Alaska Airlines is the absolute best. I am so pleased with their service and attention to detail. They are one of the last remaining airlines where you feel like a person rather than a herded animal. Thanks Alaska!
Alaska over booked a flight and we had to scrabble with two young children to try to reach Seattle for our connecting flight.
As always the crew were super polite and friendly, sadly the weather & a minor mechanical issue reduced the quality of the flight, all’s well as it turned out. Still my favorite airline to fly with
Being on time would be a good start. Every flight I had was delayed making it very stressful.
Overall its fine, but I've been lowering my bar for what to expect over the years. What I look forward to most is the crew. Alaska's flight crews are the best. I compare every other airline I fly to yours. Ok, so now lets discuss the plane and amenities: One of the bathroom sinks was inoperable. The crew did the right thing by putting hand sanitizer there. On food - there really isn't any food on these flights unless you pre-buy it and I missed the window, so I ate some garbage in DFW's Terminal E. Let's face it - terminal food in most airports is just junk, so not your fault. The only snack we got on our flight was a bag of salty, cinnamon flavored pretzels. I ate mine, because I was hungry, but really felt like it was a waste of calories. Entertainment options aren't as good as they used to be. I guess Hollywood, Netflix and HBO just aren't creating content like they used to, or we watched everything during COVID and can't be satisfied anymore. I partially finished a number of different shows, ranging from stand up comedians, movies, tv series and foreign films trying to find something. In the end, I could see why nearly everyone around me was brain rotting on Instagram, so I zoned out listening to my favorite playlist and plinked away at email. I see you next month!
No communication on fact flight was delayed. Sat in sweltering plane for 45 min without explanation. Sat on airplane without explanation again after landing.understand delays happen but lack of communication and concern for my lost time was disappointing

I cancelled this flight over a week ago, due to being in the hospital! Yet when I finally recovered and got out of the hospital I saw no one ever cancelled it and I was fully charged???
I was assured by the phone rep weeks ago this had been cancelled!!
This was the best flight I’ve ever been on- solely for the purpose that our pilot gave us a tour of the west coast. He didn’t need to do that but he did and it made the experience spectacular. Well done.
Remind customers of the need to have passport or new ID for boarding.
Frontier.. nickel and dime add-ons. Flight late, on time, late again, last minute gate change, arrival gate required a shuttle to the terminal. They sure keep you guessing.. if you like a little chaos and airport anxiety, this is the airline for you!
Horrible. I would never fly Frontier again. The booking process is tricky at best, but fraudulent in my opinion. Frontier customer service did nothing to rectify my purchase -- I ended up paying more than double what I could have gotten from other airlines and nearly triple what I thought I was buying from Frontier. Their booking practices are unfair to the consumer.
I’m not gonna fly Frontier Airlines because booking is not an option. No water or food is for high price, not equipped for health emergency incompetent crew for emergency services. Cheap airline shows it is cheaper in all service categories. Boarding is the best of all airlines!
I never got to experience the flight because they delayed my first flight and I missed this one. Then Frontier didn't want to help me rebook a flight to get me to my final destination.
The seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable, even for a budget airline.
Boarding was very well executed. Got my bag right away.
