If they actually let me fly. I was rerouted to United and there was no Alaska airlines reps at all. Then the lady who worked the delta counter told me to go away and figure things out myself. Horrible experience.

Pretzels are always a disappointment. Cheezits, Sun Chips, trail mix, anything else would be nice.

I wish my checked suitcase could have been checked since I arrived an hour before take off .

The staff was so kind and friendly! Boarding was efficient and communication was timely. I would seek out flying with Alaska Airlines in the future.

I recently traveled with my service animal, and before boarding, a gate agent kindly arranged for me to have an empty seat next to me to give my dog more space. However, once on board, a male crew member spoke to me in a rude and loud tone, insisting my dog stay on the floor or my lap—even after I explained what the gate agent had approved. His tone and behavior were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable in front of other passengers. I understand and respect airline policies, but I would appreciate if this could be reviewed to ensure better awareness and sensitivity toward passengers traveling with service animals. Thank you for your understanding.

It was a pleasant experience. Considering we paid over $3000 for first class there really wasn’t anything special about first class. All the seats looked the same and everyone got the same great customer service. The only thing that was different between first class and couch was the drinks and the meal. We wouldn’t waste that much $ on first class on that plane again.

The cabin crew on this team was particularly kind and excellent.

Check in went pretty well and you didn't lose my bag. After I got a drink from the drink cart they charged me for it, and at the crazy overpriced airport rates. Never had that happen before, is that an american thing? what madness.

Overall the flight was on-time and plane ride very comfortable. The free snacks not so good - only a small bag of pretzels and no milk. I wanted milk. There was not entertainment on the plane unless I wanted to download their APP. But I would consider flying with them again and be more prepared on my part with food and entertainment.

Kayak I had marked one carry on, one checked bag. Yet when it completed the purchase marked it as no carry on. Fail on kayaks side! Then extended flight delayed due to computer issues. Crew of the plane did awesome but fail on both kayak and alaskan
