Pros: "I'm used to being spoiled by Hawaiian Airlines. By comparison to Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian is a lot warmer with customer service, they are more efficient, they give you a free meal for trans-pacific flights, and they give you a screen or full entertainment system (depending on what kind of airplane you get). Alaska Airlines, by contrast, is a lot more bare-bones. I hardly had any contact with the flight attendants (when I did, they were nice enough I suppose), there was no food on the flight unless you paid a good penny for it, the seats were pretty average, and there was nothing really to watch (not even a common screen for movies, and this was a trans-pacific flight). You had to order their entertainment iPads. So I pretty much slept. That said, both Alaska and Hawaiian have good prices. Alaska had better options for departure and arrival times."

Pre-flight email should have warned passengers to download beforehand. 4) Exiting plane only allowed from front; took forever from our next-to-last row."

Besides being annoyingly wasteful as a policy (if indeed it is one - this has not been an issue on other airlines), her customer service skills left something to be desired. This strange interaction left me with a poor overall impression of the flight experience."

When I expressed my disappointment, the F.A. said that there were a lot of wrestlers on board and they got all the food. I commented that it was poor planning and the FA stated that he didn't think anything would please me. He was argumentative and rude, IMO. He could have handled it better, eg: "So sorry. Out of our control, etc." To say that the food went to the wrestlers, and attitude gave me and those around me, the impression that he really didn't give a damn. Customer service training would be a good idea."

We caught an email from Delta, but if we hadn’t, we might have missed our flight. The plane was also abnormally loud on board, and the air pressure seemed to fluctuate throughout the flight, making the experience uncomfortable."

Cons: "Delta airlines has very poor costumer service. THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I wasn't the only one feeling this way, I witness a couple people fighting on the phone like me. When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

After finally checking in and getting through security we realized we had to walk from terminal E to terminal A for the flight...not a short distance. And supposedly only 10 minutes until boarding was completed and doors closed. We raced, not stopping to grab a snack or drink thinking we could get something on the plane since the flight was 3.5 hours. Got to the gate and found this incredibly long line to board. The gate agent ignored those of us who paid for zone 1 boarding and just told everyone to board. We finally boarded and got comfortable, taking off about an hour late. After all that, the flight attendant announced that they had no food or drinks but if anyone wanted a bottle of water it was $2.99. Will never fly Frontier again."

She had a LOT of people hitting her up for flight changes, and fixes because they missed their connecting flights. Sam did a GREAT job, along with the rest of the staff."

After airfare we than had to pay $17 a seat per person each way to select a seat. (Wasn't that what airfare is, buying a seat?) My 56,000 saved miles have disappeared from the Frequent flyer program with no warning so now I have no reason to Fly Frontier. And won't."

Cons: "The attendants were talking way too much, making different announcements and explanations almost non-stop. They also organized some kind of reshuffling of people inside the plane due to the need to ... rebalance the aircraft. Never saw it at any other airline."

Well that's extra, even if you carry it on yourself. Oh we're sorry; Frontier doesn't participate in TSA Pre-check program. That tiny cup of soda is also extra by the way."

Cons: "Arriving at O'Hare to take this Frontier Flight.. there was a line a mile long for Frontier Airlines. They created a mess and did not try to assist those of us in line. The line was to check in bags. There were 3 different flights, and it was so unorganized. I realized after an hour that I didn't need to be in this line. I had paid for a carry on, thank goodness otherwise I would have missed this flight, like many did behind me. The flight attendants were rude! I needed to purchase a drink to take some medication, and they made me wait. It was ridiculous."
Pros: "Very nice flight....flight attendants were very friendly and accommodating. NICE to leave on time and land early!! Lots of leg room. For a last minute ticket purchase I was certainly excited to find such a great deal. Definitely will fly Frontier again."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable. Not worth to fly a "cheaper" airline because after you pay for all the extras like check in and/or carry on luggage you realize you could travel with a better airline. Also I was told my flight was delayed more then 3 hours a couple of hours before the original time of flight. Had to hang at airport and those 3 hours delay messed completely with my weekend trip to Vegas where I had a camper rented with time for pick up."
