Short trip from Honolulu to Kauai. Not a major issue. Only concern was the drop off of the luggage for departure. Only one person handling all of the passengers. She was busting her butt.
Good. Flight was good. Crew was good. Wish they offered coffee refills. Wish I didn’t have to pay for headphones. Otherwise good for a commercial flight.
Should have been forthcoming for reason for delay. Should have been able to check in for seat I'd like.
It was fine. It was a 30 minute flight so there was water or fruit juice and no food. Which was totally fine. The check in, gate and flight crew were all excellent.
I didn’t order food so can’t really say how it was. Overall, it was a great experience.
It was a pleasant experience. Considering we paid over $3000 for first class there really wasn’t anything special about first class. All the seats looked the same and everyone got the same great customer service. The only thing that was different between first class and couch was the drinks and the meal. We wouldn’t waste that much $ on first class on that plane again.
Once again, Hawaiian Airlines upon checking in for our return flight, told us that we hadn’t paid for our extra comfort seats. This had happened on our incoming flight as well. Hawaiian Airlines had changed our flight and put us in standard seats. I sent them confirmation emails and receipts showing that I had paid for extra comfort seats and they ignored me and refused to accept my proof of payment. I ended up having to pay for our extra comfort seats again. On our return flight, once again, we were told we hadn’t paid for our extra comfort seats, which we had. I argued until a supervisor was summoned and researched further in their system and found that we had paid for them. If I hadn’t insisted, we would’ve been forced to buy our seats again or be assigned a standard seat. This kind of Customer Service is totally unacceptable. I would never use Hawaiian Airlines again if I have a choice.
Flight was delayed 14 hours! We missed an entire day of our vacation and had to pay for hotel that we didn’t use
Glad they offer free meal, & I got a complimentary drink I’d like coffee,tea, or water offered 3/4 into trip
Flight was fine other than there was a gate change that I was not notified of. By chance I happened to check my phone and saw the change, otherwise, we would have missed our connecting flight.
Haven’t flown on SW in years. Flight was on time departing and arriving. Served vegan butter onion flavored pretzels which were bad. Coke served was in a tiny paper cup. Crew was not engaging. Felt like they were going through the motions. Old plane, tight seats and no leg room.
Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.
Flight was on time. Wi-fi was a little spotty/slow. Boarding and exit were efficient.
Okay, not wonderful. Short flight. Wi-fi didn't work properly. Stuck waiting for a gate to open upon arrival for 20 or so minutes.
They sent a notice that they were boarding an hour early. We had to leave the club and run to the gate. They said sorry, that came from corporate and was a mistake. They did not have enough seating because the flight before it had not taken off on time. They moved our gate and delayed it for an hour.
The boarding and seat assignment system no longer works for me, but I know it is being replaced. Otherwise, I am good with the overall experience.
The lead steward kept singing about "San Francisco" and hotel California---more annoying than humorous....needs work. Flight was smooth and on time.
Still a fan of open seating. Flight was on schedule and arrived on time. The 737 MAX is very comfortable.
Airline travel is always too cramped to really be pleasant, but the cabin crew on this flight did a pretty good job of making up for it by putting on some music during boarding and sprinkling a few funny remarks into the safety briefing and announcements, and just generally being friendly and helpful. It definitely reminded me of why I prefer the in-flight experience on Southwest!
Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.
Hotter than Hades in August. Why, why do crews think that in the winter when we are already dressed for cold weather we need a cabin that is 82 degrees. Even the vents were blowing hot air.
Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.
United is an incompetent airline. They parked the plane on the tarmac for an hour after arriving because they “didn’t have a gate available” it was actually some sort of lie because as we de planed there were approximately 9 open and manned and empty gates that we walked past. Many people on the flight missed connections for the hour long sit on the tarmac. Utterly baffling and incompetent behavior from United flight ops.
Flight was delayed. De-icing took a while. When we landed had to wait for another plane to vacate our gate. Just an overall bad experience.
I understand weather is an issue, but making us chase our plane down at five scheduled gates across three terminals in an airport the size of O'Hare was unfair. They'd have probably been better off to leave gates as TBD until the inbound plane is in final approach instead of running us all over the place. Also, props to the consistently-unprepared ground crew in Richmond for once again leaving my lane parked short of the gate because they couldn't have a crew in place on time with 2 hours notice...
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks
cabin crew was OK, food was OK, the trip from the US to Munich was actually pretty bad comfort wise. Noisy aircraft, lights never dimmed even in Business class (night flight) barely sufficient amenities for the price. I have millions of miles with United but TBH American is gaining ground and Delta has always been marginally better then United although on paper United has more longes and cheaper upgrades.
Pushed back only to get deplaned due to a tire damaged by ground crew. They did at least go pretty fast. The bathrooms should be banned under the Geneva convention. No room to even sit straight on the toilet. The under-seat entertainment units block what little leg room there is.
Essy to get on. The hostess gave very little pop, the plane was late getting in, and we are still waiting for our bags. This sucks. :/
Better service. No food options, but we did get drinks and a cookie.
it was fine, decent flight... dont get food besides cookies or pretzels so not sure why you ask about food. same for entertainment..
I liked the humor of the captain and crew on the flight from Flagstaff to Dallas. They were humorous.
Liked that it was on time. Staff professional and friendly.
More choices on snacks. Built-in video screen to enjoy entertainment choices.

Everything was good The connects, with no blame to crew. Or pilots. I understand they are short staffed. Everything went well for me. I'll be using you guys again in May if not sooner.
this plane was really old, had exit row seats and tray was in arm of seat so super uncomfortable to use. another seat they could t even use the tray it was broke. seat i. front of me had duct tape on it cause seat was ripped open... this plane should either be updated or retired.
We are too tired and frustrated to comment politely at this point
