Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight. My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed 400 pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg. It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full. I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked. As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. I also should not have to pay for a seat and only get to use 2/3 of it. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok."

Pros: "I love being on a smaller plane/jet! Boarding was painless and I had no problems with my two small bags. Due to a mix-up in seating, I had both seats to myself! We even got in will before the scheduled time! De-boarding took far less time than "regular" plane/jet!!!"

Then the people were rude and told me to come back, so I did about 45 min later and asked again, they were rude again and said come back later. The third time I got s seat assigned but again, they were very rude. Won't fly delta again."

Cons: "My mother, Linda Thompson, has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Along with this condition, stress can bring on non-epileptic seizures. My mother has had to endure one of these seizures due to the stress that this incident had put her through. As my mother's power of attorney, I am helping her vocalize this incident that she has experienced. The image below shows the spot where she was left, in the Atlanta airport, in her wheelchair. Delta airlines says they provide safe, accessible travel to all of their passengers. That includes providing an employee to transport physically disabled persons to and from their flights and to their shuttle. An employee accompanied my mother when she got off of her plane arriving in Atlanta from Charlotte. This employee was obligated to transport her where she needed to go. Due to her first flight being delayed, she missed her connecting flight in Atlanta, and had to stay the night until the connection could be made in the morning. They provided her with a voucher to a local hotel and a shuttle to that hotel. The employee who met her at the gate was obligated to help her get to that shuttle so she could get to her hotel in time. As many of us may know, Atlanta airport is one of the largest. You might need to take a train to get from one area to the next. It would be very difficult for my mother to walk that distance with her cane, and that is why she needed a wheelchair. The inconsiderate, selfish employee of whom needed to transport my mother to her destination was coming to the end of his shift. He attempted to hand my mother off to another employee at the desk while she was getting her voucher. Told her it was the end of his shift and he had to clock out. She told him, "You can't leave her here". Her statement, and the way she stated it, made my mother feel like she was a piece of luggage. She ignored it and let the employee take her on her way. She just wanted him to take her to her shuttle so that she could get to her hotel and rest. That did not happen. He strolled my mother along for a moment until they were out of site. They approached a gate, of which was empty, and he told her to wait here for an agent to come by. He left. She waited...and waited. No one ever came and assisted her. She was left like a piece of luggage in the middle of the Atlanta airport with no one around. My mother was treated like a bag that someone did not want to carry around anymore. This situation and the selfishness of that employee makes me think of who else could have been treated like this, or who else could be treated like this in the future. Help me spread this message so that something can be done about this issue. Delta has already been contacted, they do not care enough to do anything about it. I bet they will if this message gets heard by their potential future passengers."

Once you buy the ticket then you send clarification letting the passenger know they have no rights I had no right to anything I was wondering if they were going to tell me I had to clean the plane in order to be transported from New York to Spain. I had on a sweatshirt and by the end of the flight was sitting on my hands! Couple that with the “I don’t care” attitude of the flight crew, and I was counting the minutes to landing. Definitely not the AA that I’ve given my business to."

It was a low cost ticket on a very convenient transatlantic flight from RDU, "Easyjet" pricing brings "Easyjet" seating. I have flow a lot, 3MM miles on UA alone, and this reminded me why AA did not get much of my business! I will have to revert to the "Continentalised" UA (another sore point!)."

You just have to remember to bring food on the plane and then risk annoying your fellow passengers with the food/dinner dining space. More checks of drinks would be nice too. Pros: "Upon leaving Raleigh, N.C. Our plane was carrying a fallen soldier and a marine who accompanied him . They announced this and gave the other passengers the opportunity to walk to an area to watch the very solemn ceremony. It was all done with respect and handled timely. The flight still left as scheduled and arrived on time. Not that this was the most important part. Even if it had caused me to miss my connecting flight, the ceremony for the fallen hero was more important."

Cons: "We could not check in online because we refused to pay for seats that I felt that already purchased or was entitled to one so I bought a ticket. When we got to the airport and checked in they did not put me and my traveling partner together meaning they didn't see them together not to mention. Our flight was delayed and we only have 4 minutes to get from gate a to gate. We got to the gate collected our boarding passes found out we were seated at the very very very back of the plane right next to the restrooms.........NICE"

Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

My 4 and a half year old son had to endure the whole thing too."

Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."

