Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.
I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.

DL482 did not wait for about 10 of us including a mother and 3 children when we were in the same terminal on DL486, where we were switching from waiting for a jet bridge fix, to moving to a neighboring gate. I understand taxiing delays are ok either but man. We only needed 5 more minutes. DL482 did not adjust from their times at all. This was my first time with Delta.
The morning calzone was less than impressive and we ended up with heartburn

I'm a tall guy and even the seats with more leg room were not as comfortable as I had hoped.
Overall, aside from the baggage issue, it was as good as one expects.

Plane was delayed, reading the gates on their screens was horrible. They posted it a half an hour before the plane boarded. By the time I got there with my premier boarding they have filled the plane because it was over booked. Gate closed at 12:03 I was there at 11:54 plane took over around 12:20. I was told they would put me on the next flight. I had to go to TAP information desk. They didn’t give me a voucher they just said they would put me on the next flight. At the desk I was told I had to punches a ticket. The woman said buy it online because it’s cheaper. It in fact was not cheaper. But I had gotten out of the long line that formed so I paid 200$ for a new ticket. At a later flight, not the next flight. I had checked my bag and was told it would be on my new flight. I was then bumped to an earlier flight and was told my bag would also be on my flight. After landing in Madrid loosing a day in my hotel i landed without my bag. They didn’t load it on any flight that day. It arrived in madrid the next day. Essentially ruining the first two days of my vacation. I’m now seeking compensation.
The person at the checkin was very helpful. We couldn’t check in through the keyosk, but the agent was very helpful.
Everything went as expected. Luggage arrived at my same destination and nothing disturbed my vacation.
Flight being delayed for 35 minutes had me lose the connection to my transport
Our flight was delayed an hour and take-off was also delayed. Then our luggage was misplaced upon arrival causing a lot of stress snd more delays. We arrived at the hotel almost 5 hours later than anticipated and had to cancel our plans for the day. Overall a very bad experience. We will not travel with Portugalia in the future.
We Boarded the plane in the middle of the airport field . We were shuttled and climbed up the stairs, to board the plane,
Delayed takeoff was inconvenient. We should have boardrd later. Coffee/ beverage service on a 7:30 flight would have been good.
Flight from Lisbon to Barcelona was ok. Business flight Boston to Lisbon was awful. Attendants should pay more attention to Business Passengers and not be so stingy with water. Worse Business Flight I have ever taken. Food was awful. Cramped for space.
Disastrous boarding. Entered air bridge only to descend stairs and enter a bus. Plane had insufficient storage, was old and chair recline was damaged. Air stewardess was sullen.
We waited in the jetway for over an hour before we got on the plane.
My long-haul flight experience with this airline was not very pleasant. Earphones were paid, and no eye mask or other amenities were provided. The meals were served in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery. The restroom was unclean and ran out of toilet paper. However, the boarding process was smooth and well organized.
I was not allowed to cancel the flight, customer service is atrocious
Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.
Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
Food was terrible. No breakfast. Will not use this airline.
I'm not going to travel with that airline again.
I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight
The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Not bad but they lost 2 of my bags when I got to Florence
Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.
In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.
Awful. They didn't even show concern that her connecting flight( Dallas to Mardrid) was gone/missing. I don't understand how that is even possible. Rudest answer from one of the crew was that American Airlines sold the tickets to somebody else. My daughter was not in the list.
Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.
Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.
My baggage did not arrive, missed connection, service representative was not helpful.
I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.
I slept through almost all of this short flight so didn’t experience this myself, but my daughter was appalled that a older passenger in the seat behind her put her naked and extremely scary feet on the back of her armrest.
Our seats were reassigned on the day of departure and our small family group of 3 was split up unnecessarily — my wife was seated many rows behind myself and my daughter. The seats were also very small and very tightly packed — there was no space at all — and the seat cushions were hard and uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep because it was painful on my butt. The cabin crew were nice and the food was decent enough, though.
Food options limited and quality wasn’t very good. I was I was in premium economy and the people in front of me pushed their seats back to fully reclined position which made it difficult for me. My seat wouldn’t recline at all. I suggest that BA restrict the recliner more. Also, the audio in my headset didn’t work unless I held it in all the time. Entertainment choices were good. Customer services is excellent. Thank you to BA team.
The airplane was old. Some things didn’t work out of middle seat was broken. The rest was OK.
Very long and took extra push back to BA staff to get a realistic flight after they made me miss my original direct flight. Eventually landed 9 hours late and incurred many extra costs with other missed bookings
Reasonably comfortable. Plenty of room. Crew were attentive and continually informing passengers of position. Although stuck in runway for 1 hour, weather issues, it felt like we were the crews first priority
Cabin crew were not nice. The plane was an hour late arriving.
What a great flight that was. Leaving from the small London City Airport, which was easy and convenient to get to on public transport, The flight was slightly delayed, but no big deal. The crew was attentive and served the light sandwich meal, a snack and a soft drink with a smile. The seats were ok, but the same like other budget airlines. The onboard luggage allowance was good and way better and hassle free compared with budget airlines. Well done B.A. and keep the good work up 👍👏
I always regard BA as a distress purchase. It is rock bottom in terms of service.
Way better than EasyJet 😊seats more comfortable, staff quite nice. We were offered a free cup of water and a small snack, something EasyJet don’t offer. Departed on time and arrived ten minutes early. A pleasant experience
