Pros: Amazing crew. Spacious and clean aircraft.

Pros: Amazing crew. Spacious and clean aircraft.

Pros: The warm towel given for the hands and face at the beiginning was a nice surprise treat. Great also that blankets and headphones were provided.
Cons: More food variety as some items ran out as they got to the back of the plane

Cons: Better variety of latest movies,

Pros: Crew was attentive, punctual, and third meal on a 14 hour flight is right.
Cons: Movies are badly dated, and a bit limited in choice. System was a bit difficult to navigate, and slow to respond.

Pros: I didn't fly throw the Kenyan airlines because they kept delaying my flight time and they want to spend 24 hours at the airport because of my wife is passports is not american passport, so I had to change the flight , the worst experience ever in my flight life

Pros: Crew is great and friendly. Plane comfortable and clean.
Cons: Boarding in Harare was a little delayed. No explanation or information was provided. Food on board : a bun and a muffin were provided for breakfast. No butter or jam or honey or chesse. Most unimaginative meal.

Pros: Boarding and comfort
Cons: Should be more food/drink selections Probably better to fly Jambo Jet as it has more on offer (even if I have to pay)

Cons: The issue was not the flight. It was the cancellation policy. I had a best friend suddenly die and I could not apply a credit to future travel on my 4000$ business class seat. It makes me not want to buy through kayak again.

Cons: More legroom, seats with more cushion and recline, better food!

Cons: All is well.

Cons: Flight was delayed for 2 hours. I missed my connection flight to Lilongwe and had to spend a night in nairobi. What n incovinienve!

Cons: I am waiting at the airport to catch a flight tonLusaka. This is because I was bumped off my floor flight that I have no seat. Not sure when I will get ion that flight.

Pros: I liked when there was turbulent, the pilot told us that we should be calm as the plan was going to experience turbulent in a few moment
Cons: I felt like the queen cake had a lot of sugar, think of those who do not eat sugar

Pros: Nothing
Cons: You cancelled my trip without informing me and I need to be rembushed Me transportation to Logan airport and going back for six people and 16 bags please

Pros: The pilot on the airlines updated us that we were running 15 minutes late and would try to make up some time in the air. He also apologized on behalf of the crew for our delay and communicated that it was because the aircraft arrived late from the previous flight. I appreciated that clarification.
Cons: Our flight was delayed by 3:15 hours, and our gate wasn't listed on the monitors. Our gate location changed twice, and the only way I found out was by asking the "Kenya Airways Guest Services desk" twice. The overhead announcement of the gate change happened 15 minutes after the boarding time listed

Pros: I was upgraded to first class!
Cons: Nothing

Cons: The food, horrible, I would like to describe but not going to do it. Rather get something at the airport before boarding, no space on the plane enought, the seat distance has been squeeze, I guest to accomodate more sheeps ( not seats) on the plane.

Pros: Crew was amazing

Pros: No delay.
Cons: N/A

Pros: Crew was amazing! Elvis smelled good!!!

Pros: yes
Cons: not really

Cons: The food could be improved and the movie collection could be updated

Pros: Same comment as the Ebb to nbo flight .
Cons: Same comment as the Ebb to nbo flight .

Cons: It was really great flying with them

Cons: By far the most uncomfortable and crowded plane I’ve ever taken.

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Fairly comfortable, good food. Good service, friendly boarding crew.
Cons: My luggage was moved from the overhead compartment to another compartment much further from where I was seated. I was not informed of this and was not aware. I had to wait for all the passengers to leave while the cabin crew searched for the back. This was most unpleasant and stressful.

Cons: Food, get Kenyan grown nots, cashews and macadamia nuts

Pros: Service was good and flight was smooth

Cons: My flights were changed a lot the week before my flight even though I had booked months ahead.

Pros: Attentive, quick to serve food/ drinks, very professional and friendly.

Cons: flight was cancelled

Cons: The temperature of the cabin was ridiculous. The entertainment didn't work and the food was poor.

Pros: On board movie selection is good, however could be a bit larger.

Pros: The crew is always great and friendly.
Cons: The food was really bad. It was some kind of beef but it was uneatable.

Pros: The crew
Cons: None

Cons: Timing schedule not respected. No legroom my knees were so squeezed.

Cons: In a lot of airports, if a flight is delayed, the airline is aware and holds planes on the ground for a few mins if there are multiple people that will miss the connection. In this case, we were delayed for 2 hours, arrive to Nairobi and am at the gate 15 mins before and they sent me to customer service as the gate had just closed. More than 5 other people on the flight missed this common connection as well. Not only did KQ not have a system in place to work with other flights, the service area was completely swamped. People missed their connections because they couldn't get to the front in time to have a boarding pass printed or have a question answered. The staff were rude and didn't give eye contact or answer questions.

