Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling."
Pros: "Crew is amazing!"
Cons: "The Plane!"
Pros: "Being on time with everything."
Pros: "Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver."
Cons: "Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."
Cons: "We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!"
Pros: "Seats were comfortable."
Cons: "We didn’t get offered a snack or drink."
Pros: "Nobody was amazing. First Class Crew didn’t really care and there were only 6 of us up there."
Cons: "I was offered one during. They didn’t have spicy Bloody Mary mix. Tired to pass off a drink with plain tomato juice which was horrible. When my wife sent it back they didn’t offer her anything else."
Cons: "Every thing was good"
Cons: "They left without us. They could have waited a few minutes knowing we were on a delayed flight but didn't. They actually left early."
Pros: "Excellent flight - smooth, comfortable seats (exit row with lots of leg room), in-flight entertainment was great, snacks and drinks served when I needed. Got to Cincinnati earlier than expected. Couldn't have gone better really."
Cons: "I will say the flight to Orlando including an upcharge of $100 for a bag that was 10lbs overweight. I was INCREDIBLY frustrated at the crazy price. I understand fees would apply to overweight bags but $100???? Kind of ridiculous"
Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "Coffee or beverage service would have been a nice touch."
Pros: "Flight attendants were great! We had rough weather for the entire flight, and they handled everything great"
Pros: "Yes, everything was comfortable and the individual screens with current movies kept the kids occupied with minimal interruptions!"
Cons: "Honestly, while it would always be nice to have a little more leg room. I would like to fly a little more conveniently though as the back of the legs near the knees always gets pressure and cause swelling. Some form of foot rest with a stand might alleviate some of the pressure and ankle swelling."
Cons: "Plane too small to have any on board entertainment"
Cons: "No issues at all"
Pros: "The staff was very nice and helpful."
Cons: "My husband and I could not fit in the seats without our shoulders being on top of each other. My shoulder was in the aisle way. I am 5’8 and my knees were up againstthe seat in front of me. Our flight from CVG to DFW had none of these problems."
Pros: "WiFi on board."
Pros: "Delra was very accommodating to get us on a later flight today due to a medical emergency the previous day. Thank you Delta, especially for your understanding."

Cons: "MCO airport gate was a mess and did not have easy access to charge phones."
Pros: "excellant movies"
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Flight attendant was not willing to go above and beyond as he stated he would. My husband asked for a coke and the flight attendant told him he could only get water."
Pros: "Uneventful and on time"
Cons: "The seats did not recline/lean back. Especially on an overnight flight I was hoping to lean back a little to sleep."

Cons: "Plane was late coming in and my departure time was 30 minutes off schedule."
Pros: "Great pilot.."
Cons: "Jam packed too small and the lady flight attendant was to bossy and not that welcoming, she was more interested in being more of a drill sergeant than the comfort of the passengers"
Pros: "Sky Lounge at SFO and onboard entertainment"
Cons: "It was it little confusing that I booked with AeroMexico but it was really a Delta flight."
Cons: "The male flight attendant my section was very unpleasant to the elderly passengers in my area and just left me very uneasy about the flight"

Pros: "The Flight Personnel was extremely helpful and kind."
Pros: "The flight attendants were helpful, the flight was smooth."
Cons: "I was unable to check in online without a delta confirmation number and I had booked through west jet. The flight was delayed 40 min so I arrived later and I was removed from the flight. I got through security and customs with plenty of time and managed to get back on the flight. It was all around just annoying."
Pros: "Great experiencing getting on and off the plane"
Pros: "Everything else"
Cons: "No power to charge"
Pros: "Delta made sure my husband and I had seats together and my husband was thrilled to have a window seat. We took off and arrived earlier than scheduled so we didn't have to run to catch our connecting flight."
Cons: "Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to report."
Pros: "This was a redeye flight that was very smooth."
Cons: "I had an aisle seat and a male flight attendant kept going up and down the aisle bumping my shoulder. If I were a big person I could understand the bumping. He was wider than the aisle. At last count he bumped me 7 times while I was trying to get some sleep on this 5 hour redeye flight. I was going to confront him on his next trip but finally fell asleep before then."
Cons: "Not enough entertainment choices"
Pros: "Crew was good."
Cons: "Plane was late"
Pros: "Wonderful flight attendants"
Pros: "Given an upgrade to comfort seats for taking a bump was a nice plus. Pilot kept us informed o flight arrival and times."
Cons: "Gate attendee wasn't very cheerful, felt like I was being a bother when asking questions. Stewards on the flight were not very social either."
Pros: "Everything was great"
Cons: "Lost luggage,, will be delivered to our house"
Pros: "Not much to like since the flight was canceled."
Cons: "Flight was canceled. The system tried to automatically rebook us but gave us a new itinerary from our original departure point, apparently un aware that we had already left. So, we were stuck in Atlanta airport with no good way to our final destination. Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. We had a two hour delay on the ground due to thunderstorms, but the pilot kept us informed and the flight attendants answered any questions and helped with everything. The pilot even walked down the isle asking people if they had any questions."
Cons: "We booked our tickets through American Express over 3 months before the flight. Delta has a new policy that these tickets are not allowed to have certain privileges that tickets purchased on their own site have. Unbeknown to us, one of these is the ability to select your seat. On the ride from CVG to FLL we were assigned seats in the back of the plane, but at least we were next to each other. On the way back, we were not assigned a seat at all. We arrived to the airport almost 4 hours before the flight and were still not assigned a seat and were told we would have to speak to the gate agent. Even we when spoke to the gate agent, they still did not have a seat. It was not until we had already started the boarding process that they called us up and told us that we were going to be sitting 5 rows apart, both in a middle seat."
Pros: "I have not flown Delta in more than 4 years and was pleasently surprised at how good the service was. Check in firendly, Boarding on time or before."
