Cons: "The FLIGHT!!!!! There were delays. Scheduled take of time was 6:59 PM. We took off at 735 PM. Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

Cons: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

As people were getting agitated, so was the stewardess. Also people had to use the restroom, and the stewardess kept asking people to stay in there seats and she begin to lose her cool. What do you expect when your on the runway for over an hour. When people got to go, they got to go. So after finally arriving at the gate, "late" United did get me on another flight thru Alaska which was great. Will I fly United again, hmm I'm sure I will, One bad experience won't scratch them off my list, but I will choose other airlines first and United will be my last resort."

I also liked the wifi which allowed me to check where my flight was in the air for free. Overall, I will say united is much improved from where it was - though I'd appreciate some free entertainment."

The person at the gate was rude when I said you won't lose my luggage will you? he said Probably. I said really, and he said well you did ask."

Frontier need to upgrade their customer service at Providence TE Green Airport. It reads poorly and I will not fly frontier again"
Cons: "being nickle and dimed for every little convenience, checked bag, carry on bag, seat selection, etc. What I though was a good deal ticket turned out to be way more expensive than I imagined."
Pros: "Crew was pleasant enough."
Cons: "Both of my flights were delayed. We had to get off the plane on both ends before we were allowed to reboard. I missed a long awaited dinner reservation with my husband at one end and was several hours late arriving at my final destination. Mechanical issues on both planes doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. My family and I will not fly Frontier again."
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful!"
Cons: "I thought it was kind of cheap that your company doesn't offer complimentary beverages or food anymore. I also think that the tray tables in my plane specifically seemed a lot smaller than I remember and that seemed kind of cheap to me."
Pros: "Flight was reasonably priced. Flight options were great"
Cons: "Rates are misleading. Once you add in the higher baggage fee, the seat fees (no free seats), the flight is priced the same if not higher than other airlines but the real difference is in all of this is customer service. The lead flight attendant on the my flight was extremely rude and unresponsive. My mother had a wheelchair assist her to the gate for our departing flight in Orlando. This was arranged by the ticket counter. Apparently, Frontier screwed up and did not arrange for a wheelchair to meet us at the gate in Charlotte. When we mentioned this to the lead flight attendant, he said we would need to go and find one ourselves. I asked if he could call the gate and asked them to bring one so I wouldn't have to leave my elderly mother, he said, "no". I asked again and explained that I didn't want to leave my mother. This time he rolled his eyes at me and said, it wasn't his problem. Really? This is precisely the reason I will not take Frontier again. Please look into training your people better or your hiring process. Cheap flight do not address this issue."

Cons: "$30 charge for check bag and a $10 charge for a carry on bag and they even charge for snacks and beverages. It's much cheaper to buy snacks and a beverage at the airport kiosks. most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in and they don't even recline. You have to pay extra for those. The comfortable reclining seats that weren't occupied, the aircrew wouldn't let you sit in them unless you paid $50. I will never fly on this airline again."

Pros: "Decent price for last minute non-stop from Orlando. Got Zone 1 for paying for a checked bag so easy and quick boarding. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. On time and no real issues."
Cons: "No TSA precheck allowed with Frontier. I pay for this and it's TSA not the airlines so I don't understand this. I also didn't realize I'd have to pay for my seat and my carry on. So, my inexpensive flight got $80 more expensive. The seats are hard and do not recline. This could be an OK option for short flights if the price is right. Won't be my first choice, especially for business."

Cons: "Inaccurate fee information led to a $284 flight being around $400. I could get a better flight without all the bullshit for $400. Frontier was poorly managed, lacked basic customer service, and had some "surprise" fees. Kayak: How about giving me back my hundred bucks?"

Cons: "1. You have to pay for carry on bags, more expensive than checking a bag. 2. When checking in and getting the option to pick my seat, all of the normal seats were taken and had to pay extra (not for an extra legroom seat) but just to be closer to the front of the plane. 3. The seats are uncomfortable 4. No drink service during the flight. 5. Ended up paying 2/3 the cost of the original ticket in fees the day of my flight. 6. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes, but the front counter said Nothing about it being delayed or what time what time we were boarding, updates, etc. If I could rate them less than a star I would. Terrible experience and terrible company ideas. I will not ride when them again because I don't want them to think this is acceptable service from the airline business. I hope they go out of business soon."

Cons: "The flight attendants were not cleared to fly to Charlotte (a domestic flight?!?!?!?) So we had to wait for another plane to land while trapped on the runway for new flight attendants. So unprofessional."