Pros: The flight was short.
Cons: There was no clarity on baggage allowance on either leg of the flight. This created a situation in which I was charged two different amounts of extra baggage and given bad information on both the departure and return trip. It was also unclear that, though we'd purchased a Kenyan Airlines round-trip between Nairobi and Zanzibar, the outbound leg was operated by Precision Air. This was not indicated on our e-tickets. We found out at the airport.

Pros: It was fine.

Pros: Client oriented crew
Cons: Delay in departure time

Pros: Food and service
Cons: Time to update, renovate and scale up the fleet flying Africa. Impossible to sleep in economy.

Cons: The flight was delayed. Food was so-so. No entertainment.

Pros: Food
Cons: Layover

Pros: I was surprised at how good the food was. Really surprised to run into someone I knew from a previous trip to Kenya. She was assisting a handicapped person, so don't know if she worked for Kenya Airways or the airport. Unfortunately, there was no time to talk.

Pros: KQ is one of the few I like among African airliners for its streamlined system and staff's friendliness. This time i took note of a young male CA called Tonny who was very smiley all along, demonstrated care towards all passengers, and seemed to enjoy his work genuinely - which is sadly hard to experience with other global airliners. The staff are well-trained, unlike ET, interacting with passengers on an Raul footing, and it was a pleasant journey this time as well.
Cons: I am not quite sure if the staff checking passengers in for the flight in EBB were KQ employees, but with that reservation, I was quite disappointed to learn hat KQ does not provide accommodation for 11-hour transit in Nairobi and make its clients stay inside the airport. I almost assumed that the overnight accommodation is given for such a long layover, but nooo! Even when I asked the checkin lady at the alone counter desk at EBB return modestly, "Do you by any chance provide a hotel room for me for the long transit?" She had the guts to say a straight no without a smile or looking into my eyes. I eventually booked a hotel room on my own which cost me nearly $100. I thought that was ridiculous service modality for a major African airliner.

Pros: The flight was not delayed.

Pros: Nothing ticket was too expensive
Cons: Food is awful

Pros: Nothing
Cons: That the flight time was changed from 8am to 10am and we were not informed until check-in time. Then the flight was changed from 10 to midday, but we were only told during boarding and told to go for breakfast at some restaurant without getting directions. On arriving at the restaurant, we were made to sit in a waiting area for over 30 mins then later told to move to another restaurant, without directions. After going through the gate to board for the midday flight and waiting over an hour, we were informed that we were to fly at 4:15pm! The flight was uncomfortable with seats that had absolutely no leg room and non reclining seats

Cons: The Nairobi-Jo-burg flight was also delayed and this cause my airport transfer to give up on picking me up at 1:45 in the morning in a huge city that I am not familiar with. Crew tended to overlook me for headsets, snacks etc

Pros: The atention
Cons: Confort

Cons: The 5 hour flight was extremely full. No chance of social distancing. Did not feel safe for my family.

Pros: La atención súper mal La azafata con una mala actitud cuando me hacia una pregunta Retraso de más de una hora en la salida del vuelo
Cons: Necesitan una mejor capacitación en la atención al cliente las azafatas

Pros: This flight was cancelled
Cons: Hire better competent people

Pros: The airline tried to keep us as comfortable as possible in the airport. The crew was fantastic.
Cons: Since we were in DC, I don't know why it took four hours to bring in another plane, since we were so close to major cities.

Cons: We did not have dinner as we tried to get some sleep on this 6.5 hour overnight flight to London. The 767 was in a 2-3-2 configuration for economy plus and general economy. Thankfully they kept the temps cool to the point where we used our coats as additional blankets. I appreciated that the FA’s did not wake us for dinner and they closed my window shade at some point. They were 100% polite and helpful. That said, with the new Polaris Business Sears, UAL has eliminated the restrooms between Business and Economy. So it is a very long walk to the restrooms from Econ Plus and it appears that there are only 4 restrooms for about 120 passengers. Absurd. My family made do because we used the restrooms in the middle of the night when most people were sleeping but this would have been a nightmare after breakfast or with a small child. It appears that UAL has gone for profit over customer satisfaction.

Cons: Very small cramped aircraft

Cons: Food could of had a better selection but wasn’t the worst I’ve had

Pros: The controlled and orderly way when boarding.
Cons: The staff from the desk was unfriendly. On boarding no one showed you where your seat is located. The food was dreadful. The same aweful pasta meal on the outbound journey was served again. During the flight I was feeling very unwell I asked the flight attendant our axeick bag which she brought, but I was told to go to the toilet. She did not return to enquire after my well being. I was in the toilet for 5 minutes. Very uncaring. The tea was cold when served

Pros: Smooth flight
Cons: The tray cannot be pullled closer for eating. The seat sitting up is very uncomfortable for reading. I would have liked a pillow. Th poor man in front of me asked for a coke after the meal service was done, and the flight attendant said she had to reserve it for the next flight?! The male announcer flight attendant was very hard to understand, some of his words were slurred and garbled. And the volume was always too loud for both the male and female announcers. There was no entertainment unless you downloaded the app.

