They were even readily supplied more alcohol by the flight attendant twice which was really in poor taste considering how rude and clearly drunk they already were. They never should have been allowed to fly because their behavior was disruptive before we even left the gate in Palm Springs. Drunk people should not be allowed to fly if they cannot be quiet and certainly should not be allowed to purchase more alcohol once on board."

We used to be able to fly regularly with no additional costs, with 1 checked and 1 carry on bag per person! Maybe offering some slightly different pricing options when a trip is more than 4 days long would be of benefit to folks."

The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class."

Aisle was barely longer across than my foot, and the guy next to me was a bit bigger than average, leaving me to have to scrunch in my seat the whole flight. Pros: "Upon arriving in Minneapolis-St. Paul, it was a struggle to determine whether or not my bags had made it, whether or not I needed to collect them from baggage claim due to the cancellations/delays, and if I was even going to be able to transfer my ticket. Flight arrived late in the evening when most flights were basically complete for the day. Luckily, I happened upon a red-eye arrival, and spoke to an agent at that gate (Taj). Taj was without a doubt, THE BEST GATE AGENT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN MY 40+ YEARS OF TRAVELLING!! I explained my situation to him, and he immediately asked to see my travel info. He proceeded to get me on a flight much earlier than originally anticipated, upgraded me to Premium fare status, and did his best to re-route my luggage (which he informed me was still sitting in ATLANTA 18 hours after having left there...) - how does someone get on a flight, and their check-in get noted, but their luggage does not get put on said flight?? Things that make you go hmmmmm.... All that aside...I will be planning a trip to Minneapolis-St. Paul specifically to take a gift of appreciation to Taj! Well done on this end Delta - Taj is an excellent example of intelligent customer service."

In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Horrible, if that's how AA treats their dedicated service members!"

Then I missed my flight. Then they offered NO support. They would not pay for a hotel and I'm presently sleeping on the airport floor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES AGAIN."

Cons: "The first leg of my flight left an hour earlier than scheduled, and I was never notified. Fortunately I found out when I went to "check in" the night before, and was able to arrange for earlier transportation to the airport."

Cons: "As the norm, American Airlines once again did not have their numbers prior to departure. Upon arrival American Airlines did not have a gate readily available for us. This caused a delay in arrival and a delay in departure. American Airlines is renowned for this type of treatment. I had hoped it would improve when US Airways had acquired them. Unfortunately, such is not the case. You can do better."

Pros: "I liked how the flight was on time and how the flight was not overbooked. Over the past year I have had ad experiences with flying so much so that I thought the airlines did not value its patrons schedules and plans; it was all about getting our money. But American Airlines has restored my faith in the Airlines. Thanks!!!"

Cons: "Flight from San Antonio to Dallas had an excellent entertainment selection and entertainment system, despite being an hour flight, but the flight to Madrid was far more lacking."

Cons: "This was a direct flight from DFW to Vancouver. 3.5 hours. Upon arrival in Vancouver we were paged to baggage claim and informed that our bags were taken off the plane and would arrive later in the night. Problem was, we were leaving on a cruise at 4:30PM. Our bags had two cruise luggage tags on each bag. When our bags were delivered to us 2.5 days later in Ketchikan, Alaska - The cruise tags had been torn off our bags. There were a minimum of 8 vacant seats and corresponding luggage not on this plane. I believe Air Canada had a chance to load more cargo and removed our luggage to make more room for the cargo. I will never fly this airline again. I had nothing good to say to anyone on our cruise regarding this airline. Terrible passenger service. The guest services said that 16 bags were delivered in Ketchikan from Air Canada."

Pros: "I liked that they didn't make a fuss when boarding that I wasn't in the section but needed to board earlier due to a knee injury."
Cons: "That they didn't really stop long enough for me to ask for a snack. They asked the other side but as I was on the window seat, I couldn't seem to get their attention."

Cons: "Really doesn't fit into the "didn't like" category but my boarding pass said Zone 6, however there was no Zone 6 called nor signage for it. Even the person checking our boarding passes was surprised. Just a comment really!"

Pros: "The service was fantastic flying over night is never fun but the staff made the plane very comfortable"

Cons: "One of the female flight attendants was quite mean and just had a poor attitude. Glares, muttering under her breath at passengers etc. Overhead storage is just a nightmare! Always filled to the brim. I've heard flight attendants bashing passengers about it openly. Maybe if you didn't charge $25 per bag per leg people wouldn't do this. Something reasonable like 5-10$ would help this problem HUGE."

