Cons: Flight was delayed 1 hour for crew not showing up. contacted customer service 2 times on phone and was promised to get travel voucher in 24-48 hours. Never got that. On 3rd time contact I was asked to email their support I did one week ago and nobody bothered to respond yet. Typical United!

Pros: The chairs at the gate were the best part, of waiting for another plane and watching the same lady that works for spirit arguing almost fighting physically with passengers in Houston TX

Cons: They gave me the wrong boarding pass, then I was still on time and they wouldn't let me on the plane, then the lady that takes the boarding passes was arguing with everybody, very rude and mean to customers. Now I have to wait 15 hours to get to Orlando! Never again and never recommend spirit!

Pros: Friendly crew. Extra snacks and drinks were a big plus on a long flight.

Cons: There were not enough people that checked their carryons, which lead to a long delay in boarding. Jetblue people should have demanded more checked bags to avoid a long delay in boarding. The flight was painfully long due to snow, which is understandable.

Pros: I got me where I wanted to be.

Cons: Eliminate the TV screens and just give us free high speed internet access. We will manage how to entertain on the way.

Cons: A flight crew that didn't care less about people sleeping on a red-eye flight and sat in the last row talking to each other loudly the entire flight.

Cons: Let's just say my spirit wasn't lifted by Spirit Air. I remember that we had a terrible landing on a cloudless sunny day. Pilots seemed inexperienced. A $55 carry on fee seems excessive and makes me not want to fly again. I take two business trips a month and have flown almost every airline in Europe but this was my worst flight in ages.

Cons: Our flight was cancelled at midnight the day of our flight, which by the way was at 7 that morning. We were given no explanation as to why.

Pros: The crew was very nice. I had plenty of leg room as I was in the exit row.

Cons: The flight took off late. We arrived back late. The baggage claim took almost an hour to get my bag. To check one small bag cost an unreasonable $52. The bag drop line took too long as well.

Basically, "Have a nice trip, let me start by robbing you." Crew - During the flight, I used the on-flight lavatory. As is normal in most flights, there's no space between the last row of passengers and the mini-room at the back of the plane. To keep from putting my rear in another passenger's face, I stepped into the mini-room until the stewardess commanded that I wait behind the "silver line." Sorry other passenger. At the least be courteous about your command with me and/or the passenger who had to sit in the rear (pun intended). Comfort - No seat back storage, and the flight was as cold as is bearable for the average person. Food & Entertainment - None available. Upon asking for water, we were instead offered ice.

Pros: I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be.

Cons: Nothing I just need to pay more attention to my ticket purchase I didn’t realize it was a basic economy until after I bought it which meant I had to pay for my bags which added $50 to my fair which wasn’t that big a deal but then I got a seat all the way the back in the corner which really wasn’t that bad either but if I went to Carrynon a bag I was allowed to do so

Cons: My first two flights were delayed (1st flight from Changsha to Beijing was delayed for 4 hours and 2nd flight from Beijing to Houston was delayed for 45 mins), so I missed my last flight from Houston to Orlando to go home! And! They lost both of my luggages! Now I'm forced to stay in Houston airport overnight to catch next flight to go home tomorrow morning. Air China did NOT help anything! They wouldn't even help me rebook my flight when they know I will miss my last connect flight.

Pros: Although, still not much room, as in all airlines, I do like the fact there is no reclining. The seats are comfortable in their position, and not having someone in your lap is nice.

Cons: I understand the need to keep the cost down on flights. But $3 for a can of soda is a bit high. At least break even. You win, we win . I feel music of some sort could be provided to block out crying babies, & loud passengers.

Pros: I like that southwest flew out of the same terminal Bc after the nightmares I walked over and happily paid full price for Southwest.

Cons: 2 agents for 300 bags in the same time window is not only unexpectable but poor customer service. Several people including 6 people in wheelchairs were deeply effected by this event not to mention. 100 of passagers without a answers. There was no staff at the 3 gates ! Even before the planes were scheduled to take off.

Cons: Everything was excellent. I got upgraded to first class, the flight arrived early and I was on the left side of the aircraft so I had an excellent view of DC as we came in for a landing.