On the reverse flight, this flight that I'm reviewing, this amenity was not offered. As far as boring goes, the TSA in Houston was rude in the boarding sign said pre-boarding only so we were waiting and I almost missed the flight because the sign never changed."

Cons: "Paying extra for everything; eg. seats that were no better than any others, with arm rests that were like rocks; paying for coffee. The 'threat' that if yiu din't pay for seats tigether, you may be separated frim your companion. Overall, a great example of overpromising, overcharging, and underdelivering. A flight attendant whose response to my surprise at having to pay for coffee was "...I don't make the rules." Frontier should spend some coffee money on retraining attendants on customer service."

This airline will nickel and dime you all the way they charge 2.00 for water, 35.00 for carry ons 30 for checked bags and the prices are higher if you get caught with a big bag at the gate."
Cons: "The worst part of this airline is the seating. They have installed as many seats as they could on these planes no padding in the seats, and NO RECLINE! I will never fly longer than 3 hours with this airline."

Cons: "-$40 fee for carry-ons (I am a violinist, so my violin is my carry-on, meaning I also need to bring a checked bag) -$35 fee for checked bags -non-reclinable thin plastic seats -everything on board costs money, including water -both my flight to Charlotte and back to Chicago were both delayed for the same stated reason of the airline not allocating enough time for the plane to be released from inspections after a previous international flight -no information about new projected arrival times -poor communication with waiting passengers -loud thumping and beeping noises on the plane"

Cons: "New rigid seats uncomfortable in every way, could not feel more packed in nd I consider myself average size at 5'9" 160lbs. I am used to paying for premium seats, and now even used to paying for seat selection at all, but Payment for Carry on policy is a new low in customer service offered."

Also, the whole, not even one free carry on will make me think twice before booking with you guys again. Fortunately I was able to pack über light, and that was my one item. And I get that weight is fuel, and fuel is money. But seriously, that felt kinds rude. Glad I checked in on line and found out in time to repack."

This experience was a nightmare and I have lost all trust in Frontier Airlines going the extra mile to make things work smoother. It is known that holidays will have more people in the terminal. Plans by all airlines and the airport should be in place, including hiring more workers, to make the flow and the flights work better. Sometimes cancellations can't be avoided, but there should be a better alternative than being told that the next flight will be seven days later."

Cons: "I was not allowed to e-check in... you don't participate in TSA Precheck and to add insult to everything else, when I showed up to the ticket counter to check in (because you don't allow e-check in) I was charge for my carry on bag. ... obviously the reason you don't allow e-check in. Who travels without a bag??? this is absolutely absurd. On the plane I was even charged for coffee and a glass of water... pathetic... When I asked why they parroted the obviously programmed response that management trained them to say "we're required to charge for that, it's our business model". On the way back I was again forced to check in at the ticket counter. I was asked if I wanted to check my bag or if I was going to carry on... I said carry on and the agent did not charge me. When I was boarding the plane the agent pulled me out of line and made me wait until an agent could come to the counter. They told me that the fact that the ticket counter agent didn't charge me was them not doing their job but that they were going to charge me $60 for the bag despite the fact that they "normal" fee is $45. I asked why I was being penalized because the agent didn't do their job????? Their response was "that's our business model". So let me get this straight, the model is mislead me into buying your ticket with what looks like a cheaper price, then don't let me e-check so that the ticket counter can "forget" to charge me the bag fee so that you can charge me more when I have no choice at the boarding gate..... then when I'm good and mad and trapped on your crappy jump seat (that doesn't recline) you charge me for water... You're airlines scumbag tricks and hidden fees are insulting and I hope people see this before they get suckered into buying from you.... You suck suck suck... and I'll NEVER use you again."

Pros: "The flight was quick and the crew was mostly friendly. Trenton was a nice slow paced airport to land in"
Cons: "I didn't like having to wait on the plane to unload because another plane was unloading at the same time and Trenton only unloads one at a time. Almost missed my rental car"

Pros: "Not sure what you mean by "Food" and "Entertainment". There were none and none expected. Frontier is a funky airline. Its website is misleading. After you've bought your ticket, it suggests that you have to pay extra for a seat and for your bags (even carry-on). I was a first-time Frontier customer and I didn't pay those extras on-line and never was charged for them. I'm not complaining -- they just need to get their act together. All in all, a decent routine air travel experience."