Cons: "The plane arrived at 2:30 pm at the international gates, but arrived over a half hour late to our gate (almost 6pm), so boarding was delayed. Then we sat on the plane for an hour waiting for a pilot. And the weather was poor, so we waited another half hour to leave. In total we left 2 hours late. And the flight was only 1 hour and 20 min long. The weather the airline can't help, but the other 2 problems seemed to be poor management by the company."
Cons: "I had to change my destination no fault of Frontier. My problem is trying to get a refund for extra sitting and baggage I paid for in advance. I don't expect to get a refund on the flight it was cheap enough and this was a return flight. I tried to cancel flight but the hassle wasn't worth it. If I get a refund and can update this I will."

Cons: "There were 3 of us who made the tight connection in Denver from Bozeman. My bag was the ONLY bag that was not delivered. Super annoying! There were only 2 people at the counter (once I finally found out I had to go back up to departures) and I was asked to put my information down on a notepad (because that's secure?!) and they would call me sometime later when they found my bag and she was very unfriendly about it, no eye contact and attitude. Did I mention that it was 5 am?! Unacceptable. Luckily the other woman working the counter offered to locate my bag and file the claim. (THANK YOU) Then I found out that was the only flight from Denver to Charlotte and I'd have to wait at least 24 hours before I got my bag back....Not a great experience with frontier. Customer service line---- TERRIBLE. I really would have loved to speak with a HUMAN BEING. Also the food selection on the flight was not good, would have been great to have an actual meal to buy with a flight that was over 3 hours."
Cons: "Did not appreciate the constant sales pitch for the airline credit card, it felt relentless!!! I could barely concentrate on my reading. Having not flown this airline before, I was also surprised and annoyed by the carry on and baggage fees. I thought I had found a good price for my ticket but that quickly vanished when you added these fees."

Cons: "Seating brings new low to airline comfort. At average height I still felt boxed in to rigid uncomfortable seating. In a market where check in bags and choosing seats are sadly common fees, paying an outrageous $40 for a carry on bag is a new low in customer service offered."

The flight attendants from Denver to Charlotte were rude and not accommodating. The exit row in front of me was completely empty however instead of being able to move to a more spacious seat in the empty row, I was told I needed to pay an extra 50 dollars. I sat on a long red eye flight very uncomfortable while the three open seats in the exit row went unused."

Which was ok for this short trip but would be bad on a longer flight. Flight attendants were excellent. Flight left on time. Arrive early. All good things. Bad:!you had to pay for everything except water. Good: the plane was noticeably clean!"

Cons: "I woke up for my flight which was supposed to be at noon and the flight had already been delayed by two hours. I wasn't going to be leaving until after I was supposed to arrive at my destination. I was hoping for the flight to change back, so I got to the airport with ample time and ended up sitting around for a long time. Don't understand how it could have been delayed four hours before it was supposed to even leave."

Cons: "Longest security line I have ever seen and I travel in a lot of countries all over the world that have outrageous security lines. Had an hour and a half to get through security and still missed the flight. Nothing could be done because the next flight was in 3 days."
Pros: "Not much about this flight. I remembered the Frontier flight I took a few years ago that had the Green airline seat and it was so comfortable so when I saw the flight was now going to Charlotte I booked this one specifically with this in mind"
Cons: "The seats are terrible and not comfortable. if you are doing short stops then it would be okay but do not do long flights over 2 hours in this seat it is terrible. They do not recline and they are hard as a rock. What happened to the old Green seats that make the flight great. Also no TV and tiny tray tables. Over all sad flight not going to make this mistake again"

Pros: "Both out and return flights were within 30 minutes (early or late) of scheduled departure and arrival. I am aware of the carry-on policy and usually use an overnight bag and have never had to pay for luggage when I didn't intend to. They are pretty up front about their policies regarding seats and carry ons in my opinion. Discount airline flying is not for everyone, but I've never been treated like the ticket I paid for and would classify my overall experiences with Frontier as positive."
Cons: "I"m 5"8 and my knees were right at the seat, so not the most comfortable ride ever. I know I can pay for the upgrade, but it defeats the point of the super cheap ticket for me, so I usually just suck it up for flights less than 2 hours and upgrading is always an option."
Cons: "Co-pilot was late arriving to airport....caught in traffic he said....his carelessness made all the passengers and rest of crew 45 minutes late getting into Charlotte, obviously making some miss connecting flights. Absurd."
