The back of the plane use to board first after handicap with children and first class. Now the back boards last and there’s a long line waiting to go back while everyone is putting their luggage up and standing in aisle just talking. It’s hard on the elderly. I’m elderly.
Trouble linking to the Tmobile wifi. The legroom on the 737 was fantastic. No more knees touching the seat back in front. Plenty of charging plugs and inovative clips to hold phones and tablets.
Free tmobile wifi was great! Crew was efficient and friendly. Crew gate checked our luggage and let us board in group C because of it. Loved that! The best part was that our family (3) was seated together. Thank you so much!!!!!
Crew was fine.at check out I didn't get my debit card back.and didn't know until I was in Seattle. There was a 5.5hour delay. I didn't get to Washington til 530this morning. So now I have to get a new card and change alot of stuff.
Direct flight is the best way to go. Crew was friendly. Plane was clean. Overall great experience.
Flight was delayed hour and a half. Gate was changed 3 times. After boarding, sat in airplane for another hour while mechanic checked windshield. Total of 2 1/2 hrs behind schedule. Very tiring since I had ben up since 4 am to complete the flight from Honolulu to Milwaukee.
Food was just ok..had snack box :( Crew was very nice

I was a little hesitant at first because I never flew on Alaska Airlines before. However at the time of me booking; this airline was one of few that were affordable & had a much needed direct flight option. I was more relieved when I got to the airport & saw that my local relatives chose the same flights. Also, on the flight to Seattle I chatted with a gentleman who flies more frequently than I do & gave Alaska Airlines a higher rating over competing airlines.
The Alaska employees in Milwaukee and MKE to SEA were top notch, very nice and polite. Seattle and SEA to MKE, not so much. I spent a lot to upgrade to 1st, and other than a little more seat width, it was a waste of money. Both legs of the flight, the seat bottom cushion sloped forward and I kept sliding out of my seat with every little bump, so I got no rest at all. MKE to SEA, the food was awful. If I had known that I was going to get a bowl of sawdust and dried rotten fruit for a meal. I would have stayed coach and saved a bundle of money. The cabin crew was excellent however. Alaska needs to enforce the rule that the seats at the gate stay open for passengers. I can't blame Alaska for the rude treatment of TSA swine, but they can make sure a hundred people get seats to wait an hour for their flights because a hundred jerks need to take every available seat for their bags and water bottles. The food from SEA to MKE was much better, but the cabin crew was not very pleasant. To top it all off, I found out that the woman seated next to me paid a lot less for the upgrade than I did. After arriving at MKE, everyone waited at least forty five minutes for our bags to arrive in a completely empty airport. So much for the promise of twenty minutes to get bags. In summary, the upgrade to first class wasn't worth the high price on Alaska. When I pay that much, I expect better service and treatment.

Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.

Love delta smaller commuter plane so no entertainment and paid wifi on MKE-LGA leg was extremely unreliable and slow
My flight was cancelled with no explanation after I had already cleared security. I was given 4 options to rebook, only one being non-stop like I had paid for. I grabbed it. It was 4 plus hours later and then took off even later. Biggest complaint is that I booked early and had an aisle seat. They gave me a "window" seat in front of the exit row, so the seat did not decline. I weigh all of 103 #s and it was tight for me! For what I paid, I feel I was kind of ripped off. I think they should have given me the empty comfort seat for the inconvenience. There was no apology nor any explanation as to why the flight was cancelled. My guess is it benefitted Delta in some way.
The dear was very limited in space. I could put my water bottle in seat basket. Also, there was no inflight entertainment in the delta app?
Wifi did not work and they only served water, coffee, or tea.
Checking in at the airport the agent only booked the first keg of my trip and had my checked luggage going to the airport with a layover! Never was issued a boarding pass for the second leg or received sticker fir my checked bag. All was well in the end! Delta agents helped to resolve the situation!!!
Had assistance at airport getting from arrivals gate to departure gate; I couldn't have managed without that extra help. Thank you Delta.
New Max 10, first class seats have been shrunk. End of a 20 hour journey, it was United not Lufthansa, just glad to get home
Worst boarding experience, flight extremely delayed causing super tight connect and deplaning was a disaster as ppl were pushing and shoving to get off. Then after flying over 8 hours had to get off a job to next flight. Limited beverage service in Business class (water or white wine) no food. The plane was very cold (temperature) so uncomfortable
Stored my cloth purse under seat in front off me as instructed. When I retrieved it, half of it was soaked, along with everything inside it. I don’t really know how that could have been prevented because the area did not look wet, but I was not happy about it.
Seats needs to be wirer and food is very poor
The guy in front of me was talking constantly, even when the pilot was making announcements. I found this very disrespectful to the pilot and to others.

