Entry restrictions
India has restricted entry to most foreign travelers until at least January 31. However, certain eligible foreign nationals are able to travel to India via Vande Bharat flights or third country flights.

Travelers may apply for an exemption from quarantine; to do so, they will need to apply using the self-reporting form and attach a medical certificate with a negative CCOVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
All travelers must visit the New Delhi Airport website and submit a self-declaration form at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Quarantine requirements
All travelers will undergo a thermal screening on arrival and are required to undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in India - 7 days in institutional quarantine and 7 days of home quarantine.
They may be required to provide contact details and be asked to download the Arogya Setu app.

They were older and didn't realize that once we pushed off you had to remain in your seat and she came and told them they were breaking the law and would be arrested for standing up, in such a nasty tone they didn't say another word the whole flight. And all the airlines in america do this curtesy of either waking a sleeping passanger or serve meal later to that passanger. Indian crew members are just waiting to leave the passager hungry and throw your stupid excuses. And I am an Indian, so dont call me prejudiced."