Pros: Great inflight service! On the ground faster than expected.
Cons: I asked to complementary check my small carry on, but the attendants at the desk would not let me. The stewardesses were booked too closely to their last flight and we were delayed - huge oversight. Boarding was chaotic as the gate immediately across from us was simultaneously boarding and the United staff made the whole process long and miserable by failing to call the next boarding group in a timely fashion. This is not the first time I’ve felt miserable while trying to board a United flight :/.

Pros: Good plane good entertainment
Cons: Chaotic boarding. Attendants could not put could together. I bought business ckass tickets to my daughter and her husbandfie their honeymoon. They could not use the business lounge: when they arrived they were told that they needed to wait in front of the boarding gate. They waited two hours asking many times why they could not get their seats. They were ordered to stand by and wait to be called. Finally they insisted and they got two sits but not side by side. It was too late to use the business class lounge. What a shame. Food was so basic. Noodles overcooked with few veggies that all. Cabin attendants we're stressed and rude

Cons: It appears united is unable to fly their planes on times, in particular on the East Coast. We were delayed by 90min on each legs

Pros: The stewards were nice. The entertainment package was good. Food was ok (coach)
Cons: 6 1/2 hour delay due to navigation system crash. Two gate changes and a terminal change. New seats assigned, but then when 3rd plane was brought in, it had the exact configuration of the first and we were told we should use the original boarding passes. These turned out to be wrong because they reseated after the first plane went down and it’s replacement wasn’t the same configuration. We never saw that plane, or the gate it was assigned to. When we went to rebound, my wife I am were separated. We were moved to the way back (screaming baby sandwich - one in front and one behind us). Then we spent an hour in the worst turbulence I’ve seen in 20 years - I nearly vomited. the last 6 hours of this 15 hour ordeal were fine.

Cons: Our flight to Munich arrived late. And our connecting flight to Milan was originally scheduled to leave just 50 minutes after our arrival in Munich. We did not make our flight to Milan and have lost a half day of time at our destination, as well as more than $100 in non-refundable Italian train tickets. Even if our plane had arrived to Munich on time it would have been nearly impossible to make our connecting website. Flight pairings with this short of a layover should not be suggested at this airport when travelers are required to go through passport control.

Pros: Comfortable. Good entertainment and good service. Crew was nice
Cons: Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was.

Pros: Attentive cabin crew and decent food/wine selection, but....
Cons: This format of business class seating leaves a lot to be desired. There is literally no place to store anything except maybe your cellphone on the shelf under the TV screen. No room for a backpack on the floor - has to be in the overhead. Not convenient on an 8-hour overnight. Seats are tight - could not lay on my back - had to sleep on my side. No separation between seats - it was a 2, 4, 2 layout and the guy next to me coughed all night. At least I wasn't in one of the middle seats. Expensive flight for that type of setup IMHO. And given it was a 777, the plane was big enough.

Cons: Lufthansa as an agent is a mistake! I had to deal with them prior to flying to the US. I have never ever had to deal with such bad service in my entire life. United was great though and I highly recommend them.

Pros: The pilots were informative with their announcements and we were informed of turbulence before it started. We also got in ahead of schedule. I also appreciated being able to ask for a glass of water between services as I had fallen asleep.
Cons: The negative experiences started before we got on the plane. Boarding began slightly behind schedule and was very disorganized. People were all standing in the boarding area and out into the walkway for the concourse. I feel it would be better to have boarding groups come up individually or two at a time. (While group one boards, group two convenes. Once group one has boarded, invite group three to take their place.) Once group three had boarded, an announcement was made that there was no overhead bin space availble for the entirety of group 4. It seems a bit ridiculous that nearly half the plane wouldn’t have overhead space. It took awhile to board group 4 as everyone had luggage to check and once we finally got down the jetway, we had to wait another few minutes before being able to get to our seats as the flight attendant for first class insisted on taking drink orders while she stood in the aisle. I understand this is a perk of first class but I feel it could be better executed. These seats are boarded in group one so to have drink orders incomplete by the time group four is trying to board is irritating at best and incompetent at worst. Once finally at our seats, it became apparent that the announcement about lack of overhead bin space had been made a bit early. The bins were on the full side but they definitely had space available. Also, much of the space had been taken up by jackets and bags that would have fit under the seats; which I felt could have prevented nearly all of the checked bags. The flight was uneventful with minor annoyances like having to pay for entertainment and any sort of food. Even southwest provides entertainment free of charge and I consider them to be more of a budget airline. If I fly Lufthansa again, I will not take a domestic flight through United and will instead book via southwest to and from the international airport Lufthansa flies out of.

