous to stand in line only to have the woman take my bags. 5th: one of the ticketing women refused to help the customers trying to check-in and redirected them to use the self service kiosk. 6th: SEATS: the new seat were very uncomfortable, they were rock hard and even the main cabin (preferred seats: cost $53 extra) area had no leg room. The economy seats had about 4inches of room between the end of their seat and the back of the chair in front of them. Recline feature has been restricted to a minimum."

The crew announced there was in-flight wi-fi {available for purchase, of course} only to come back on and apologize that the wi-fi was down for this flight. The crew did do beverage service, but never made it to the last three rows of passengers. Overall, just not the type of customer service I am used to from other airlines. I chose this flight based on the price. I don't think I'll chose United again in the near future."

First delayed, sat around for hours, then cancelled almost 3 hours post scheduled departure time. No hotel voucher provided. Rebooked, but not done correctly so when I tried to check in, it was discovered that I didn't actually have a rebooking, requiring additional calls and second rebooking."

The Asian snack was dreadful no beverage available for awhile."

Never again on this airline."

Cons: "At the gate, after our flight had been delayed almost two hours, their was only one employee working. This extended our boarding time considerably. One of Frontier's main selling points is that they spend less time on the ground, allowing for them to charge less for airfare. Just not my best experience flying."

Pros: "Flight was less than $200. There's not much to say here. Flight happened on time, crew did their thing. My knees nearly hit the seat in front of me, but didn't. It was a normal flight in coach on almost any airline. Nothing of note. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's not Emirates. That's the gold standard of flying coach. Frontier is a budget airline and I chose them because the flight time and the price both sang to me."

Cons: "This was my first trip on Frontier. I am not a nervous flyer at all, but except for the first take off, all the take offs and landings for my round-trip flight had an unusual and uncomfortable amount of lurching, bouncing, and shaking, despite the fact that there was good weather. I don't know if it was the pilots or the aircraft, but, for this reason, I doubt I will be flying Frontier again. Other minimal issues: (1) I know it's a no-frills airline, but I think the lack of any unpaid beverage service, even water, is ridiculous; (2) TSA pre-check shows on the boarding pass, but is not valid."

Cons: "I had to come into work the morning of my flight, so I was running late to the Nashville Airport. When I tried to print out my ticket from a Frontier kiosk, nothing happened. The attendant present was not working for Frontier and told me I could make my flight if I hurried, then she walked away. Too bad I didn't have my ticket and no one from Frontier was there to assist. Despondent and apathetic from the hellish events from this week, I resigned to paying $450 to book a one way flight on United from Nashville to Denver the same day. If I had booked a United or AA flight from the beginning, they would have assisted me in getting to my flight on time. Their planes have more legroom anyway. I hope my luck is better on the return flight, or I will be out a few more hundred dollars because Frontier doesn't have the resources to have a full-time staff (ostensibly). If you're not a gambler when it comes to whether or not you'll make your destination on time, or at all, then don't use Frontier. I'm not about that life."

They refunded everyone (apparently, I still haven't gotten my money) and offered discounts on nearby hotels but were not able to rebook anyone until 5 days later, so most if not all of us wound up driving or booking sooner flights on different airlines (for much more money than we had booked this flight)."

I will not go into details of my experience in while on the plane the person beside me was complaining about frontier. I got on the shuttle to go home and another couple wS pissed off over Frkntier and the person across from us chimed ion they would never fly again within Frontier. It was just bad from use of their website to the checkin process and the flight."

Cons: "Flight delayed hours from beginning; no explanation or accurate info on website. Second leg delayed 3 hrs on ground; no pilot!?"

Cons: "All of it. They cancelled my flight. Then I rented a car and started a 13 hour drive. 2 hours in I get an email saying the flight it back on and departing in 30 minutes. Call Frontier to get refund in flight and car rental. They only refund the flight. But now I'm still driving 10 hours. This is bull shot and I should be refunded my car rental. Unacceptable."

Cons: "This was the oldest plane I had been on in quite a while. The tray tables where half the size of the regular ones and metal. There was hardly any legroom. There was absolutely no entertainment options. No Wi-Fi on the plane. And you had to pay for any snacks and drinks. Although I did get a great amount for the cost, I would have paid a little extra to fly a different airline in order to have Wi-Fi and entertainment options."

I will never ever fly Frontier Airlines again and, I was a full fare customer, paying through the nose for extra baggage carry-on baggage excetera I am done with Frontier Airlines good luck in your expansion as the flight attendants are instructed to tell you over the public-address system, I'm done"

Cons: "There is no warning from Frontier that customers will be charged for both checked and carry-on bags. Along with being charged extra depending on what seat the customer chooses (up to $30 additional charge). It's a good thing I went online 24 hours before my flight or I would have been very upset to get to the gate and have had to pay $60 for my bag. There seems to be an up charge for everything after the ticket is paid for, including food and drink. The seats in the airplane felt like glorified plastic lawn chairs."

Cons: "On a Friday night the flight was over 4 hours late. There was nobody at the gate the entire time and no notifications on the board we had to find it by calling customer service or notifications on our phone that were confusing. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. No refunds and to add insult to injury when we finally got on the flight they still insisted on charging for a soda. The seats are barely better than sitting on a bus, hard plastic with minimal cushion they are narrow but the leg room is adequate. They took away an entire day literally noon to 9 pm from everyone just wanting to get home or a get away weekend in Chicago and offered nothing, in 2 hours they could have sent another plane from the hub in Denver but felt it was better to ignore probably 150 customers for 6 hours. they could have rescheduled the flight for a later time allowing people to leave the airport and come back or given people food vouchers none of which they did. They could've done a lot of things but chose to be a low-cost airline which they must have felt somehow validated poor customer service."

Cons: "They nickle and dime you for everything. Additional cost to book seats, check bags, water, recline seat. Yes a charge to stretch your legs. They even charge you to carry on a bag! Seats are hard plastic and don't recline."

Cons: "This is as much against kayak as Frontier. If you display a price that includes all fees and taxes then that's what you expect a particular airfare will cost. When shopping on Kayak most people are looking for the best deal. If upon the day I fly I effectively have to pay the equivalent of the original fare AGAIN just to carry on my bag then I feel deceived. If I had known the actual cost to fly Frontier the day I selected this fare I would never have chosen Frontier. And I never will again. The ticket counter employees are obviously tired of hearing such complaints as well. They are a surly bunch."

That happened twice. I went to the airport if I choose to rebook, the next available date was five days after my original departure. I would never again attempt to fly with frontier"

They offered no assistance. I needed to be at my destination the next day for a wedding, so I had to purchase an additional ticket out of pocket from Southwest (staff was very helpful). I recommend removing Spirit Airlines from Kayak."

I was not able to check in and print my boarding pass ahead of time. I called the customer service line twice to confirm that my reservation was intact even though I could not print the pass. At the airport there was no "bag drop" so everyone from all Spirit flights had to wait in a line that was 2 blocks long (no lie.) It took 45 mins. to get to the counter. Once there no one could seem to figure out what was wrong and it didn't seem to be a priority for them as they were putting out quite a few other fires. I stood at the counter for another 45 mins. They finally were able to print my boarding pass. Thank god I was TSA approved or I would not have made the flight. That did not seem to bother any of their employees. They won't be seeing me again!"

I don't think i will ever use Spirit Airlines again."