Deplaning was delayed because of Jetbridge equipment issues in MKE, causing an issue on an otherwise great flight.
Delays took 2hours and thirty minutes making me miss my connecting flight and make me sit in the Chicago airport for 9 hours
No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.
The wi-fi was awful. I paid $8 each way and got little , except frustration. .
Our gate was changed several times, and the gate agents were just as in the dark as all of us in knowing when our plane would arrive at PHL.
The flight from Milwaukee to Dallas was great the staff absolutely amazing. After that EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! WILL NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN
not sure why you ask about food, I n3ver get food on flights except maybe cookies or pretzels. wifi was slow and in and out most of the flight not good.

this plane was really old, had exit row seats and tray was in arm of seat so super uncomfortable to use. another seat they could t even use the tray it was broke. seat i. front of me had duct tape on it cause seat was ripped open... this plane should either be updated or retired.

Air was off while waiting on the runway and the temperatures became very uncomfortably hot. Flight attendants were very loud and rude the entire flight.

At 10:00 PM the night before my 6:00 AM flight (just 8 hours before departure), I received an alert that my first leg to Denver was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Cincinnati. When I called Frontier customer service, they informed me that they couldn't get me on any other flight that would get me there in time for the Saturday wedding, let alone the rehearsal dinner. Because I had a critical role in the wedding, I was forced to buy a last-minute ticket on another airline for three times the original price, costing me well over $1,000 extra. Even with the emergency flight, I still missed the rehearsal dinner entirely. When I spoke with Frontier, they agreed to refund my original ticket, but showed zero care or accountability for the massive financial burden and distress they caused. Their "compensation" for causing me to spend an extra $1,000+ and miss an irreplaceable family event? A $75 Frontier voucher. Frontier completely dropped the ball. Their customer service showed zero empathy, and their reliability is non-existent. I will never fly Frontier again, and no one else should either if they actually need to get where they want to go. Tip for anyone flying from Denver to Cincinnati: Avoid Frontier connecting flights or layovers at all costs, especially for time-sensitive events. Book direct flights with an airline that actually offers reliable customer support and rebooking options when delays occur.

It got me to my destination? However we were an hour delayed departing, and we never received any updates or notifications from staff. Poor communication and customer service.
Frontier didn’t give us enough notice that our flight had been delayed. I was just entering the airport when I received the notice, less than 2hrs before my scheduled flight. They delayed it 1hr 22min because another jet left late out of Vegas. Frontier needs better communication with customers because I could have eaten at home and had someone drive me instead of paying for an Uber.
Great flight, no problems. I wish they would increase the checked bag weight limit. Packing was very stressful.
My experience with Frontier was terrible. We were delayed for 2 hours. At one point during the wait at the gate I left to go get a sandwich - I was gone probably 15 minutes. In my absence, they decided to move our flight up, boarded and left. When I came back the two attendants were very rude and I unavoidably had to purchase another ticket on the next flight. During this whole time, the Frontier app did not update the departure time, so I was SOL.
Didn't like anything..entire crew was very rude to everyone on the flight. Plane old and the trays fall down on you the while time you're flying. Charged more for a carry on bag than for the plane ticket itself. Did make it from point a to point b, but worth the extra money to fly with another airline