Pros: Despite sitting in the middle seat and being well over 6 feet, there was room.

Pros: The price, the mango sorbet, short flight into Belgium, the coffee, the water being offered often
Cons: The tray was very dirty and obviously had not been disinfected from the previous flight. So I brought it to the attention of one of the crew members, and I felt like she made fun of me in front of other passengers for not liking my tray dirty; and she got a little paper towel for serving, wet it with a bottled water, and wiped my tray quickly. Not hygienic at all and not a word of apology. AIR FRANCE is so much better when it comes to customer service! Also I did not like the constant interruption on the speakers, very loud in my headsets and difficult to watch a movie on tiny screens. The crew members seemed very bossy and uncaring, if not actually rude.

Pros: Nothing really everyhing was mediocre.
Cons: Delayed baggage, smelly flight, food

Pros: Clean aircraft good entertainment, cockpit crew polite
Cons: The check in staff were unbelievably rude nearly looked and were abrupt and dismissive to a simple question. The cabin crew looked scruffy, and clearly had a lack of pride in their job and presentation. This is the first time I have ever flown United and I must say I would avoid flying with them again if possible, which is a shame and the aircraft and the entertainment on board were good

Pros: The check in was good. The craft was clean.

Pros: Boarding was smooth enough
Cons: I'm a disabled person, I need an aisle seat for my long legs and busted knees, but the aisle seats had about 1/3 the space for feet as the other seats. My knees were pushing into the seat in front of me. Drinks went around once about 1 hour in to the 5 hour flight, but not again after that, though they came by to collect trash 5 times. Flight crew were polite, but some clearly didn't want to be there. This is the first flight I've ever been on where I was in tears from pain, and i felt like i couldnt ask for water or even the wheelchair I needed after the flight.

Pros: The short lines for boarding, but then again these were small flights. The flights taking off early when all passengers were boarded. The flights arriving much earlier than scheduled.
Cons: The basic economy flight is bullshit. We both know that it's better to just buy an economic flight. So why even pretend and lie to customers to precast the basic economy flight knowing full well that's just going to force them to have to check in their bags which end up costing more than an economic flight? Why not just offer the regular economy flight price and leave it at that. If the overhead bins are full, offer the passengers a chance to check in their bags for free. What you're doing is preying on the poor who already do not have much which is why they choose the basic economy flight without realizing the full extent of the set up.

Pros: Decent leg room. Wonderful to do the flight non-stop from NYC to Delhi.
Cons: United. September 14 Newark to Delhi Premium Economy Entertainment screen didn't work for 1st hour of the flight. the movie list was mediocre at best. The screen was smeared with some substance. The list of movies on the United entertainment app is great (via internet) but connectivity on this type of flight is spotty so the traveler is forced back to the antique screen plane system. Dinner. Butter chicken or vegetable options. Food was bland and very small portions for the length of flight. The snack was delivered immediately after dinner was picked up. I did not open it. Looked like a hard roll with something on it. Style of service is abrupt, bordering on rude. Uses terminology that non-US travelers from different cultures would not understand, for instance do you want "white" coffee. Asked me if I had someone at home to pick up after me as she felt she was cleaning too much off the floor. Her comments appeared to be directed at me but it was not my trash (and even if it was, a better approach would be recommended). The flight attendant realized she had gone too far and apologized. Then complained about this "route" being difficult, with no one listening. She concluded by wishing me a good flight and saying that she hoped that she had not offended me. I assured her that she had. Breakfast was mediocre. Egg with soggy potatoes and an inedible sausage. Did not see what they were offering in the veggie dish. Staff seems tired and not culturally sensitive. There needs to be some retraining and consideration given to long haul menus and entertainment. I take this flight at least once a year. It continues to deteriorate.

Pros: Crew were amazing, so friendly and helpful Entertainment system was so so good Landed early
Cons: Overnight wasn't the easiest flight in the seats Serving people coffee when others are probably trying to sleep probably wasn't the wisest idea either Pre flight queue system is just baffling

Pros: Comfortable seats
Cons: Boarding took a long time in the plane. There was confusion as they had passengers going both ways in the aisle .. this forced several ppl to stand in the aisle a long time. One of the air hostess had a major attitude. For example one passenger who was stuck in the middle of other passengers asked her politely if she could help him put the carry on in an overhead bin near her .. and she responded "I cant help you, you need to put it up yourself sir". Not something one expects. She was also terse with passengers, ordering them in an annoyed tone.

Pros: One of us had the last seat on the plane even though they were reserved almost a month ago. However we had signed up for basic economy so that was not a shock. What was a shock was that water was dripping from the top side track onto his lap and he had to use the provided brochures to redirect the dripping water. The steward said it was condensation and that was it. Also, since it was next to bathroom, the smell wasn't great and the small child screaming while waiting to get into the bathroom wasn't pleasant.

