I didn’t like the service at all. For future flights I plan to use another airline. . This flight was late leaving by over 3 hours and I missed my connection. There was no reimbursement.
The flight was smooth and comfy
They delayed twice
This is the most inefficient airline I have ever flown. There is no sense of urgency from gate, ground or in flight staff. Everyone just sitting around joking with other staff. Both flights did not board until 10 min prior to takeoff time. So obviously takeoff was at least 30 min late both ways.
5 hour delay .... this happenes everyday
The overall flight was pretty good. I had no problems with the flight. The boarding staff and flight staff were very pleasant and made my trip a comfortable and easy one! I would definitely recommend BahamasAir to a friend, & I would definitely be flying with BahamasAir again, very soon!
The lady with the low-cut blonde hair who checked me in, she had a very horrible & nasty attitude. She's clearly in the wrong line of work and I don't ever want to be dealt with by her ever again!!!
The crew was very professional.
The WiFi was very intermittent and made the entertainment hard to watch.

Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.
It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.

Cannot think of a thing
The flight was over 4 hours delayed, and I didn't receive a notification that it was delayed until an hour after the flight was supposed to take off, which would have been ideal given that I had to pay 5x surge pricing for my uber to get there by the original scheduled time. Once we were about to board the plane, we were told again that it was further delayed. The crew was cranky and tired as they had clearly been dealing with delay issues the whole day. There were no tv's on the flight and we were told there would be free wifi to stream to our phones, however the wifi was so slow that it couldn't even load a single picture from the internet. Oh, there were also no decent food options on the flight. I will avoid United at all costs in the future, as my flight down was also over 3 hours delayed.
