Staff were friendlish and good people it seemed.. just following antiquated equipment and systems given by management. Key flaws: No online or at check in seat assignment. Had to go to gate. Even though dozens of seats. Why??? Check in in herd an hour early a debacle.. again why??? No plug, no USB, no wifi, no movie on 6 hour flight??? Again it is in stark contrast to immensely support competitors. Sell to someone competent. Mahalo."

There was wikiwiki bus shuttle to the inter island terminal but people without check in luggage lost about 30min at the airport. Hawaiian Airlines should work harder to be prompt on the arrival gate every time. Very unpredictable and inefficient."