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: We were forced to deplane in DC and instructed to go to the United customer service counter to arrange our missed connections in Frankfurt. After standing in line at the United counter for 2 hours, we were told to go to our gate to re-board our plane. we wasted all that time standing and all but 2 agents had left the counter to take a break. it was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL not knowing what would happen to our missed connections. when we reboarded WE still did not have connecting flights. Also, on the United flight to Frankfurt, I had a premium economy seat and it was HORRIFIC. the extra leg room did NOT make the seat more comfortable and I SUFFERED greatly because I am recovering from an injury. Upon arrival in Frankfurt, after a great deal of begging, I got a hotel room for the night and upgrad to economy premium for the flight from Frankfurt to Addis. that Lufthana flight was better because my seat reclined somewhat but still I had a great deal of pain throughout the flight and I would have preferred to have been upgraded to business so that I could lay flat to ease my physical pain. Overall, the experience was extremely STRESSFUL and painful and the only way, I feel that Lufthana can repair this situation is to give me a free upgrade to business on my flight home.to Miami

Pros: The crew was all very polite, attentive and helpful. They were troupers amid a flight gone bad.
Cons: My wife and I booked a round trip to California from Connecticut. We had a layover in Dulles with plenty of time to change gates. We arrived at our gate and established our place in the waiting area. We were then required to change gates; this was not horribly stressful as the gate was near by: However, on the return flight things changed. Keep in mind that my wife has arthritic hips and knees and I have arthritic knees. Arriving at Dulles, we went to our waiting area at Gate C-19 and ordered a breakfast at a nearby kiosk. Before our order was ready an announcement stated that our gate was changing to D-24. We waited for our order but had to leave the coffees behind because the lids did not fit correctly and we didn't want to spill them on ourselves while hurrying to the new gate (about a mile away). We finally got to that gate and boarded the plane. We wanted to wait to eat our food until we were airborne. We waited on the plane for about 45 minutes in the heat. During that time the "gate attendant" announced that they were waiting for that pilot who could not be found but was in the airport. At the same time my United App on my iPhone messaged me that there was a mechanical issue with the plane and we were waiting for another plane. At the 45 minute mark we were told the plane had a mechanical issue and we would have to disembark and go to Gate D-1 (about 1/2 mile away). My wife and I were already exhausted and needed to stop, but we did not know how long we had before boarding the new plane so we pushed onward. We then were told the plane would be a couple hours and that there was snack and water at no charge. My wife and I proceeded to dissect our breakfast sandwiches to eat what ever was still less than discussing. The new plane arrived and all else went well. We were delayed over 3 hours but made it to Connecticut; exhausted and sore. We had been awake for over 29 hours by the time we hit Hartford, CT. This experience will linger in our minds for a long time and travel by United my not be possible for us. We are very traumatized.

Cons: I had a man sit next to me who was in the wrong seat but didn't move. He told the girl to keep his seat and he would stay next to me. He was so big he was in my space and had didn't make any effort to try not to spill over in my area. I had to put a magazine next to my thigh because his body was so hot it was damp! I hated the entire trip. I was cramped up and extremely uncomfortable. This is simply unacceptable to have this happen because huge people can't fit in one seat. I want these obese people to be required to purchase 2 seats because they take mine.

Pros: Plane left on time
Cons: I know Hawaii is a domestic flight but offering a cookie and a bag of pretzels on an 11 hour flight is ridiculous. There was something wrong with screen at my seat. They tried fixing it but no luck. It was very frustrating. The second leg of my journey was from D.C. To Newark. A "puddle jumper "that you disembark from onto the tarmac, get to wait in the rain while they unload you "carry on" luggage from the back of the plane. Herd you onto a bus yelling at you" if your going to gate C this bus going to gate A that bus".No one to ask "how do I know what gate I am supposed to go to?". They definitely treated"commuter "passengers like sheep. "Thank You For Flying With United "blah blah blah

Pros: The stewards were nice and they were prompt. The plane seemed to be well cleaned inside and they were quick to get everyone boarded and bags stowed underneath. The pilot knew what he was doing and I had no worries there. Everyone was doing their jobs as well as they could be done.
Cons: The air nozzle above my seat was broken and would not turn off so I freezing the entire flight, as well as the tray table seeming like it was meant for the lap of an infant versus myself and I can't imagine how someone with longer legs than myself dealt with the way it folded down. The take off was rough either seemingly due to tires or perhaps a rough runway. The wifi on the plane would not work. It worked ok my first flight but not on the second. I don't know why and no one knew why either, had the latest app and it was updated to the current version.

