Cons: "They force the passengers to tag our bagagge ourself and give wrong directions to do this. And they tried yo force you to pay to change sits."

Cons: "They made a mistake at the check in counter and gave my wife someone else’s boarding pass which was for a different flight. As we tried to board the flight, the woman at the gate told us it was the wrong flight and wouldn’t let her on. I showed her our reservation and she refused to help. She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."
Cons: "Disaster started at noon of the day of flight. Got notification flight delayed by 2 hours. That means I miss my coonection. Options for changes meant getting to destination 24 hours a later or with extra stop. I managed to buy a much better direct flight same day from different airline. And cheaper. I was so lucky. Getting refund for this disaster itinerary. But it worked out in the end."

Cons: "not enough room for legs in latam and japan airlines...I know is just economy class but still for such a long flight it should be a bit more comfortable"
Cons: "Plane broke. Hearded across ramp to another plane. Missed my international connection for a one day delay. I had a 3 hour connection and couldn’t get on the flight. No help from Latam!"
