It was not apparent whether or not there was a bathroom. The snacks were sodas in a drawer which seemed a little lacking. But the customer service at my time of arrival until I got out of the tarmac was great.

Pros: "This flight was so late that I couldn’t take it and had to drive from Chadron, to Denver Colorado in order not to miss my international flight from Denver to Montreal."

Cons: "We had no security check on our first leg and only went through security for our second leg on the same plane. Huh? Also there was no communication from the airline about checking in or about the fact that the airline isn't in a main DFW terminal. Finally, both flights-- coming and going-- were hours late and caused significant scheduling problems."

Cons: "Coming back we had to wait about 20 mins to get a shuttle to the gate (LAX). Crew was as frustrated as us if not more. Overall was still a great a experience & will definitely book again."

Pros: "I've never traveled in a plane that sat 8 people but I was an exciting experience. Our pilot was excellent and the landings were so smooth. Boarding was a breeze since there were only 3-7 passengers. I would definitely fly with Boutique again."
Pros: "Had to take a Friday flight to Phoenix to drive back a car to Abq. Waited too long to get a ticket, by mid week the big guys were getting up there in price. I heard about BA before so when I noticed their price coming in the lowest in a KAYAK search I had no hesitation going for it! The whole experience was great. The big airlines are taking all the fun out of flying, long lines thru security, you get on the plane thru a tunnel so you don't even get to see the airplane. With BA checking in is 20 mins before flight, no long lines thru security. You just walk to their terminal, check in and walk out to your plane! The plane is comfortable, the pilots are very friendly. I'll definetely fly BA again!"
Pros: "Given the cost and the late date on which I booked, the flights were good. The plane was a bit small however, I knew that was the case when I booked. Boarding and Flight staff were good humored and professional. Of note, they took great care of an elderly passenger prior to and during the flight from Albuquerque to Alamosa. Very impressed with the customer service. Great ground crew at Albuquerque and great flight crew! In summary, I would definitely fly Boutique Airlines again."

Cons: "It didn't even show up in fact it was cancel and I was never notified and left 5hrs earlier so I was stuck in Denver international airport for the night and had to book a 400$ flight for the next morning. It's really shocking that I was not notified and I want to be reimbursed for the hotel and flight the next day"

Cons: "I'm a bit confused how this company has stayed in business. I booked this ticket thinking it would be a novel flight to LAX. Heck, I even paid a little more for the ticket. On my way to the airport I got a call saying the flight was going to be delayed by 5 hours. I was just about at the airport so I figured I'd just wait it out. At the airport there was one checkin counter and it was empty. I sat around for 30 minutes until someone came out to help me checkin. Waited at an empty gate for 5 hours wondering if I was in the right area. 9pm came and went and no plane to be seen. The frustrating thing is that there were no updates from the staff throughout the process. I think this is something I've come to take for granted on all the other airlines I've been on. Will I make it to my destination? No idea. Anyways, if you want reliability pick any other airline. If you like having to ask a lot of questions and get a lot of vague answers, Boutique is for you. It's very unfortunate. I really wanted to write a positive review!"

Cons: "Only issue I had was with the gentleman who sat in front of me. He took his shoes off and stretched his legs over into my seating area (also touched me with his feet). I have bad knees so I understand the need to stretch, but I like my personal space and absolutely HATE feet. Maybe should have a recommendation of respecting personal spar since the flight is so small."
Pros: "It was a different experience altogether compared to a normal commercial flight. Walking out on the tarmac eith your two pilots and 4 co-passengers beats standing in the frenzy of people jockeying into position so they can bring all their luggage on and avoid checked bag fees."

They arrange the seating based on the passengers weight. almost if you have chattered your own private jet. Very luxurious and comfortable. Although the plane is small, the takeoff and landing was very smooth. Don't hesitate do business with boutique."

Cons: "How dirty, uncomfortable and cold the plane itself was. The flippant attitude towards safety information was also surprising. There were a couple of people on the plane that didn't know what to expect, in regards to noise and turbulence, with such a small aircraft. Sharing that information in advance would have calmed the nerves of many on this flight. Also the last minute notice of having to check your bags, though the website states differently, and the amount of time spent on the tarmac just waiting, made me 30mins late for my business in LA."

Cons: "I'll admit, I was arrived some what close to the cut-off time but still had around 50 minutes to spare before boarding my flight. Staff was unable to provide me a printed version of my boarding pass. In result, I was not able to make my flight. Boutique air refuses to address the matter."