Pros: I liked that they were polite and friendly during the national United flight groundings due to the computer error.
Cons: I did not like the terrifying situation in which the pilot said we would be landing in 15 minutes (at this point we were close enough to the ground that I could see cars ) but then without any further announcement proceeded to point the plane upwards and started flying up up up so that all the city lights disappeared and all I could see were stars next to us. I asked 2 different flight attendants wtf was going on and they both said "oh he's just looking for smooth air" which was clearly BS because I was in the very last row of the plane and if there had been rough air I would have been the first to feel it. After inexplicably shooting upwards for what felt like an eternity we finally turned around and ultimately landed and guess what, no rough air to be found. Now I know why airplane pilots update you all the time, because when he pulls a maneuver like that without any warning it is terrifying and all I could think of was the suicidal dude in Germany from Lufthansa. Not cool. Other than that the flight was fine and they were really nice despite the like 3 hour delay or whatever it was. It cost me an extra $60 cause I arrived so late my husband and baby couldn't pick me up anymore but they offered a credit for a future flight so it's ok. I appreciate the gesture.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The terminal number on my ticket was wrong and when me and some other customers asked the flight lady what was going on she was of very little help. Not only that but she was making a personal phone call. So I had to rush to the other end and then just to find out that they didn't have enough room to put my carry on so I had to place it enbetween my legs which made for an even more uncomfortable flight. Also one of the flight attendant was particularly rude and kept saying she had to do her job in a very rude tone to the point were an older retired man told her he's worked too hard in his life time to be talked to like that. Overall the poorest plane experience I've ever had and I fly quite a bit.

Pros: Some things about the flight were normal.
Cons: Our incoming flight was late arriving at Dulles. We bolted from that flight to the gate for our connecting flight to GSP. Two of our party of six made it and got onboard telling staff we were coming. We arrived moments later - moments later! - but were denied access because they said we were a minute late. Our small plane was just outside the door with access door still open and staff going in and out. Next flight was 5 hours later. We asked to speak to a supervisor and that was ignored until we demanded attention. The supervisor came 1.5 hours after we were denied plane access. Customer concern was nonexistant on this day.

Cons: I was bumped from my confirmed flight and had to sprint across the airport to catch an earlier flight where they put me in the back of the plane in a middle seat with an entertainment monitor that didn't work. The flight attendant said she'd try to reset the monitor and then never came back the rest of the flight. I also was not compensated for agreeing to take another flight than the one I booked, paid for and successfully checked in for. I also got into Austin later than I wanted with this new flight I was forced to take. Overall this experience was a terrible one unfortunately.

Pros: Boarding was fast and easy. Crew was kind to allow me to use an empty seat in the middle row and get more space. Managed to connect to onboard entertainment with a tablet and avoided to use the tiny screen that still exists on United's 767s.
Cons: Food was a bit tasteless.

Pros: Aircraft remained grounded for 1h due to a door switch with malfunction.

Pros: Very smooth and comfortable flight.
Cons: So we arrived at the desk after a 7hr international flight ready for the final 1hr leg - only to be confronted with "flight overbooked" looking for 9 volunteers - how can you over book a 40 seat flight by 9 ???? So we had an anxious wait wondering if we'd be dumped from the flight - we weren't but it wasn't enjoyable waiting for the flight and our meeting with our grand kids.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: My connecting flight from Chicago to Madison was cancelled with no explanation and no other alternatives provided, other than to get a hotel in Chicago and try to catch a flight to Madison the next day. United said they would not cover the cost of transportation to a hotel or the cost of the hotel. In addition, my luggage was misplaced and sent to Madison and could not be located. The number United provided to me to check on the whereabouts of my bag no one ever answered, even though I called multiple, multiple times.

Pros: Planes get delayed for all kinds of reasons both in and out f control of the airline. but something the airline does have control over is how it handles the sitsituatioby letting the passengers know their patience is appreciated. We sat on the runway for 2 and a half hours in summer afternoon in Washington DC because of weather in New York. Only once were we offered a small cup of tepid water. Then someone remembered the pets stuck in the cargo hold, and we went back to the gate. After deplaning, we stood at the gate for thirty minutes and weren't given vouchers for refreshments on the concourse nor bottles or at least bottles of water. Finally we were called for boarding, and then 10 minutes after that, the first passenger actually got on. After a second boarding we made it out to the runway... where we sat for another 40 minutes. Keep in mind, this particular plane has no seat outlets nor in seat entertainment systems, so most people had either dead or dying phones at this point, rendering the "complimentary in flight entertainment" available through the United app useless. Once we were finally in air, we weren't comped drinks or Internet or any other amenity offered by United. I've been stuck in situations like this on other airlines, but they worked to provide the barest glimmer of hospitality. Fly the friendly skies? Nah, we'll overcharge you for everything because our business model is unsustainable but our majority shareholders couldn't care less. A Star Alliance Member™.

