Pros: "Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears."

This included non-English speakers. One flight attendant accompanied the blind lady to her bus connection to make sure she made it. The other attendants kept him apprised of their transportation. It was really amazing. This group of people worked well together, and they supported each other and the customers incredibly."

Could not get anything from website without calling and sitting on hold for: minimum 25 minute and maximum was over 2 hours on hold and got disconnected after the first hour. Based on my conversations with agents, this was because of a changeover to NEW IMPROVED website! Ya right. None of their existing bookings at the time of the changeover (at the end of May) and some bookings that were made after that could update info, get seats assigned, view updated info, or check in online. Total BS! They were aware of these issues and did nothing to correct them. This should be cause for a class action lawsuit. Unconscionable! Will never fly them again due to their incompetence."