Cons: "They should have checked the plane before boarding. When the plane was ready to take off they discovered an issue with the lavatory. we had to sit in the plane for more than an hour to get this fixed."

Cons: "Six hours stuck at an airport with no where to get decent food and ended up sleeping on the floor. There should not be a stop to flights at night time."

Pros: "Staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was quick and painless, despite the mobile boarding pass not working properly."
Cons: "Did not ear food or use the in-flight entertainment. Seats are TINY! As a person with very broad shoulders, I found myself literally wedged into a corner as to not bump the person next to me. These planes should not be 3 seater when they are designed for two."

Cons: "For a 5+ hour flight only beverages were offered - anything else (such as a snack or small meal) had to be purchased. Very cheap service IMO. The selection of entertainment (movies/tv shows) was exceptionally limited and out of date. Their way of boarding the plane (via zone) is very backwards as families with children weren't asked to board until half way through the plane loading (unless those families had already paid for the more expensive zone upgrades). Most airlines let them load first to give them extra time. My checked bag was 1.2kg over the limit so I had to open the bag and switch 1.2kg of clothing into my carry on in front of the rest of those checking in. What an embarrassment and such foolery. All in all Westjet does a better job for trips across Canada. Will not be trying Air Canada again."

Cons: "The crew looked bored and surly. They missed giving me my pre ordered meal. When they finally found it it was given without the water bottle. I had to ask for tea twice only to be told that all hot beverages had been poured out."

Cons: "The checkin staff were not at there designated area on time and the flight was delayed for over an hour causing us to not be able to board our connecting flight from Toronto to Milan."

Pros: "Seat was broken, you can not recline seat. Flight was full, I was told so you have to sit on same seat. Secondly, there was one kid who keep crying yelling like hell, big time headache. It was about 6 early morning flight came at airport by 3:00am thought will sleep on air. On boarding, only drinks was offered, not even cookies or snacks there."

Pros: "Linda the Air Canada check in Agent at the Priority desk in Calgary was the best Check in Agent I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of business travel. I was with my family and she even made a special effort with my two Granddaughters that they are still talking about today. She is the reason Air Canada still has ALL of my business every year"

Cons: "Air Canada as well as WestJet charge exuberant amounts for local flights. They offer services and leg room of a budget airline while charging prices at the top range of a regular airline. Lack of proper competition in Canada allows Air Canada and WestJet to charge whatever they want since there are no other real options"

Cons: "I booked this particular flight because it was the shortest route available. But the Air Canada flight from Dallas was delayed for an hour and then we experienced computer problems causing further delays. I therefore missed my connection in Toroto and was told by the ground staff I could only get out 2 days later. I was also told there were no hotels available. There were long lines of angry people complaining, and they were from different flights, One couple complained they missed 2 days of their honeymoon. The plane did have seats in business class which they refused to hand out. Eventually they found me a hotel and redirected me through Frankfort the next day. It turned out to be a 27 hour trip. Huge disappointment."

Plane smelled, but the bathrooms were stinky! Can't you put up a sign asking men to sit down?! Urine on the floor, as always. Window blinds were sticky. Will never fly Air Canada again if I have any other option!"

Cons: "Constant back and forth of the carts. The smell of the food while the cart is parked beside you is rough to if you are not feeling well. Felt like too much selling going on. I don't' need to be asked so many times about food and drink."

Pros: "The comfort of a Dash 8 was surprising. The seats have a suitable amount of leg room which I'm actually scared to mention so they don't add an extra seat to each row to take it away. Not too much, not too small, just right for a 6 foot man to not have his knees pressed against the seat in front for the whole ride. Small plane size did allow for quick retrieval of bags at final destination."
Cons: "Where to start? Dash 8's shake, rattle and roll for the whole trip. Felt like we could fall out of the sky at any time. Staff don't care. Split our group after rescheduling due to aircraft issues despite seats available on both connectors. Said to wait until next stop to fix. Next stop said nothing they can do since we checked a bag. Put 2 hours between arrivals just because they can. Blamed it on the computer."

Pros: "The flight was smooth and pleasant . The crew is friendly and acoomodating. the fligt back to Edmonton was on time. Boarding was smooth and fast."
Cons: "Flight to Vancouver was delayed for half an hour. It's a good thing I didn't have a connecting flight to catch."

Cons: "Even though this flight was operated by CA and booked through Ethiopian, they would not honor my two checked bags. However, the guy behind me - also going to Ethiopia - they allowed two checked bags, no charge. I always feel like they aren't willing to budge or look up the rules or even just be nice about baggage. I'd rather not give any more $$ for baggage that i'm actually allowed."