Cons: First of all, my flight had no option to plug my cellphone, there was no TV screen and no WiFi.. they served some loaf of bread cut in half with some spices inside and called it dinner! But the most disappointing thing is the fact is that they LOST BOTH OF MY LUGGAGE BAGS, and the most they could offer me is $50 compensation (my belongings worth thousands of dollars) And even this I would have to claim from my “home country” which is completely unreasonable as my home country isn’t the one lost my luggage, the airlines had! Beyond shocked, disappointed and aggravated, this was my first time flying this airlines and I promise you it’s the last. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Cons: cramped boarding space and Addis airport. Inadequate space for volume of traffic. Capital investment in expansion required if Ethiopian to compete!

Pros: Food
Cons: Staff behavior & regular check on entertainment system as my screen was not working in 9 hr long journey

Pros: I like that it’s a direct flight from Newark to Lomé I like that it’s cheaper than over airlines I like that it’s a late flight: it allows out of state passengers to catch the flight without having to stay overnight in NY
Cons: Some crew members are unfriendly The toilets are always smelly and dirty. The floor stick with pee. Pee all over the toilets seats. Unsanitary especially when you are traveling with a child or an elderly. The TVs touch screens do not work The volume of the crew is too high

Cons: Someone stole my airpods in my bag. I noticed it once reached at home. This is the first time it happens to me. Very bad experience

Pros: After the Kigali Addisababa segment this was vastly superior with a newer aircraft

Pros: No problems

Pros: I appreciated the amount of movies offered as well as its variety. I also liked how often they brought drinks and snacks. The airline crew was very helpful to passengers.

Cons: The delay time was too much for no proper reason

Pros: Excellent crews

Pros: The crew was amazing and the flight was smooth

Pros: The crew was okay, though a little bit occupied and thus ignoring some of the customers' requests. The seats are comfortable and spacious with enough leg room
Cons: The food could have been better. Honestly much better

Pros: the drinks
Cons: reduce on the spices in the food or provide different options.

Pros: The flight from Newark to Abidjan was pretty comfortable and smooth
Cons: Once in Abidjan, it became a mess. First we were left waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Then we were told that we had to retrieve our baggage and then recheck them. Hardly anyone spoke English so that was a long and confusing ordeal.

Cons: Old flight - equipments were not in order like the handrest was broken, TV’s were broken and not functioning, touch screens failed to react to touch, signs on buttons at the handrest were smudged. 3 out of 6 washrooms in Economy class were not working. At one instance I was locked in the washroom as the door was not opening from inside, until I had to call the attendant. Entertainment options were limited. Food was below average. In one of my meals I got opened and melted butter. Cabin crew was not responding to the calls when I needed water. I finally got it after ringing 4 bells and 45 minutes. Overall, a terrible experience and would not choose to fly with Ethiopian again.

Pros: Helpful crew.

Pros: They are nice and friendly
Cons: Toilets should be cleaned often

Pros: Ethiopian Airlines it great.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nothing. I was 2 hours early for the flight - it was over sold. They never apologized, they just told me "I didn't have a seat" like it was some how my fault... then sent me to the airport hotel and put me on the next days flight. I realize it wasn't the people at the desks fault and nobody was doing this TO me, but it was just stupid it happened at all. I don't get how they can just screw a whole day for a group of people and not even say "sorry."
Cons: They over sold the flight. Eight of us had tickets - I bought mine over a month ago - and they just sold too many seats or had too small of a plane or something. I've NEVER had this happen in 6 years of traveling continually. It's on my short list now of airlines that really just don't care.

Pros: Check-in staff at desk ,claiming not working for Ethiopian Airlines only providing service to Ethiopian Airlines therefore unable to in depth questions.

Pros: Plane was spacious and flight crew were nice
Cons: The fact that they confirmed that my luggage would make it to my final destination, and now that I arrived in dakar with no luggage it’s no longer there responsability

