The smaller crowd flying out of and into was less stressful than flying out of LAX. JetBlue was very accommodating and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The luggage pick up area was very chaotic and outdated. Long Beach Airport has a lot of work to do to in this area. Needs a new system to make the process more organized and less of an undignified free for all. Passengers need some training in this area as well in this all about me world.

Boarding at Long Beach was quick and convenient to prep for takeoff with loading through front and rear doors of the plane.

Entertainment system was somewhat outdated. Headphones weren’t complimentary. Food is “unlimited snack items,” though it is only offered once in flight.

Delta staff taking care of rude/beligerant guests first vedore guests patiently/kindly waiting in line ... children watched that behavior and the jerks recieved special treatment. Flight staff ripped up guests boarding pass in face. Staff allowed ys to board plane and put our bags under plane and then crew timed out before take off. Never will use Delta again.

The passengers next to me we're good.

The fact that they only let you watch content on your device despite having a big screen in the headrest for DirecTV that was pay-only was not putting those screens to full use. Aso, why down 4-hour flight not get a meal, but only one tiny bag of pretzels?

Flight was on time. Friendly crew.

It turned out that we were on stand by (without anyone telling us until the morning of the flight) and did not know if we were going to fly out. We could not select any seats at check in and only found out our seats a few hours before the flight. It was quite unpleasant and stressful as my husband and I were flying with our two children and faced a real possibility of not being able to sit together or getting bumped off a flight all together. It was a code shared flight between Lufthansa and United and each airline kept sending us to the other to get any answers or help. neither were helpful. It made it for an extremely frustrating experience.

I liked finally getting where I was trying to go.

I didn’t like everything. We were approximately 4 hours late. And the flight crew was not very warm and considerate of the fact we were so delayed.

A very rude boarding agent insulted a young man from another country who was boarding in front of me. He misunderstood that they wanted him to check his luggage instead of carry it on. The agent yelled at him and shamed him in front of other passengers. United strikes again!! Seriously folks, you suck!

Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials.

JetBlue delays empty flights until Full to Pomce or From Ponce. Dice people who usually travel are old person is easily managed to feed them with mechanical problems or some other excuse. This route back or forth only works on time in high season, which usually are the common holidays of the year, other than this skip it, the delays turns flight into a nightmare pushing the wait, and travel, as a direct flight to Los Angles leaving form San Juan or a total hour of 10+

Really don't have a complaint, crew was excellent, only thing I could nitpick would be slightly late departure.. But again we more than made up for that in flight

Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

I understand Mother Nature causes issues tkayakhat no one can control but when I'm receiving updates from the 3rd party travel app that isn't the airline before receiving any information directly from the airline via the gate agent or Deltas travel app and the gate agent not being able to verify the 3rd party travel app something is wrong.

Good legroom. Big delay so I did not get to sleep at hotel until 2 am. The flight was very bumpy. The delay was not posted in the airport monitors. Only found out when I got to gate. Flight attendants had blankets to sell on a cold plane that warmed up as the flight progresses.

The positioning of the TV controls on the top of the armrest means that it becomes useless as an armrest. I had to hold my right arm in the air so the passenger next to Me could use his controls. I was in a middle seat. The fix would Be to have the controls on the side Of the armrest like on most other airlines

They let me know they couldn't get it together enough to get a plane in an almost timely manner. Once they did I couldn't take advantage of the alternatives without risking missing out all together

The 4 plus hour delay that meant a 3 plus hour layover because of the missed connection. Requesting an agreement to just make the new connection because of their non-weather related delay.

We sat on the tarmac for an hour after boarding because there was some minor mechanical issue on the plane. Also, my video screen didn’t work so I had no way to access the in flight entertainment.

Trash onboard from previous flight and flight attendants texting during beverage service and seemed annoyed they were having to hand out drinks and crackers. I don’t enjoy feeling like a nuisance when I’ve paid $250 for the flight. FREE WiFi didn’t work. I always avoid Delta when possible.

Flight was scheduled to leave at noon. We were delayed for 2.5 hours due to incoming flights, which were delayed. Finally they told us to board at 4 pm. Once everyone was on board, they told us we "lost" our pilot and we had to get off the plane. Thirty minutes later, they "found" a new pilot and boarded us on the plane. We then sat on the plane for 4 hours because there was a system issue and the pilots didn't have our flight plan. At 8 pm, the pilot got off the plane, and new pilots came aboard. Finally, the plane left at 9:30 pm. We never received food vouchers, water, snacks during the delay. The pilot insisted the last delay was due to a system issue, the crew told us it was because of weather. In the end, I think they were all lying to us and they had no intention of leaving on time and just made excuses. We lost a whole day in Bermuda because of their lies. I will never fly United again.

Actually pushed back from gate on time in Philadelphia. Took about 25 minutes from then til take off. Landed only a few minutes behind schedule. Crew was pleasant. Food was okay.

It was a Finnair flight but operated by American Airlines. I booked through Justfly.com and paid extra for what I thought were our seats. Don’t pay Justfly for seating choice as the operating airline can switch your seats. Online checkin was difficult as I tried Finnair first with no luck, then got somewhere with American. Seats were not very comfortable but I guess that’s what you get in economy.

Flight was on time. Friendly crew.

It turned out that we were on stand by (without anyone telling us until the morning of the flight) and did not know if we were going to fly out. We could not select any seats at check in and only found out our seats a few hours before the flight. It was quite unpleasant and stressful as my husband and I were flying with our two children and faced a real possibility of not being able to sit together or getting bumped off a flight all together. It was a code shared flight between Lufthansa and United and each airline kept sending us to the other to get any answers or help. neither were helpful. It made it for an extremely frustrating experience.

The fact that they only let you watch content on your device despite having a big screen in the headrest for DirecTV that was pay-only was not putting those screens to full use. Aso, why down 4-hour flight not get a meal, but only one tiny bag of pretzels?

I liked finally getting where I was trying to go.

I didn’t like everything. We were approximately 4 hours late. And the flight crew was not very warm and considerate of the fact we were so delayed.

I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

I understand Mother Nature causes issues tkayakhat no one can control but when I'm receiving updates from the 3rd party travel app that isn't the airline before receiving any information directly from the airline via the gate agent or Deltas travel app and the gate agent not being able to verify the 3rd party travel app something is wrong.