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: The experience from the airport to the plane to Lome was beyond troubling. If ever you are flying internationally from NYC, never fly from Newark New Jersey. Nevertheless, upon boarding the Ethiopian Airline flight to Lome that was supposed to depart at 9:15 pm, the courtesy of the flight attendants was a bit mundane. My mother and I sat on the plane for about an hour after the time of the depart before inquiring why we have no moved and the doors were closed. The flight attendant responded with, "We shall be moving shortly." The air conditioner was barely on. My mother is battling stage 3 Cancer and is an older woman so, I feared for the safety of her health in such a condition. About 30 minutes passed, and we inquired again. This time with a different flight attendant and she said she just did not know what was going on. Other people on the plane began to panic in a sense as well because like my mother and I, they too had a connecting flight to catch. The pilot did not inform the passengers of what was occurring. So, at this point, all passengers on flight ET509 had been sitting on the plane for an hour and a half. By the time we were sitting on the plane for 2 HOURS with the doors closed the pilot finally informed us that they were waiting for some paperwork. He did not apologize or give more information as to why we were sitting on the plane so long, with practically no AC, and weren't informed about when we would be pulling off. About 10 minutes later, the plane began backing up while people were still standing because they were restless with the wait especially when we had a 10-hour flight ahead of us. The pilot then got on the loudspeaker stating that we will be pulling in the air shortly and for the flight attendants to be seated. The pilot did not apologize for the inconvenience or state how long the flight would be or what time we would land in Lome, Togo. Once we were in the air, there were many safety hazards administered by both the crew and pilot. The seat belt safety information was not given, the exit areas in case of emergency were not discussed, what to do in case of an emergency, where certain equipment would be in case of illness or an emergency, and we were still not informed about the cause of the 2 hours and 15-minute delay. My mother and I consistently checked the flight tracker and it did not show the duration of our flight, our location while flying, no flight information was displayed and as hard working paying passengers we should have had all of the information and not have to continuously ask to get a slight answer. Also, I am a vegan and they did not have food for me. But there was a flight attendant who gave me extra fruit which I greatly appreciated. The flight coming back to Newark was decent, going was the major issue. I pray we are accommodated for these great inconveniences. Because to have spent almost $3,000 and receive this type of treatment is both saddening and disturbing to me.

Cons: The lateness. Very bad. 2h45min late, unbelievable. And also the airhostesses services are very poor. I have to claim more time before they give me water for my food.

Pros: Price
Cons: Checking in was poor. The booking didn't reflect in jhb or in two Aviv. Special meal was requested and not provided.

Cons: Transfer at Addis Ababa was horrendous - no help from ground staff and the airport was a confusing mess. The landing in cape town was very rough and jumpy.

Pros: Food was pretty good. Flight attendants were very nice, however they didn’t do too much on a screaming baby that wouldn’t shut up the entire flight.
Cons: Late take off from Newark led to us almost missing our connections to Johannesburg. We were moving like sheep herded to buses. Seemed very unorganized. The inflight entertainment was very basic compared to other star alliance flights in the states. Can’t understand the pilots very well when they spoke English. P

Pros: The price
Cons: Check in was a joke in Dublin, only 22 pax and they did a full team talk to start despite everyone bein there. In LAX they parked the plane in the middle of no where, and waited 30 mins before debark started, as the plane was so far away the terminal it took an hour for the bags. Food was horrible on both flights

Pros: The food served is awesome and sufficient. The flights are comfortable and the crew are friendly. My luggage came right on time and was properly handled
Cons: Well there was no entertainment in the flight. That is it

Pros: Awesome crew
Cons: No electrical plugs

Pros: The staff assistance Kosher food was great
Cons: Overhead baggage compartment was taken over by cups and stuff

Pros: Also great experience

Pros: Crew and service
Cons: On board entertainment was not up to date. Old movies. Little choice.

Cons: Delayed without explanation or heads up

Pros: Great prices, and helpful staff
Cons: The food was mediocre, almost poor.

Pros: 1) On time
Cons: 1) Food from Lusaka to Lilongwe was poor. Just sandwithes and drinks 2) Small bumpy, noisy plane from Lusaka to Lilongwe 3) No entertainment

Cons: Please have a vegetarian option that does not contain cheese.

Pros: Everything including crew members .

Pros: Their flight attendants care about people, and overall it's a great airline, except for food.
Cons: Ethiopian Airlines consistently has sub-quality food.

Cons: The flight was good

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: My flight was only for refugees and was delayed by 8 hours, however airport staff did not have it on their manifest, and Ethiopian never informed me of status. I just sat in the airport all night until I eventually got frustrated and went home. The airline had no idea I was in the airport and no Ethiopian staff were present to speak with. When I and my family called Ethiopian, they hung up on us, at least 6 times. This was my worst experience ever and I will never fly Ethiopian airlines again.

Pros: It is ok the flight
Cons: No comment

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The flight was ok, left late but didn't impact our arrival time.
Cons: Tray table was very dirty, restroom not cleaned or refilled, generally unkempt.

Pros: New aircraft with automatic flushing toilets!

Pros: They need to make the seating more comfortable especially with such looong flights!

Cons: Customer service was horrible. Cancelled a trip within 24 hours of booking but put me through hours of waiting on the phone for assistance and still charged a 300 dollar fee. Our ticket was somehow suspended BY THEM so we had to call an office in a different country to unsuspeND then we were able to cancel. No help at all and kept dodging responsibility and forwarding the problem to other offices. Would book a different airline to avoid unneeded stress.

Pros: They made sure we had plenty to eat
Cons: My entertainment system didn't work.

Pros: Staff were pleasant
Cons: One segment of my flight did not have the gluten free meal I had requested ahead of time. Super crowded.

Pros: Half empty plane was the best part of the flight.
Cons: People treated the plane like it was their home. People threw trash on the ground, let their kids run around. It sucked.
